At this point, after checking out, they asked us to pay for five bottles of water, but when we asked to deduct breakfast for eight people, which we wouldn't have eaten, they told us it wasn't possible. A little intelligence would be enough to understand how to work.

24/07/2025: Perfect stay from June 19th to 22nd We stayed at Feldmilla Design Hotel from June 19th to 22nd and were impressed in every way. The hotel is a true gem: elegant, welcoming, surrounded by nature, and beautifully maintained down to the smallest detail. The professionalism and kindness of the staff stood out from the very beginning. Every team member was attentive, helpful, and always made us feel at home. The quality of the services is simply outstanding: spotless and stylish rooms, a relaxing wellness area, delicious and abundant breakfasts, and a lounge bar serving creative and top-quality cocktails. An experience we’ll always remember and definitely hope to repeat soon. Highly recommended!

15/08/2025: A very friendly welcome and delicious pizza in the restaurant. My bike was safely stored.

13/08/2025: We only ate at the restaurant, not the hotel. I can only appreciate the fact that the head waiter was running around and you could see he was trying his best. Besides the endless wait for pizza and pasta (with many other people around us who almost argued), they forgot to bring us the menus and bread, and the second course even after we asked. I understand the lack of staff in the dining room due to holidays or an absence of some staff, but they definitely weren't on top of things in the kitchen either. I'm giving 3 stars only for the head waiter's dedication and for the food, which was quite good.

22/07/2025: Architetto con la passione del vino (e che passione), Elena Walch ha forse trovato nel suo piccolo bistrot di Termeno la sintesi perfetta delle sue idee, che coniugano l'ecosostenibilità con la qualità e la bellezza. Le verre capricieux si affaccia sulla valle del lago di Caldaro con una splendida vista sulle montagne circostanti. Chiaramente i vini di Elena Walch sono il 'piatto forte', ma tutto il menù - essenziale - è interessante senza essere pretenzioso (menzione per i dolci accompagnati al passito). E' logico la qualità e il panorama si pagano, ma il ristorante non è particolarmente caro (piatto degustazione più un calice vino si resta dentro i 20 euro) e vale decisamente una visita.

Menu con ampia scelta. Abbiamo preso stinco e formaggio alla piastra tutti buonissimo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Prenotate!

10/08/2025: Small café in Riva's old town. Great selection of local food and drinks, plus a very diverse selection of cakes and pastries. Extremely friendly staff. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

03/09/2025: It was a lovely two-day vacation, but I would have stayed longer for all the great things the location has to offer. The staff is incredibly friendly.

31/08/2025: We had a truly wonderful time at this hotel! The staff is exceptional: kind, helpful, and always smiling, they made us feel right at home. The food is excellent, but a special mention goes to the breakfast: rich, varied, and with many truly delicious homemade products! We stayed in the annex, and even though it was separate from the main building, the room was very beautiful, well-kept, and spotlessly clean. A perfect stay, we'll definitely be back.

15/08/2025: We only stopped to use the bar service, so I'm not judging the hotel. I just have to say thank you for the kindness of the lady who served us a delicious mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, carefully prepared by her grandmother. We drank an excellent wine 🥂 ...the name in the video 😂

16/07/2025: I'm sitting here at Platzl right now, and we arrived quite late. But Franceso was able to revive the kitchen and served us a bruschetta I've never had before. It was sensational! The best bruschetta I've ever had! An absolute insider tip!

14/07/2025: We're spending a few days in beautiful Brunico, enjoying not only the ambiance and wonderful atmosphere of the town but also the good food, and luckily we found the "Platzl" for that. It's primarily a pizzeria, but also offers meat and pasta dishes along with various salads. Let's start with one thing: the pizzas are really, really good, as are the pasta dishes we tried. The meat dishes we saw at neighboring tables on our evenings also looked incredibly delicious, and there wasn't a crumb left over 😉. The staff also deserves special mention; they not only do a great job, they are really helpful, very friendly, and fast – simply fantastic! Francesco and his team would get 10 stars from us. We highly recommend the "Platzl" to everyone.

05/09/2025: A particularly inviting place, decorated in a vintage style, with a Beatles and Elvis Presley corner, guitars and records hanging on the wall... The food is good, and it's not too expensive. I recommend the half-roasted chicken, and for dessert, the fantastic cream and chocolate dumplings.

20/08/2025: After a wonderful vacation on Lake Garda, Booking.com showed me this magical castle hotel. The room price, at first glance, seems on the high side, and now I have to say, it's absolutely justified. Entering the hotel is simply a dream. Since I'm very spiritual, I immediately sense other people's vibes and feelings. The staff, as well as the other guests at the hotel, were absolutely relaxed. Every wish is truly fulfilled. Normally, wine always gives me a headache, but this was absolutely not the case here. I would especially like to mention that the manager personally greeted us and asked us if we were comfortable. Where else can you find that? I'm absolutely thrilled and would love to come back. Thank you so much. 😊❤️🫶

18/08/2025: Spectacular location but terrible service I was here for Mother's Day and was treated really badly by the staff, who not only forgot my reservation but also forced us to choose only one menu item. Too bad.

24/04/2025: Settimana Bianca con gli amici, prenotiamo in questo ristorante e mai scelta fu più azzeccata, a partire dal locale tipico molto carino con un affettatrice berkel favolosa, prodotti nostrani appesi,una goduria alla vista. Ordino un piatto di fettuccine al capriolo con riduzione di frutti di bosco, strepitosi è dire poco, anche i miei amici soddisfattissimi di tutti i piatti. Personale gentile e simpatico. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò.
