05/12/2025: The large dining room, which houses the restaurant/pizzeria tables, has slightly dated furnishings, but is nevertheless clean and tidy. The menu, in addition to local cuisine and pizzas, offers a wide selection of Indian dishes, in keeping with the new management. The dishes we sampled were beautifully plated and flavorful, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable for what they offered. 02/02/2025: Siamo stati oggi in questo delizioso ristorante dove abbiamo trovato una pregevole ricerca di piatti elaborati frutto anche della scuola d'alto livello seguita dal giovane chef. E' tutto molto gradevole dagli originali primi fino ai favolosi dolci utilizzando cibi del territorio: in una parola una bella pagina della cucina italiana che è già stata definita la migliore del mondo. Non ultimi sono i complimenti per il piacevole ambiente montano e per la gentilezza della giovane coppia di padroni (anche del cameriere di sala) che non perdono il sorriso anche di fronte all'impegno di soddisfare le attese di ogni cliente . alberto

22/11/2025: An excellent property converted from a villa with a dozen rooms of various types, a refined restaurant, a wellness center, and a swimming pool. Both the exterior and interior are captivating and refined. The room I stayed in was spacious with a coffered wooden ceiling, as was the bathroom. I also had exclusive use of a small outdoor pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff and service were excellent. It's a shame I only stayed one night.

Their service was attentive, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. We received a wonderful surprise when our room was upgraded to a suite—and the service matched the luxurious upgrade perfectly! The suite was gorgeous and made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel's restaurant is top-notch. Both the service and the food were excellent. Every dish was a culinary delight. Furthermore, the breakfast was absolutely incredible—a rich, high-quality, and diverse selection. Overall, a perfect luxury getaway. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

19/11/2025: Discovered by chance one evening while passing by for a quick pizza, we promised ourselves we'd stop by to try the fish, tempted by the beautiful presentation and portions ordered at the tables near us. Last Saturday we booked a table with friends and it was a perfect choice! The staff was exceptionally kind, and the food fully met our expectations! Superlative fish and cod! 21/10/2025: We had dinner there, as it's connected to the adjacent hotel where we were staying through a door, making it very convenient. We chose pizza: the crust was soft, but the artichokes were a bit too hard for my taste. The service had a few issues, but they resolved them courteously.

18/10/2025: I was there on a Friday night, there was a DJ playing some music, the presence of only one bathroom for both men and women is unacceptable, expect to queue for more than 25 minutes to go to the bathroom

04/12/2025: Neat and clean room, excellent location just steps from the historic center and the Christmas markets, conveniently located near public transportation, covered parking nearby, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

25/10/2025: The cleanliness of the rooms (especially the bathrooms) is questionable. Otherwise, a solid hotel close to the center.

09/12/2025: Unfortunately our visit was not as expected. Even though service was nice by the staff, the hotel is not as close as it’s been mentioned on the comments and written on the website. It takes 25 mins to the center with the city bus. Other than that our room was extremely small with a constant smell coming from the toilet. The amount of money we paid was too much for this kind of a stay. This is not hotel’s fault but because the bus wasn’t reliable it didn’t come in the morning in the time as scheduled so we missed our train. There is no any other option if you don’t have a vehicle Just a heads up in case of inconvenience.

16/11/2025: Anyone who enjoys excellent steaks will be in good hands at Hidalgo with Otto Mattivi and his team. Top quality, superb cuisine, and the staff are very attentive and competent. I'm not in South Tyrol regularly, but when I am, Hidalgo is a must.

22/10/2025: We've been to the restaurant several times and have always been very satisfied with the regional grilled specialties! A very good selection, delicious seasonal soups, and excellent service. My recommendation: the Lagrein-braised beef cheeks with a reduced wine sauce.

29/10/2025: Delicious food, but the kitchen closes at 9 pm. So be there early (before 8 pm) otherwise it will be unpleasant.

14/10/2025: I simply couldn't find anything to complain about! Nice rooms with balconies, excellent food, and lovely sunbathing lawns right by the lake. The service was also top-notch, and we were able to store our bikes. We'll be back.

12/10/2025: We've been coming here for at least 12 years, and it's always good. The food and drinks are excellent, and the beautiful terrace basks in the sun for a long time. Highly recommended 👌👍👍
