13/04/2025: Disappointing experience. Poor appetizers, in particular the much praised octopus was rubbery and tasteless, while the tartare was better. The first course was also disappointing, based on tomato which unfortunately was acidic and ruined everything. In the end, after paying, thanking and saying goodbye, the owner barely returned our greeting, without any of them bothering to ask us if everything had gone well. For this reason I also had to give a low rating to the service.

18/02/2025: I've been going to La Scarpetta for a couple of years, especially when there are dinner parties. The food is very well prepared and excellent. The friendliness of the owners is unique. I recommend it

17/02/2025: I was on vacation with my family a few weeks ago. We thought we would visit the Kradorfer Alm after a hike. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND RIGHT but the only thing that stood out was the beautiful location, the food was really sickening and we all had to leave leftover food behind, as described in the reviews here, I don't think so at all. It's overcrowded with tourists, the staff is infuriating, self-deprecating and unsympathetic. Perhaps they could be used as prison staff and the cook could be used as a prison cook or cafeteria cook. Then don't be embarrassed by these prices😂😂 you lose half your wages if you see these prices and want to eat something. I will never visit this Alm on my vacation again because this is really bottom drawer.......😠

11/02/2025: Malga davvero molto caratteristica, piccola ma accogliente. Cibo squisito, personale gentile e attento alle esigenze di tutti. Facilmente raggiungibile anche per famiglie con bambini, noi eravamo 2 coppie con 3 bambini e hanno raggiunto KradorferAlm senza problemi, divertendosi con la neve lungo il sentiero (la salita è dolce). All'arrivo hanno anche trovato un bel parco giochi di fianco alla malga. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari per vederla anche d'estate!

08/04/2025: Nice hotel in a good location south of Bolzano. Easily accessible from the A22. A 3-course menu is always offered in the evening. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient.

A little sceptically, we tried to go in to eat something for lunch, but at the entrance they warned us with a bit of resentment that access was only possible to members of the club. (Rightly so: it's a military club)...

24/01/2025: Pizz….stop is not just a pizzeria by the slice but also a beautiful gastronomy full of proposals, from typical dishes of the area to some proposals that go from north to south, from fried arancine to fried fish 🐠 The portions are large and the staff is super friendly and courteous. It is possible to eat on site but standing only but takeaway is also possible. Good good guys

22/10/2024: A pochi passi dalla funivia che parte da Sesto, è un ottimo punto di ristoro: aperitivo, pranzo o sosta rigenerante con un meraviglioso panorama. Noi abbiamo gustato solo un aperitivo della casa, uno Spritz originale e gustoso ma abbiamo respirato a pieni polmoni l’aria fresca e pura nonché i profumi della montagna assieme al suo splendido panorama. Bel posto, assolutamente da provare.

05/10/2024: Posto top! A parte la location che già vale da sola, personale gentilissimo e cibo squisito! Appena arrivati, essendo con due bambini, la cameriera ci ha portato due secchielli pieni di animali di gomma che hanno ben intrattenuto i bambini durante il pranzo. Il ristorante è specializzato nei camederli, ne hanno di tantissimi tipi! Noi abbiamo provato la selezione di tre canederli con abbinamenti particolari e quelli ai formaggi. Ottimi tutti! Il personale è molto attento anche ai cani, appena ne arrivava uno gli portavano subito una ciotola di acqua fresca!! I prezzi non sono bassi ma comunque il servizio vale tutto! Complimenti

24/08/2024: Locale meraviglioso, il nostro punto fisso per le nostre vacanze in alto Adige. Il personale molto gentile e accogliente e il cibo molto ma molto buono. Siamo stato il 22 agosto e volevamo tornare il 30 ma purtroppo ha chiuso. Avremmo voluto chiudere la nostra vacanza con del buon cibo........Grazie per tutte le volte che ci avete servito sia in inverno che in estate. Ia vostra cucina mi mancherà i prossimi anni.

23/03/2025: Wedding 09/24 We chose Prime Rose for the catering of our wedding, and our experience was a mix of emotions. We were initially won over by Emanuela's charisma, who was very professional and friendly in our first meetings when choosing the menu, but unfortunately, during the wedding day some aspects did not go as we expected. As for the food, we can't help but compliment it: every dish was of excellent quality and our guests appreciated it very much. However, the organization of the day left much to be desired. Unfortunately, with the arrival of the rain, the aperitif we had planned outdoors was interrupted, and we expected part of it to be served in the dining room. Instead, nothing was brought inside, and we were made to start lunch an hour early, creating a bit of confusion. In the dining room, service management was not optimal. There were two waiters: one with more experience, but who seemed unmotivated, and a young and inexperienced girl. The result was that some moments, such as the distribution of drinks and time management, were poorly taken care of. Another point that disappointed us was the cutting of the cake: scheduled for 7-7.30pm, it was served at 5.30pm, leaving us then with an hour and a half of waiting without doing anything. During this period, the tables of the elderly guests were not served with sparkling wine, and we were told that, since the cake was being cut outdoors, everyone had to get up to get the drink. This situation has never happened to us on other occasions. Even the cocktail corner, planned during the evening, did not meet expectations. The bartender was almost "hidden", and many guests came to ask us where he was. Furthermore, we had agreed on free focaccias for the evening, but in the end during the party, all the paid piadinas were served first, and, when these were finished, we were told that it was not appropriate to serve the focaccias, despite it being a previously established agreement. In conclusion, the food was undoubtedly a strong point, but the organization and management of the service was disappointing. We were hoping for a smoother experience that was in line with expectations, especially considering the professionalism initially shown.

19/02/2025: Desde el momento en que entramos, el propietario era grosero y no servicial en absoluto. Ella solo nos informó que la cocina estaba cerrada y solo pizza estaba disponible después de que nos habíamos sentado y mirado el menú. Las pizzas estaban bien, pero el queso era muy masticable. Mi madre pidió un té porque se sentía mal, y el dueño nos había informado que no tenían ningún té porque el “hotel estaba cerrado”. Pedimos zumo de naranja, ya que no parecía haber otras opciones, que también era de calidad barata y servida en vasos astillados. Cuando mi padre fue a pagar, se había dado cuenta de que había un montón de bolsas de té en exhibición e interrogó a la señora después de lo cual mintió y dijo que le informó a mi madre que había otros tés para elegir. Ella absolutamente no lo hizo y de hecho dejó muy claro que NO había tés disponibles. No entendemos por qué nos trataron de esta manera, pero fue un servicio inaceptable para pagar a los clientes. Gran decepción como habíamos estado en este restaurante en el pasado cuando viajamos, ya que es muy característico, pero por desgracia el mal servicio y la caída en la calidad significa que nunca volveremos de nuevo.
