16/08/2024: Quella da Bisteccatoscana è stata un' esperienza incredibile. La Bistecca è l'elemento centrale attorno al quale ruota tutta la meraviglia di questo posto che cura ogni minimo dettaglio: dall'arredamento dell'ambiente ai vini e ai piatti di accompagnamento, dalla griglia dove viene cotta la bistecca alla scelta accurata della carne. Tutto prepara a quell'incontro di sapori che si sprigionano nel mangiare una Fiorentina come non avevo mai provato prima.

30/11/2024: When I feel like eating out I always think of an imaginary tavern where the host is friendly and the food is genuine and superlative. Sometimes, as in the case of the "Amici mie" tavern in Serravalle Pistoiese, culinary dreams come true. When you enter you are greeted by friends. The food is as wonderful as what your grandma would make for you. The ribollita is divine. The amazing "peposo". The sensational fried food; delicious desserts. Here is finally a tavern where the love for cooking and customer service is stronger than anything else. Strongly recommended if you pass through Pistoia.

03/11/2024: Finally a place entirely dedicated to gluten-free and lactose-free, with many precautions and variations also for food allergies and intolerances, also vegetarian and vegan options. Quality artisan products, excellent service and lots of friendliness. Compliments!

31/10/2024: Unfortunately, with the change of management I have not found the same quality, especially in the food, the only good thing that has remained is the flatbread dough. Friendly waitress but only the blonde one. Too bad it was my point of reference with the old management.

16/12/2024: On December 13th I organized a birthday party at the Pantheon Parco Bonacchi Puccini, a splendid, fairytale location! thank you Niccolò Bonacchi! The catering, the elegant setup, the splendid decorations, the excellent food and the super efficient and courteous service was organized by Antonio Bar Corallo Pistoia, it was truly unique in every way, thank you!

Entering here is like being welcomed by old friends: a positive, pleasant and warm environment. Believe us, the atmosphere is truly unique; you will feel pampered and at home! And then… what about the owner? His genuine smile and the attention he dedicates to each customer are something rare and precious! 05/11/2024: they canceled a booking on the fork, made a month ago, without any reason, causing me to lose my the fork points. Do not take reservations if you cannot guarantee the services.

09/12/2024: We had dinner last Friday at this restaurant. We ordered pici cacio e pepe, beef carpaccio with artichokes and followed by fried chicken, rabbit with artichokes and fried lamb. The pici were very salty and so was the carpaccio, we mentioned this to the waitress when she asked us 'how did it go?' .... when we arrived at the fried food, the owner himself showed up, leaving the dishes on the table, adding in a contemptuous manner that since the first courses were salty he hadn't put even a grain of salt in these.... a gentleman. I will never go back. I add that we also ordered a bottle of Bruciato.... I advise against it, detached staff... incapable of creating empathy... Cost of dinner 120 euros... it could fit.

06/08/2024: La cafonaggine della gestrice non ha scuse. Dopo aver aspettato più di 20 Min un sorbetto, abbiamo chiesto se arrivava bene altrimenti saremmo dovuti andare via. La gestrice ha detto che la cucina era ingolfata (alle 23 di lunedì?), che avrei dovuto dirle perché per me iniziava ad essere tardi (dirle i fatti miei?) Ecc..ma la cosa peggiore è stata quando la gestrice ha iniziato a sbraitare fra i tavoli dicendo che non sopportava le persone che hanno fretta... Una signora di classe, davvero! Complimenti! Prima e ultima volta.

03/12/2024: Trattoria in Montecatini Terme the place is not very large, inside there are a few tables, but outside there is a closed area with other seats. The place is welcoming and has typical tavern decor. The dishes are typical Tuscan cuisine, well executed and with generous portions. Friendly staff and fast service

The waiter Giusy was very friendly and attentive to us. Highly recommended if you want to taste authentic tuscan cuisine, in particular meat. Really great experience. P.s. Kudos to Giusy!!

24/11/2024: We had dinner with the family last night for the first time, they welcomed us with a nice smile, a very nice and warm environment. We tasted various fish courses, all delicious, the fried fish was so good not even at the seaside. The creamed cod melted in the mouth, we drank an excellent wine chosen from a remarkable wine list, we will return to taste other courses.
