13/04/2025: Locale perfetto per ogni tipo di occasione.. anche per toglierti la voglia di mangiare del buon pesce. Ordinata, per non correre il rischio di non trovarla, abbiamo mangiato un ottima ed abbondantissima frittura di pesce, asciutta e buonissima, per finire con dolci che squisiti è dir poco. Lo staff sempre gentile e professionale. Come sempre consigliatissimo!!!

19/03/2025: Siamo tornati dopo una prima esperienza positiva e confermiamo la nostra scelta. Personale accogliente, gentile e preparato, cucina strepitosa. Abbiamo scelto la carne salada tipica, una tartare di manzo, un pasticcio con broccoli e carne salada ed il piatto del giorno fenomenale, con pasta fresca all'uovo, condita con punte di asparagi, gamberi e guanciale. Altro punto forte il pane made home. Avremmo voluto assaggiare anche i secondi, ma le porzioni hanno messo a dura prova anche noi buongustai. Bravi ragazzi!

24/08/2025: We stayed overnight at the hotel and arrived late. Unfortunately, the restaurant options in the area are rather limited. That's why we visited this restaurant. After a 10-day vacation on the Adriatic, we were naturally a bit spoiled by the food, but we were hoping for a good ending. We received a warm welcome. Unfortunately, there were only seats inside, and we didn't see many visitors the entire time. It's a shame, because the view outside was fantastic. With two children, we ordered a variety of dishes: bruschetta, pizza magaritha, spaghetti vongole, and risotto di mare. Unfortunately, I have to express the following opinion: The bruschetta was okay. However, the olive paste on top had an excessive amount of garlic. The pizza magaritha was unfortunately not crispy, neither on the bottom nor on the edges. In my opinion, a disaster! My daughter was so hungry, otherwise I would have sent it back. The spaghetti vongole had an excessive amount of garlic oil, so you couldn't taste the mussels at all. The risotto, however, was quite okay, but the seasoning was too hesitant. Overall, I can't recommend the restaurant. The standard dishes weren't up to the usual quality, and the pizza, in particular, still annoys me today.

14/08/2025: Positive points to note: - Good impression upon arrival (avenue-like access, plenty of shaded parking spaces, modern facade with outdoor seating); we liked the hotel at first glance. - The gardens with playground and pool area are beautifully landscaped, located in the middle of the vineyards, with plenty of loungers and very clean. - Dinner and service in the restaurant were impressive; the quality of the food is good; the wine selection is excellent. What we didn't like so much: - Reception: The reception area is very dated; the furniture and design are cobbled together from the past few decades. In 4-star hotels, we are used to being served a welcome drink during check-in, rather than having to stand next to the reception desk while all your ID details are entered into the system. - The bar with seating in the entrance area is poorly staffed all day. Even in the evening, shortly before dinner, you wait a very long time before anyone even comes to ask if you would like a drink. At a "later" hour (directly after dinner), you feel like an unwelcome guest because the staff would rather call it a night. - At first glance, the hotel makes a modern impression; this is also consistently conveyed on the website. However, as soon as you enter the hotel, you can see from the reception area, hallways, basement, staircase, elevator, and, unfortunately, also the rooms that the hotel is very dated. The online service and the pictures in the booking confirmation give a completely different impression than the reality (see comparison of the picture from the booking confirmation and the photo of our room). - Reception: Information was very sparse and only provided upon request, and upon departure, the staff didn't seem to care whether we enjoyed our stay.

17/02/2025: Baita ristorante posizionato nella splendida piana della Val Duron. Buona accoglienza e personale gentile. Locali ristrutturati molto bene e puliti. Zuppa d'orzo buonissima, prezzi nella media. Per apprezzare a pieno la location spettacolare merita salire a piedi, in inverno meglio avere al seguito i ramponcini

05/02/2025: Ho ordinato la polenta con il cervo e mi hanno portato una polenta slavata di quelle precotte e pronte in cinque minuti e la porzione di cervo era scarsa e la carne dura.

02/03/2025: Ich bin während dem Skifahren hier spontan eingekehrt. Ehrlich gesagt nur aufgrund der Namensgleicheit. Ich dachte, mit dem namen, kanns ja nur gut sein. So war es auch. Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt und platziert. Der Service war schnell, und aufmerksam. Zwischendurch dauertes es mal etwas länger, aber die Terrasse war voll, von daher ok. Die Speisen waren gut und reichlich. Ich denke, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. An die Meckererin den anderen Bewertungen bzgl. der hohen Preise. Leider ist es nicht nur hier sehr teuer geworden und sondern leider überall. Jagertee für 6 Euro, Cheeseburger für 24 habe ich woanders zahlen müssen. Das ist heute leider der Standard. Das liegt nicht an den Wirten, sondern an den exorbitanten Preissteigerungen bei Energie, Personal und Rohstoffe. Was im Supermarkt teurer wird, ist natürlich auch für den Wirt teurer. OK, nach dem Schwenk wieder zurück: Die Daniel Hütte ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Den fantastischen Blick auf Lang- und Plattkofel gibt es übrigens gratis dazu.

30/07/2025: Bel locale in centro a Borgo Valsugana, specializzato in portate di pesce e molluschi. Possibilità di ristorante e take away. Piatti ottimi e ben preparati. Crostini con vari tipi di pesce speciali come anche cozze, vongole, gamberetti e seppia in umido. Grande scelta di vini. Personale gentile e cortese.

30/08/2025: I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Due to an unexpected flight delay of over 4 hours, I was unable to make my reservation. When I contacted the hotel, they showed no flexibility or understanding of the situation. No options were offered: no alternative date, no partial refund, not even a gesture of goodwill. Their response was simply: you paid in full, no refund. For a hospitality business, I would have expected at least some willingness to work with the customer in exceptional circumstances. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and customer service means I will not be booking with this hotel again

23/08/2025: We stayed here for one night while passing through because of its proximity to the Brenner Autobahn. A fantastic hotel, absolutely clean, and an excellently sized room. Parking is available behind the hotel and there's a huge rooftop terrace with a whirlpool and loungers (unfortunately, only open until 7 p.m.).
