28/06/2026: There were four of us and we chose the medium blind menu. One of the guests was celiac, and they had no problem managing it. The most spectacular part was definitely the appetizers, and then the main course (the last course before dessert), which, in my case, was seriously overcooked. Overall, the experience was good; there's a lot of attention to the ingredients and a guided and balanced appreciation of the local area. The service is young/very young. One of the things we liked most was the bread with lard, which was much better than other combinations that, in my opinion, didn't come out so well (the dessert with popcorn comes to mind). One thing to add is that they then gave us the paper menu of what we ate with the various descriptions, and one dish was "wrong" for the menu we had chosen, but that can happen. Overall, the experience was good; the dishes were good, and certainly sufficient in quantity.

26/01/2026: My wife and I went there for lunch yesterday. We were right to book in advance as the place is small. Beautiful! Amazing meat recommended by the owner, who was kind and friendly, like all the rest of the staff. Not like ours in La Spezia 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. The platter was delicious, with exquisite cured meats and cheeses, and very tasty. The bread and focaccia were delicious. The dessert was amazing. The wine in the flask was good, and it smelled like Sangiovese. The bill was €55 per person, and I think he even gave us a little discount. What more can I say? Thank you so much, congratulations, and see you next time!

13/09/2025: The ice cream is so good… every time I have to ask for more!!! The pistachio and pomegranate cremino is delicious, but the seasonal fig ice cream is out of this world! They're getting better and better!

06/06/2026: Review Idea: Title: Breakfast and Lunch with Friends We started with a delicious dessert. Yes, we'd mistimed an event and were passing by the restaurant around 9:00 AM. Chef Mara welcomed us with extraordinary kindness, offering us a stunning Linzer torte and excellent coffee. She told us about her dishes, the freshest ingredients she uses, and how they bake for up to 54 hours. We couldn't help but return for lunch! We had the roasted amberjack with gin-infused vegetables and green apple: a delight with perfectly balanced flavors. We then indulged in some melt-in-the-mouth donuts. Kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, quality. We'll be back soon!

28/03/2026: If you're looking for good pizza without breaking the bank, this is the place. The quality-price ratio is exceptional, something hard to find in Prato. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere, while simple and informal, was pleasant. I'll definitely be back.

16/07/2026: Bottega Peruzzi hosted the welcome dinner the day before my wedding at Villa la Ferdinanda. It was easy to organize, and Chef Davide and Michela were very kind and helpful, offering an excellent menu suited to the summer season and showcasing traditional Tuscan dishes. The guests came from all over Europe and all complimented the dinner, which was delicious, and the beautiful location in the small square of Artimino with a view of the entire valley. For us, the newlyweds, it was a wonderful moment we were able to share with our guests, especially since we didn't have much time the next day!
