04/09/2025: I spent a week at this hotel, which I found to be excellent. The location is enviable, the service is good, and the food is excellent. It also has a welcoming sauna.

15/08/2025: Disappointed and annoyed. This isn't the first time I've noticed inappropriate behavior from some staff members, but this time it was impossible to ignore. One waiter in particular stood out for his invasive attitude, harsh jokes, and personal questions directed at customers, creating an awkward and unprofessional atmosphere. A restaurant is not the place for advances, innuendos, or unsolicited confidences. Customers come to eat and enjoy the experience, not to be made uncomfortable by those who should be ensuring courtesy, respect, and discretion. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely undermines the reputation of the establishment, regardless of the quality of the food or the service of other staff members. A single employee behaving like this is enough to ruin a table's meal and the image of the entire restaurant. If the restaurant's management doesn't intervene and train or replace staff who don't know how to behave, they won't be able to complain when customers decide not to return. Professionalism means knowing where to stop, and here the line has long been crossed.

02/08/2025: A truly wonderful little old ice cream parlor where the ice cream is still homemade with love. And you can taste it. The service is also very friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

28/07/2025: Amazing hotel in corvara, cyclist friendly. Breakfast is sumptuous and just what we needed for the huge climbs! Wellness area has nice saunas and a pool. Rooms are big, clean, and well appointed. Staff is helpful and kind. Would stay again.

Last year with 6 people and this year with 14 men. * Prime location * Good kitchen with a very extensive breakfast and wide choice for dinner. * Nice wine list * Spacious rooms * Good room service * Ample shuttle service to the lifts *Some very friendly staff Small minus: The bar closes way too quickly.... 11:30 PM is really early. On Saturday evening our bus left and dinner was shoved down our throats, 3 courses in 30 minutes is not pleasant. It was also not possible to pay by card for the wines that our group drank, it had to be in cash. You can expect us again next year and probably with an even larger group.

02/08/2025: We had the great pleasure of enjoying a fish dinner at the Egetmann Bistrot in Tramin – and it was a culinary highlight from start to finish! Each course was lovingly prepared, perfectly balanced, and of top-notch quality. The fish was cooked to perfection, wonderfully fresh, and served with creative side dishes and sophisticated sauces. Add to that the team's warm hospitality, the cozy atmosphere, and a fantastic wine selection perfectly complemented the menu. You can simply feel the passion that goes into cooking and serving here. A huge compliment to the kitchen and service – we'll definitely be back!

03/08/2025: Delicious food and a varied menu. A great selection of seafood. Plus, delicious Munich beer on tap and a relaxed atmosphere in the charming garden with a playground for children (and two goats at the end of the property). Inside, the ambiance is more chic in the vaulted cellar – accordingly, the prices are a bit higher, although certainly commensurate with the quality. We'd be happy to come back!

03/08/2025: A former quarry transformed into a restaurant. Excellent pizzas and fabulous first courses. The nettle meatloaf is a delight.

11/08/2025: All good. Thin and crispy pizza. Simple ingredients. Friendly staff and very spacious atmosphere. Perfect for lunch.

26/07/2025: I went there for lunch with my partner. We had a cured meats appetizer with potato tortel, two pizzas, and two desserts. The food was average/high quality, although I reserve the right to return to try the meat, which looked decidedly appetizing. The service is a bit slow, but not exasperating. From the outside, the robot-cat waiter seems a bit pointless, getting stuck everywhere and having to be led back to the kitchen by the waiters, who perhaps waste more time doing so than not having it at all. My partner said the pistachio tart was "outstanding, the best restaurant dessert she's had in years." My panna cotta was a bit lacking in quantity, with an average flavor. The pizzas are good, but suitable for those who don't like the "Neapolitan" style, which is very thick. They are, in fact, thin and very large. The cured meats are excellent. We'll be back.

20/08/2025: The waitress at the door was rude and arrogant. I thought her attitude was inappropriate. We left.

22/07/2025: Un tipico ristorante di montagna in cui si mangia benissimo! Il tris di canederli e il cervo in umido con polenta e marmellata di prugne erano deliziosi. Personale attento e luogo accogliente (prenotando per cena non siamo riusciti a gustarci la vista tra le montagne ma deve essere davvero bellissima). Animali ammessi, avevamo con noi un cagnolino che è stato ben accolto. Ci torneremo volentieri, super consigliato!

22/06/2025: Good morning everyone, I would like to start with the fact that I love this restaurant for several reasons. The first is because I love the owner and waiter nicknamed "papà bosio" who is very nice and attentive to us and I had the opportunity to taste many dishes that I had never tasted in my life, so the few times I came to this restaurant I always found myself in inhuman conditions and I never paid a heart, not even a single cent, being a friend of the godson of a Dennis bosio. I recommend everyone to eat there and greetings to everyone 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
