02/02/2025: Simple, basic hotel that in summer would be a 2-star campsite, with mini sauna in every room. Although the sauna disappointed us a little because it says that it is ready after 15 minutes but it takes at least 30-40 to find it hot enough. After half an hour it reaches 25 degrees and then increases up to 38 degrees from what I could see. It is a mix between sauna and Turkish bath because it is not very hot (about 38 degrees) and too humid (about 85%), but it is certainly comfortable because it is good for your health and you don't have to walk around the hotel with a bathrobe and slippers since it is not not even that hot around the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Ample parking. Secondary rear entrance with independent access if you want to go out in the evening and stay out late. Very comfortable and large beds. Large but basic bathroom with standard shower. Some rooms including mine also had a small balcony useful for those who smoke and then there is a beautiful view of the valley to see as soon as you wake up. Fairly efficient air conditioning.

18/03/2025: The location of the Hotel Ramon is certainly very nice, immersed in a spectacular mountain landscape that promises a relaxing holiday. However, my experience was ruined by the poor professionalism and aggressiveness of the receptionist. Already upon our arrival, the treatment received was anything but welcoming: the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, responding abruptly to our requests and demonstrating a total lack of courtesy. An attitude that negatively affected the entire stay. A beautiful location is not enough if customer service and the kindness of the staff are lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Edit: I am adding to the review because I am unable to respond to the manager: At check in they did not explain the rules, at least not to me and when I tried to speak to the receptionist I was immediately attacked. The thing that made me the most angry was the fact that the light was turned off inside the spa forcing us to go down the wet steps in the dark with the possibility of slipping and hurting ourselves, I myself slipped and hit the side of the wall. If I had fallen and hit my head what would have happened? I think a complaint would have been mandatory. The next day I simply went to reception to point out the matter to the staff, and unfortunately I had my boots on, which being the first day were dry and clean and in any case I did not cross the hotel hall as I only leaned out from the stairs. Since there were more people inside the spa I was identified as the sole scapegoat for the incident. All of this generates truly unprofessional behavior on the part of the facility.

09/03/2025: Very kind and helpful manager. Flat area with electricity near a stream which creates a nice atmosphere. There is also a brick barbecue. Easily accessible and also economical to park. The only negative note is in the waste water discharge because if you are a nautical person like me, the cockpit is located at the right end of the discharge area next to a hedge which does not allow for an easy operation. If I had had the bathroom on the left of the camper, draining would have been impossible. No problem for clear water and obviously for those who have the cassette

15/02/2025: Entrate perché questo bar/ ristorante vi stupirà! Ottimi ingredienti freschi e a km 0. Hanno anche piatti pronti per qualsiasi evenienza. Io sono intollerante al lattosio e al glutine ed ho mangiato un panino fatto con i loro grani e formaggio di zona delattosato, e non mi ha dato alcun fastidio. Poi il personale è attento pulito e super gentile!! Super consigliato

12/09/2024: Great hut and very tasty Kaiserschmarrn, very friendly host, very moderate prices! Nice and easy hike to Seebalm and on the way back we walked around Lake Durnholz! Super nice area 👍

25/03/2025: Very nice and small hut with a large sun terrace. The Bombardino is very good in terms of both the mix and quantity; I haven't had a better one anywhere else within a 40-km radius, and the food is also very good. Not cheap, but worth the price. My recommendation!!!

25/02/2025: We were very pleasantly surprised how good it is here. Friendly and attentive staff, plus delicious food. We had cheese fondue, pasta carbonara, grilled chicken from the josper grill. Everything perfectly prepared, the taste was fantastic. The kids had the kids naked burger with french fries, which was also very good. Perfect gastronomy on the slopes. I can only recommend.

02/03/2025: Excellent location, small but welcoming structure. Few things done quite well, there are certainly mountain huts with better quality food. However friendly managers. The climb is constant but doable in 1 hour and a half. However, it is absurd to have to make the descent with skiers and especially sleds who go down regardless of the ban at the beginning of the climb. With all the slopes there are, it is absurd and serious that no one does anything, disrupting those who want to enjoy the walk. The bravado with which the sledders ask for the track is embarrassing, an attitude that Italians, South Tyroleans and foreigners have.

