05/03/2025: We took two real pizzas and the dough was really excellent, not at all chewy, in fact, it literally melts in your mouth. As always, when it comes to food, I forget to take a photo and get straight to the point but trust me, the pizza here is really excellent. I will also return to taste some of their cuisine, especially the fish-based one.

26/12/2024: Let me start by saying that I am Neapolitan. This evening we ordered a Margherita and a Panuozzo. The Margherita was ok (not really Neapolitan, but it was also good), the Panuozzo, on the other hand, was not a panuozzo but a sandwich.... The dough was rubbery and raw in the centre, and it hadn't been rolled out well, it was very small! I understand that you want to save money because if you roll it out well then you also have to fill it all with the ingredients, but at this point change the name, write "sandwich with pizza dough", I don't know, whatever you want, but certainly not panuozzo ...or don't charge 10 euros for it, an absurd price for what it is!

03/02/2025: On Monday 3 February I stumbled upon this bar to get something to eat given that it was already lunch time.. Let me start by saying that it is the first time I have entered this bar and I was really satisfied.. The place was full but despite this the welcome was TOP( I think it was the owner who served me but if that wasn't the case, really compliments) because I felt really at ease.. Not everyone is greeted with a smile like that.. I took a filled tortilla and a small bottle of water..(even the flatbread, no words.. Very good) well done, keep it up!! I will definitely return!!!

29/03/2025: It's an incredible place. The view, unbeatable. The staff's attention is excellent. The dishes are Gourmet, they could be a little more abundant for the price they have. But the quality is sublime. Totally recommended place in the center of Tuscany.
