I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trentino-alto adige

08/05/2025: È il 25 aprile e penso che difficilmente troverò dove pranzare...qui è diverso: sei una zona isolata, sembrava che aspettassero proprio noi. Ordiniamo subito il pranzo per i bimbi, insieme al nostro antipasto a base di cervo...sapori fantastici. Prendiamo poi il piatto primiero e i canederli.... Per chiudere anche un dolce.... Tutto eccezionale ...servizio impeccabile, veloci e prezzo onesto

07/04/2025: Che dire? Qui: Qualità del cibo, location molto bella (e curata) e propensione al commensale, si fondono in maniera perfetta in un contesto paesaggistico unico. Per chi cerca una “coccola” al di fuori della frenesia che caratterizza il nostro stile di vita, questo è il posto ideale! Ristorante con pochi posti a sedere, Hotel con poche camere, il tutto all’insegna del “pochi ma buoni”. Una tappa che consiglio a tutti a patto di sapersi vivere (e godere a pieno) la vita, magari sorseggiando una buona bottiglia di vino. Complimenti a Nicola, alla moglie ed a tutto il suo staff. 15/09/2025: The flavors here are amazing – very rich and intense, exactly matching the ingredient they represent. You can really taste the quality. Another plus is the easy parking nearby, which makes a visit even more convenient.

30/09/2025: A real disaster. Never again. We ordered a cream of potatoes and porcini mushrooms, it was burnt, you could really taste it. A stew with mushrooms and baked parateak, the potatoes were absolutely raw, inedible, potato and speck medallions, the medallions were still frozen. 3 out of 3. They remade the dishes, yes, but they weren't happy about it. Hmm... What a shame.

19/09/2025: I always went down here by the lake for a wheat beer and found it very cozy, with friendly service and a beautiful view.

09/09/2025: The location and setting are great, the staff is friendly, but the prices are too high for what you get...it's not right.

26/09/2025: Even if you don't think so at first glance, you can get really delicious pizza here! It's a sports club at a large sports complex. There's a campsite directly across the street. We ended up here while looking for gluten-free pizza and were absolutely delighted.

15/10/2025: In this place we ate polenta with osobuco, polenta with sausages and goulash, all very tasty. The staff was very welcoming and the food was very tasty.

22/07/2025: My family and I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The location is excellent because it's close to everything—just a few minutes away are Vipiteno, the Monte Cavallo cable car, and more. The cleanliness is excellent, as are the meals, which are truly delicious! For those with children, there's both a lovely outdoor and indoor playground with lots of fun activities. I highly recommend it!

02/07/2025: We spent a very nice weekend with all the comforts that this hotel can give, we ate very well and the rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean.

31/03/2025: Excellent stay. - strategic position near the ski lifts - Very welcoming and well-kept hotel and room, the only flaw: we found a lot of dust in the room - nice but a little dated wellness area, however it has everything you need to relax - top dinner and breakfast I definitely recommend.

03/10/2025: We had the lasagna and pizza diablo for take out and it was very good!! One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Italy so far.

28/08/2025: We were there just for a coffee and a biscotti during a cycling trip. Both were delicious. The place is highly recommended.

16/08/2025: Excellent as always the meat...which has increased in price a lot, but for the quality it is perhaps worth it. The bar is also excellent.
