04/10/2025: Fantastic experience. What more can I say? Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the service, the presentation of the dishes, and their flavor. Kudos to the entire staff, made up of very welcoming and professional young people who thoroughly explained the dishes and the matching wines. It truly deserves its Michelin star. We'll be back to try the cheeses, which look delicious.

29/09/2025: I went to Paca in Prato, a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was impeccable, the staff attentive and precise, nothing to complain about. The food, however, didn't entirely convince me. I'm not talking about price or quantity, but rather the taste: the dark sauces were a bit too overpowering, covering up rather than enhancing the dishes. Everything was well executed, the dishes were carefully prepared and presented with precision, but ultimately the experience was ordinary, without any particular emotion or anything that would make me say, "I'll be back."

13/10/2025: There were 9 of us for lunch on a mountain bike tour. The organization was perfect, serving us delicious Tuscan dishes. A friendly and welcoming welcome. Reasonably priced, a must-visit address.

12/10/2025: A true gem in a wonderfully beautiful and unique village. The service staff are highly professional, yet also knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. The staff are also extremely knowledgeable about wines and their characteristics. The chef is exceptional. Perfect for romantic evenings and for those who enjoy excellent Tuscan cuisine, elegantly and exquisitely reinterpreted.

28/09/2025: What can I say about a wonderful evening where we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday... a beautiful location both inside and out, with a well-kept garden and a truly fairytale atmosphere!! Giovanni, the owner, is a kind person, available to accommodate our every request, and all his staff are competent, friendly, and helpful. The dinner, with every course, was delicious!! Congratulations and thank you for making Aurora's wonderful 18th birthday a success!! ☺️

12/09/2025: We celebrated my son's 18th birthday. We couldn't have made a better choice. The location is beautiful both inside and out. The spaces are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and Giovanni, the owner, is kind, welcoming, and helpful. Menu for all budgets, excellent food. I'll definitely be back! Recommended 👍

17/10/2025: Be careful, you'll pay 12 euros even for the pressed cardboard tray. They don't tare. The pizza isn't great. Heavy dough, not very airy, and not enough time to rise.

16/09/2025: Great pizza shop in Prato Italy, very popular with the locals which is always a good sign. Lots of great selection of slice pizza. Slices pizza are selling by weight, and it is only £12 per kilo!!! You can also order individual pizzas, and ranging from £7-9 per pizza. We ordered two pizza with two sparking water for only £17! And the pizzas were made freshly and tasted fantastic!! It is a must try when you are in Prato! Staff were so friendly with our orders in English! It was great experience and glad we found the place!

21/07/2025: What can I say? Everything was great, from the atmosphere to the welcome, the attention to your needs, and last but not least, the food and the bill. My compliments to all the staff. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for all the qualities a good restaurant should have.

24/07/2025: Excellent pizza restaurant, good service, serves very particular dishes (such as charcoal pizza) in addition to the traditional ones, good fish starter and good wine, has a very pleasant small outdoor terrace and a nice and particular interior, a place suitable for everyone. 11/07/2025: The perfect setting when you're looking for some relief from the summer heat, with a lovely terrace overlooking the valley. The interior is very charming and well-appointed. The menu offers a limited number of dishes, but all are unique, carefully presented, and delicious. And above all, they're reasonably priced. A nice wine list with unique and unusual labels. The desserts are also very good. A special mention for the fried flowers we ordered as a pre-starter before ordering the rest is that they were delivered within minutes: they were incredibly light and not at all greasy. You could have eaten a whole load of them. Then we had celery meatballs and tartare, and for the second course, fried Dell'Aia, Chianti tuna, duck gnocchi, and wild boar macaroni. To finish, baked pears with mascarpone and torta della nonna. Coffee, grappa, and vermouth, and two bottles of wine, the first of which was a truly remarkable Verdicchio Riserva, paired with everything. Cost: €50. Excellent value.

26/10/2024: Delicatessen where we often have lunch or take away dishes: variety, every day, of first courses, second courses, desserts and many genuine and tasty side dishes (in summer there is also watermelon); try the caffè macchiato with a mountain of milk cream. Friendly and welcoming staff. The environment is familiar and you can also shop for food, including fruit and vegetables.

05/08/2025: A modern and original venue, we dined outdoors under the ancient walls and the atmosphere is truly evocative. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and every course was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. Compliments to the young chef...my tagliolini with sea bass and lime breadcrumbs were superb! We'll definitely be back!

The restaurant is beautifully appointed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a quiet dinner or a special evening. The food is excellent, with well-crafted dishes and quality ingredients. Each course was a pleasant surprise, both in taste and presentation. The service was also impeccable: the staff were courteous, helpful, and attentive. A truly beautiful and delicious restaurant, nestled within the ancient walls of Prato. Definitely worth a visit!

29/09/2025: The pizza, although nicely presented, unfortunately didn't satisfy me at all. It wasn't very tasty and wasn't even piping hot when served. Service was exorbitantly slow. The outdoor patio has some issues that are even dangerous.
