04/03/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels. We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help. Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds. Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront. The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.

14/02/2025: I used the hotel's spa service as a customer external to the hotel. The quality/price ratio is very advantageous. €25 for about two and a half hours. Inside the spa there is a relaxation area which children cannot access. There you will find the sauna, the Turkish bath, comfortable loungers to relax in and herbal tea dispensers. In the other room there is the swimming pool with hydromassage tub and the large internal swimming pool which also has external access. The view inside each room is simply wonderful. The only negative aspects are the floor which is extremely slippery and the fact that there is only one very small changing room with no division between men and women, so you waste a lot of time waiting for your turn to change. The staff is kind. As soon as you arrive you will be given a bag with bathrobe, towel and slippers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in these parts and wants to spend a couple of hours in absolute relaxation and carefree.

11/02/2025: Prime location, very quiet for being so centrally located. Reception and bar area is modern, warm and welcoming. The rooms, however, are due for renovation. Awful pillows, bed not very comfortable, bathroom probably +20 yrs old. The 4 star standard is rusty, at best. The hallways are less charming than a dorm or institution from the 80’s, with harsch lightning (very typical for Italy - don’t they sell LED with warm-white kelvin or dimmers there at all???). The restaurant is nice, but also suffer from too hard lightning. Bar and restaurant service was good, but someone in the management must seriously look after the staff hygiene. The smell of old sweat and stinky uniforms really can destroy the appetite, both to eat and return as a guest.

09/02/2025: Ideally located, in the center of Ortisei. Clean and spacious room, shame about the lack of a coffee and tea maker. Excellent restaurant with a wine cellar worthy of a great palace. Courteous and polite staff, special mention to Luca from the bar. Thank you all

02/01/2025: We were invited by friends who were staying in this hotel. The structure is extraordinary, the restaurant with a window overlooking the lake. The impeccable service, meticulous and refined dishes, 5 stars in all. BRAVI.

15/03/2025: Food was good, friendly and efficient service, but we were charged 15eur for the wine, which was 9eur in the menu.

01/03/2025: The waitress was unsympathetic, grimaced while serving, and made unpleasant, arrogant faces. She was bored and annoyed by our visit. She didn't want to understand what we wanted to order. It also turned out that parmesan cheese in a bowl and bread in a basket are passable and uneaten goes to the next table :( The food was tasty, but lacking flair. However, we were served quickly and efficiently.

02/03/2025: Excellent location, small but welcoming structure. Few things done quite well, there are certainly mountain huts with better quality food. However friendly managers. The climb is constant but doable in 1 hour and a half. However, it is absurd to have to make the descent with skiers and especially sleds who go down regardless of the ban at the beginning of the climb. With all the slopes there are, it is absurd and serious that no one does anything, disrupting those who want to enjoy the walk. The bravado with which the sledders ask for the track is embarrassing, an attitude that Italians, South Tyroleans and foreigners have.

09/04/2025: We went with a group of friends. The cuisine is excellent. Very accurate service. Chiaro in Val di Sole may not be understood, but they don't know what they're missing. I highly recommend Claudio and his staff.

15/02/2025: È stato veramente un piacere aver trovato in un menu a prezzo fisso delle specialità del territorio che ho molto apprezzato. Morbida la carne e ben cotta. Porzioni abbondanti. Personale molto cortese e rapido nel servizio.

19/10/2024: Birthday dinner, relaxed atmosphere with soft lighting, excellent staff, attentive, helpful and non-intrusive. To start we were served a small welcome from the chef: bean cream soup with radicchio salad and croutons, very good indeed. To follow as an appetizer we tried the beef steak in two variations, the meat was truly exceptional! We continued with the grilled Fiorentina Breton, (before cooking it they showed us the piece of meat at the table to see if it was ok) served with baked potatoes and mashed potatoes...what can I say, it melted in your mouth, superb! We finished with a truly buttery and fragrant sweet millefeuille. To end on a high note they brought us some meringues and some homemade ugly but good ones which they finished immediately! The bill was quite high, but I must say that the quality of the products is exceptional and the service excellent.

10/10/2024: Staying at Miravalle and had reserved for dinner after researching many local restaurants. Enjoyed a relaxing dinner with a view of the garden. Short & Easy walk from town center. Service was helpful and attentive. Will return on our next visit. I especially enjoyed the “flan” starter dish. It seems to be a form of very light and delicate soufflé.

13/03/2025: I celebrated my graduation in this place, and I had a great time! Very nice and welcoming location, excellent service and tasty and simply delicious products. The staff was also very friendly and professional. It was a fantastic experience and I recommend it to everyone!
