09/11/2025: It's been a regular stop for seven years now. Every year I go up to Andalo (TN) to spend a few relaxing days. Baita Marnara, however, is located in Maso Milano. We always go down and eat their traditional trout, cooked whole in a copper pan, making it incredibly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Having a pond with trout in it, they always have the freshest produce. This fish is also featured in other dishes, which further enhance its appeal. Everything on the menu is also very good. The manager and staff are always very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

20/10/2025: The copper-pan-cooked trout is highly recommended: you won't find it like this anywhere else! There are many side dishes to choose from, and, if you prefer, very good appetizers too. The service is always warm and friendly. The bill is very fair.

22/11/2025: We ate very well, the food was delicious, the Florentine steak and the semolina gnocchi with ragù were delicious, the chestnut tiramisu was fabulous.

11/01/2026: The cuisine is excellent, with a wide and well-thought-out selection: carefully prepared dishes, well-tarnished flavors, and evident quality. The atmosphere is also truly beautiful and authentic, all in wood, warm and welcoming, with the staff dressed in Tyrolean costumes, a detail that contributes to an authentic and enjoyable experience. The portions are just right, precise down to the millimeter: not a single ravioli too many, not one too few. For some, this may be a plus, for others, perhaps a bit forced, but nevertheless consistent. The only real downside, and a rather annoying one, concerns the reservation: a preauthorization of 30 euros per person is required, but this is not deducted from the dinner bill. We were told the amount would be refunded at midnight, but as of 9:00 the following morning, the money was still frozen. It's very unpleasant to find yourself with frozen funds that aren't even used for the final payment, especially without a clear refund deadline. Parking isn't included; we paid €4 for an hour's dinner. Overall, the restaurant is worth it for its food and atmosphere, but this pre-authorization management unnecessarily ruins what would otherwise have been a truly positive experience.

03/01/2026: Excellent restaurant in Alta Badia!! Location with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent menu. I recommend the venison carpaccio and pork chops with fries. Excellent wine list and very professional sommelier.

08/12/2025: We found it by chance, as all the restaurants in the center of Castelrotto were closed. It was around 1:30 PM, and when we called, they told us the kitchen was open until around 2 PM. As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us kindly, which wasn't exactly expected given the hour. We ate very well, both the dumplings in broth and the excellent venison goulash. The restaurant is five minutes from the center (you need to take the car), but definitely recommended for a quiet stay and good food.

23/02/2026: Awful experience. I don't recommend interacting with the place. I personally ate 1 piadina with Albanian sauce, which I don't know what it was. After 2 days, I had some intestinal problems. For those who don't understand, I became a transformer.

23/02/2026: No comment. I ate four kebab wraps and they were a bit heavy, with balanced ingredients but frozen. And as Anna Pepe said, all the grlz love me, but after the kebab, they don't anymore. I'm a big kebab eater, but this one has something crazy about it. Anyway, congratulations, everything was very good, especially the churros. The panada was also very good, but I couldn't handle it. Unfortunately, the kebabs weren't that great, but I believe in you.

23/03/2026: Excellent service, excellent food, excellent location. The waiter was relaxed, friendly, and had that typical Italian charm. The restaurant is very beautiful and stylish. Our steak was outstanding, and the wine recommendation was also excellent.

22/02/2026: We can't say we ate badly, but being made fun of is... the very distracted waiter brought the wrong appetizer and then changed it, but in the meantime I was eating and my wife was watching me. We ordered half a liter of house wine and no one told us that they only served wine by the glass at a price of more than €5 each, then we had a coffee. I asked for the bill and paid trustingly... when we got home we realized that the coffees on the bill were 2 and that the half liter of wine cost us more than €20... dishonest, never to see you again

05/03/2026: A very nice hotel with a great spa area and outdoor pool! We spent a very relaxing ski holiday with our children and friends. The appetizer buffet, the location, the shuttle service, and the host family's passion for sports are just a few of the many highlights of this hotel!

24/02/2026: A beautiful location with luxurious rooms. Not close to the ski lift, but the hotel's own transfer service will quickly get you to the Seiser Alm or Seceda lifts. The restaurant staff is very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The ladies at reception could learn a thing or two from them.

07/04/2026: Stayed for 4 days in June. Fantastic 4-star hotel with a pool and wellness area. The furnishings and layout are typically mountain-style, blending perfectly with the modern spaces and rooms. My room, called ADLER, was about 50 square meters and featured an entrance hall with a sofa and a 43" TV, separated from the bedroom by pocket doors. The bedroom, which was over 30 square meters, had a 43" TV and a sitting area, two balconies, two French windows, and two windows. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed had a topper. Top-notch food and service, and wonderful staff. 💪💪💪👍👏

28/12/2025: During the Christmas holidays, we stayed at the Hotel Alpino in Peio Fonti, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The owner, Katia, was extremely kind and always available, ready to recommend activities and helpful tips, especially for us, who were beginners in skiing. The quality of the food was excellent, with a different menu every day and options designed for children. The room was cozy, clean, and equipped with every comfort, including a professional hairdryer and impeccable daily cleaning. Also noteworthy was the wellness area, featuring a swimming pool, spa with sauna and Turkish bath, and hot tubs. Silvia, too, provided an impeccable welcome: she was very kind, affectionate, and always available. We also appreciated the free tastings organized within the hotel, which allowed us to discover typical local products. The magical snowfall on Christmas Eve made the atmosphere even more enchanting, with a splendid view of the mountains directly from our room. Nearby, you'll also find an information point, a pastry shop, the Peio spa, a ski school, and equipment rentals, as well as the cable car to the top. A truly perfect stay for the whole family.
