26/04/2024: Ristorante da provare assolutamente!!! Noi abbiamo preso il loro menù degustazione Territorio con abbinamento di 5 vini diversi. Tutto incredibilmente buono e i vini in accostamento perfetti!!! Il servizio è perfetto, gentili e professionali. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

14/07/2024: Abbiamo deciso di provare la formula del giropizza del venerdì sera e, dopo aver quasi finito la seconda maxi (in 2), abbiamo chiesto di portare via le 3 fette avanzate. Ci siamo sentiti dire di no perché tanti furbi approfittano della formula per ordinare più pizze di quelle che mangiano. Peccato che noi furbi non fossimo e il nostro intento fosse solo di non buttare del cibo; a furia di insistere il cameriere (che ovviamente fa quello che gli viene imposto) ci dice che con 3 euro di "supplemento" avremmo potuto avere un cartone con cui portare via i nostri avanzi. Ma allora, se non siete in grado di gestire le vostre formule e non capite che i clienti non tornano se li trattate così, invece di fare gli imprenditori della ristorazione alla trentina fate un bel corso di marketing base, in cui vi spiegheranno che se invece di 14€ ne chiedete 15 la gente viene lo stesso, voi incassate di più e quando vi si chiede di non buttare il cibo potete rispondere con un sorriso e dire "certamente, nessun problema", come avviene nel resto del pianeta! Peccato, perché la pizza non è nemmeno così malvagia... Ma noi non torneremo mai più mangiarla.

19/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante per Ferragosto. Personale efficiente, velocissimi nel servizio e molto disponibili. Probabilmente la miglior tagliata e i miglior bocconcini di cervo mai mangiati: da provare assolutamente! Anche i ravioli tipici ripieni di formaggio erano veramente fantastici e appetitosi. Consiglio vivamente una cena in questo ristorante!

13/08/2024: il personale è disponile e cordiale, sono ammessi gli animali (come non tanti ristoranti) i piatti sono ricercati e ben eseguiti, prezzi nella norma per essere in un posto di villeggiatura in alta stagione

12/08/2024: Siamo capitati per caso dopo un escursione in montagna. Ospitalità top. Cucina semplice ma molto gustosa con ingredienti auto prodotti che ritengo sia un plus. Dopo il piatto di formaggi accompagnato dal miele di loro produzione ne ho comprato un bel po’ da portare a casa. Consigliatissimo

28/07/2024: I was passing through, and looking for a takeaway pizzeria on Maps I chose this one. Right choice! I took a Pizza degli Elfi (gorgonzola, mushrooms, bacon) with double dough, 540g of dough (as explained to me by the pizza chef) with perfect cooking (congratulations, because it's not obvious) and in general the pizza was very good. Excellent value for money. If I pass through here again, I will always come back to you!

18/08/2024: First of all: If you decide to eat here, you should definitely make a reservation Per: There is really not small portion and the food tastes good too Cons: Service is extremely overwhelmed, the two older ladies like to complain that you sit at the table for a long time and other guests who have reserved have to wait. Unfortunately, you have to plan a lot of time when visiting a restaurant, as the pizza alone took over 40 minutes and the waitress doesn't come to the table often (not at all by itself). Highlight: The older lady placed cutlery on an apparently dirty surface and licked her fingers to pick up the cutlery... Conclusion: Food is good Waiting time is quite long Operation is absolutely impossible

02/05/2024: Excellent products and a wide selection of cheeses. Excellent quality cured meats that are difficult to find elsewhere (such as San Giovanni cooked ham, or Parma ham, although unfortunately like everywhere in Bolzano with too short maturation) which unfortunately are often not sliced ​​or cleaned properly, probably due to the inexperience of the personal or for the type of slicer used. It's a shame because quality cured meats really deserve quality treatment. Who knows, maybe a starting point for improvement.

15/08/2024: The restaurant offre menu with lower Price that you get over WiFi network . But when you going to the cashier the double the price . Then they show you a different menu with higher prices . I order climber breakfast for €9 and I paid €14,50 , and the include orange juice they never bring me the Orange juice . They try to convince me the menu with the right prices of the one in the cashier . I don’t made up the menu with lowest prices . I got the menu via their WiFi also via QR. so they cheat with the prices offering lower prices in the public menu

21/07/2024: Hello to all trail addicts, the Gassl Trail is highly recommended, we were passing through and really wanted to ride the trail, get a day ticket right away, if you've ridden the trail once you'll want to ride it a second time, the trail is about 6 .4 km long, if you drive from the top you get about 9.6 km really mega....

07/07/2024: A nice surprise this place. We were supposed to go to the street food place nearby, but there were too many people and no place to sit, so we opted for Mexican and never was a better choice. I can't wait to go back and enjoy their burrito 🌯😋

07/08/2024: From the outside you think you are in the wrong place (Closed? Ruin? Abandoned?), but once you are greeted in a friendly manner and taken to the seat (reserving is recommended) and given your food, you will be pleasantly surprised: it (pasta with bacon, zucchini and saffron) tasted really great!

30/07/2024: The 'master' of the cash register must learn to communicate with customers and not to attack them. He lost another customer... after a simple comment that I wait a little too long to pay (together with the 6 people at 2 other tables), 'the gentleman' got angry saying that I don't respect the work of others😱.. well ...slightly exaggerated I would say...however at least we agree on one thing...we won't see each other again 👍

20/05/2024: Real Tuscan food!!!! Complete with the original owner/chef too!!! Friendly and approachable! Very nice and intimate location, equally beautiful small external part and the food... lots and lots of excellent quality food!!! Go there, you won't regret it.
