09/07/2025: I gave my parents a weekend at Malga Campo and they were thrilled! The staff was truly friendly, the food was excellent, and the dinner at the old mountain hut to celebrate their anniversary was truly memorable. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to all the staff!

Many congratulations to ALL of you who allowed us to spend a fantastic week together, sharing the love you give to your work!!! 09/06/2025: An idyllic and quietly located hotel with excellent cuisine, spacious rooms, and a beautiful garden with a pool. It's perfectly equipped for cyclists of all kinds. We were thoroughly satisfied and can highly recommend this hotel.

26/05/2025: Wonderful. The host family is welcoming and the service is excellent. The food is sensational. The garden and outdoor area are ideal for relaxing. The furnishings charmingly convey the history of the house.

21/06/2025: Obscene. Booked for about 15 people, pizza only menu which in my opinion was also very poor. First served three pizzas then two to another table then three to another table again then finally two to ours again and so on. In short, an endless wait and children at the limit. In short.... Pizza is better than the frozen one, terrible service and cold and insignificant environment. But I recommend you dress well or you can't get in.

04/05/2025: My family and I had dinner on a Saturday evening, so I understand the wait due to the intense work but I cannot tolerate the fact that after 45 minutes we still had not received even the simple appetizer requested, speck and pickles. Much less accept that customers who arrived only 10 minutes ago immediately received 3 portions of fries that we had also asked for. My cesar salad costing 12.00 euros which was made up of yogurt, Taggiasca olives, chicken and flakes of parmesan was almost all salad, 4 very small pieces of chicken and three flakes of parmesan. The tagliatelle, the recommended dish of the day, was small and hidden under the rocket. Overall, I don't recommend it.

04/07/2025: I tried to order pizzas at this pizzeria, but I was really disappointed by the attitude of the staff. The phone was answered by a very arrogant girl who, not understanding the order well (probably due to the disturbed signal), the third time I repeated it to her, she answered me in an annoyed way telling me that "I could have gotten the pizzas somewhere else". Honestly, this is not the way to address a customer. The pizzas may be good, but education comes first. Too bad. 👎

06/07/2025: On our way back from Sardinia, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and discovered a true gem. The ravioli and ribeye were truly sensational. The value for money is very good. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return anytime.

08/06/2025: Attracted by the reviews I decided to book a dinner with friends that to this day I define as embarrassing. The octopus was rubbery inside and burned outside as well as arriving at the table completely cold, the asparagus that accompanied the egg overcooked and tasteless, the Fiorentina good but also cold and without any side dish not even potatoes or vegetables. If the side dish were two zucchini slices then ok. Except for the place both inside and outside. We will definitely not return.

16/06/2025: My wife and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The experience was fabulous, the staff from the moment we arrived was helpful, very kind and welcoming. I will mention some of the people we interacted with the most: Fabiola who welcomed us at the beginning, Cristina, Giada and Juan at the restaurant, always available, professional and friendly. Dinner was always a moment of great culinary experience, excellent dishes always well presented by the guys, with local ingredients and accompanied by quality wines. A real experience to try. The room, a splendid 48 square meter suite, the cleanliness, the Spa, the location of this structure, in short, everything together made our stay truly special, an experience to repeat! A big hello to everyone!!

13/06/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to the in-house gourmet restaurant did not meet our expectations. When ordering, we were informed that we were not allowed to freely choose the main course from the menu – in particular, the venison dish we had been looking forward to was not available. This restriction came as a surprise and seemed rather inflexible. Our subsequent choice from the à la carte menu was also served lukewarm, which significantly diminished the enjoyment. After dessert, we were not asked for any further requests, nor was the wine refilled – in a restaurant of this caliber, we would have expected more attention. Particularly disappointing, however, was the lack of response to our letter of complaint, which we wrote immediately afterward. Such a lack of customer service unfortunately does not leave a good impression. Despite the otherwise positive aspects of our stay, the disappointing restaurant experience and the lack of complaint management raise the question of whether we will book again in the future. We hope that our feedback will be understood as constructive criticism.

03/07/2025: A guarantee: we return every time we are in Canazei and we have always had a good time. A round of applause for the service, always friendly and helpful even with the little ones!

26/06/2025: A truly authentic Italian restaurant with a certain flair. I had dinner here and was not disappointed. The pizza tasted simply amazing, with a crispy, thin base (but not too thin) and generously topped. That's just how it should be. The service was friendly and quick—what more could you ask for? 100% recommendation.

Questa sera delusi dal rapporto qualità prezzo e dalla scarsa scelta del menù..... musica troppo alta da non consentire di parlarsi e camerieri che ti osservano da vicino tanta da farti sentire a disagio. Non lo consiglierei più ad altri

19/04/2025: Ci fermiamo solitamente per acquistare solo i vini della cantina adiacente al ristorante. Questa volta abbiamo deciso di pranzare, prima di ripartire. Tutto ottimo, ambiente molto curato, personale gentile e disponibile. Un tagliere salumi e formaggi e un secondo di carne molto buono. 2 calici di buon vino, siamo stati bene .

18/03/2025: The location of the Hotel Ramon is certainly very nice, immersed in a spectacular mountain landscape that promises a relaxing holiday. However, my experience was ruined by the poor professionalism and aggressiveness of the receptionist. Already upon our arrival, the treatment received was anything but welcoming: the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, responding abruptly to our requests and demonstrating a total lack of courtesy. An attitude that negatively affected the entire stay. A beautiful location is not enough if customer service and the kindness of the staff are lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Edit: I am adding to the review because I am unable to respond to the manager: At check in they did not explain the rules, at least not to me and when I tried to speak to the receptionist I was immediately attacked. The thing that made me the most angry was the fact that the light was turned off inside the spa forcing us to go down the wet steps in the dark with the possibility of slipping and hurting ourselves, I myself slipped and hit the side of the wall. If I had fallen and hit my head what would have happened? I think a complaint would have been mandatory. The next day I simply went to reception to point out the matter to the staff, and unfortunately I had my boots on, which being the first day were dry and clean and in any case I did not cross the hotel hall as I only leaned out from the stairs. Since there were more people inside the spa I was identified as the sole scapegoat for the incident. All of this generates truly unprofessional behavior on the part of the facility.