Many ex-colleagues and friends had always spoken highly of me and had more than once recommended that I try your pizza and on June 19th for lunch (for my birthday) I decided to come and visit you! I had lunch with my father (who came from Parma for the occasion) and my mother and we were pleasantly satisfied with the excellent pizza! I was able to "feel" the high quality of the raw materials used (flours for the dough, tomato, mozzarella fiordilatte etc.) and I have to say congratulations! One of the best pizzas in Rovereto! I tried your "Putipù" pizza! Of course for my taste! Accompanied by an excellent beer, kindness and courtesy in the service (very fast by the way)! Also ideal for tables with lots of people (just book) and served by many parking lots in different areas, but all close to the restaurant! Well done!

20/06/2025: Great pizzeria found by chance exiting the highway for dinner. Good pizza, lots of choice of dishes and pizzas, friendly and efficient staff.

18/03/2025: I went to eat here with my girlfriend after a walk, she is lactose intolerant. He ordered tagliatelle with venison ragout. Just above the first courses it is mentioned that these are served with parmesan and parsley, but if we go to the bottom of the menu it is written that all dishes with * are lactose-free (like the one ordered). The plate arrives and on top we find parmesan and butter. So which one is it? As soon as this was pointed out to the waitress, she didn't know what to answer and tried to justify herself by saying that it should have been said first (despite the fact that, among other things, lactose was not present in the tagliatelle in the list of allergens). During the payment she was rude and didn't even say hello to us. First pass passable but lacked salt. Not recommended.

01/06/2025: A bit expensive as a quality/price ratio, very small room, minimal furnishings, but comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, excellent location very close to the center of Bolzano

27/05/2025: The rooms are significantly more spacious than you might expect from the description – absolutely adequate, clean, and comfortable. The entire hotel makes a very well-maintained and inviting impression. The in-house restaurant deserves special mention: a delicious three-course menu is offered every evening for around €30 – a real highlight and very reasonably priced for Bolzano. The breakfast is also perfectly adequate, with a good selection of dishes. Another highlight is the sun terrace with a whirlpool, perfect for relaxing after an excursion. The view over the apple orchards is stunning and contributes to rest and relaxation. The parking lot is spacious and easily accessible. The quiet location just outside of town ensures relaxation, while at the same time, you can be in the center of Bolzano in just five to ten minutes. The hotel doesn't have too many rooms, which creates a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. The value for money is simply 100% right here! I can recommend the hotel without reservation.

26/06/2025: A place that offers Mexican cuisine with traditional dishes and a pizzeria We had dinner trying the ribs..... Unfortunately we were not satisfied Abundant portions, but unfortunately the meat was not very well cooked, tough and not very tasty Perhaps the cooking done at a low temperature was wrong Instead, at the sight I was very impressed by the pizzas that were served at the nearby table, but we did not eat them Honest prices, lower than the average of the places in the area Good service, attentive, kind and friendly....

12/06/2025: Enjoyed a meal out, my side didnt appear for ages, and the food was a bit bland, but that may have been a poor choice by me. Staff were freindly and the place was busy, over all would reccomend.

29/03/2025: top après ski toko with every tuesday evening special ladies and with very professional security too. Friendly, attentive bouncer at the door, well-kept drinks. We would like to come back here again, in summer or in winter.

19/03/2025: My fourth time at la stua - the first with the new chef. Service was great (kudos to Pamela and nicoleta), food as well. In my opinion the sommelier a bit lacking depth and knowledge of la carte. Very good price / quality. We will be back.

29/06/2025: The waitress was very sweet and good, but I didn't think the food was anything to write home about. There are only a few dishes to choose from, so I choose the steak, medium. I get a generously well-done steak, and I was asked if it was too done before I had cut it. Then I quickly cut it, indeed too done. Sent it back. The next attempt was still almost raw. I wouldn't order the steak here.. my husband's burger was tasty. I also ordered raspberry juice, but it turned out to be lemonade, also a bit disappointing. The chocolate cake for dessert was okay. It doesn't taste homemade, a bit dry. I would come back for the restaurant and the service, but I would order something else...

28/06/2025: A bar with a very retro style but essentially functional even if everything is entrusted to an excellent waitress/barista who while serving at the tables and cutting a slice of cake, simultaneously gives change to those who pay in cash. All without the need for a cashier. Amazing! The coffee is quality even if with a very robust note. Ample parking and the possibility of consuming outside with a view of the street....
