05/04/2025: Dalla prima timida cena di alcuni mesi fa ormai consideriamo questo bistrot un nostro luogo del cuore. Anche stasera ci siamo sentiti a casa, coccolati dalla simpatia e competenza di Carlo e dalle delizie create da Mara. Ho assaggiato una peccaminosa capasanta alla maiala con golosi canditi di pancetta e crema di barbabietole rosse. A seguire una carezzevole grigliata di pesce con verdure e un eclatante e sapido tombarello. Ammiccante la panna cotta con fragole e peperoncino, golosissima. Conto generoso.

01/03/2025: Molto ospitali e disponibili , ci hanno accolto in una fredda serata di marzo, dopo tanti rifiuti, nonostante fossimo in otto. Hanno prontamente preparato un tavolo, hanno aspettato che tutti i nostri amici arrivassero, sono stati gentili, disponibili, velocissimi accoglienti e molto sorridenti. Da ripetere.😘

22/03/2025: Ambiente piu’ che vintage direi vetusto…una bella rinfrescata non guasterebbe. L’offerta infatti rimane si piatti storici dedicati a una clientela piuttosto age’…ho ordinato le bavette ai ricci di mare portati la prima volta molto molto piccanti il sapore copriva il gusto del riccio, abbiamo fatto presente e ce li hanno riportati un po’ meno piccanti ma di riccio solo il ricordo. Passiamo al secondo sanpietro troppo cotto con carciofi e patate. Siamo stati di sabato sera, serata piena, la prima portata dopo un’ora e 10 anche no. Sempre le solite cose direi anche non fatte bene….adatto ai clienti vetusti che di solito frequenta il locale.

15/11/2024: Un buon punto per un pranzo buono ma senza pretese a Prato, fuori dal centro storico. Al banco si trovano salumi e formaggi ma anche piatti o cibi già pronti o appena sfornati, quasi una specie di self service ma con servizio al tavolo. Ci si può sedere all'interno o all'esterno e la clientela è variegata, anche per etnia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

13/05/2025: Historic restaurant present in Prato for many years, it served typical cuisine. Since 2018, it has changed management with a cuisine that is always traditional but renewed and enhanced, as well as fine foreign meats. Excellent crispy and dry fried courgette flowers, not to mention the artichokes... truly excellent. The white ragù is also excellent, the celery Prato style is good, the duck breast with orange is truly excellent. Excellent presentation and excellent taste. The house wine is also an excellent accompaniment.

12/05/2025: On May 1st, with other parents of Viareggio football we went for lunch in this delightful little place in Prato. A mouth-watering menu and excellent service made that day very pleasant. Thank you!

07/05/2025: Beautiful historic trattoria with the possibility of outdoor tables under the porticoes, 2 steps from the main square in a quiet area facing the park. Very tasty typical dishes and native wines. The roast beef but also the Tuscan appetizers are highly recommended. Friendly service and always with a smile. Better to book if during the holidays because it is very popular

Spotlessly clean place, impeccable and quick service. At Gerardo's I eat the only pizza that doesn't give me digestion problems.
