04/05/2025: I have purchased various types of meat from this butcher shop twice, all excellent. Tender and tasty Florentine steak. The staff is kind and attentive to customer requests.

23/05/2025: La fiorentina cotta a legna è buonissima. Il servizio è più unico che raro, coccolati con antipasto, contorni e dolce. Non si può rimanere delusi.

19/05/2025: Sono ritornata ancora una volta a cenare da Bisteccatoscana con degli amici e come sempre non ha deluso le mie aspettative!! Antipasti sfiziosissi, bistecca buonissima e un dolce finale, per non parlare della vasta selezione di vini tra cui scegliere. Personale puntuale, gentile ed attento ai minimi dettagli. Ci ritorneremo presto!!

05/05/2025: Really nice location 15 minutes from Montecatini. Spectacular cuisine and impeccable service. Forget the usual tourist-catching restaurants you find in the city center if you want to eat really well. Friendly and professional owner.

03/05/2025: We returned to this restaurant because it is a really good restaurant... Now they have renovated the environment and it has become a really nice place, their welcome is excellent... THE legendary "coccino" is delicious!!! I hope they never take it off the menu!!! The steak is truly spectacular!!! Soft and tasty!!! Phenomenal fried artichokes!!! I would say a place to recommend and return to for those who love meat!!!

Abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di assaporare numerose pietanze, tra cui le cozze, che si sono rivelate particolarmente eccellenti. Oltre alla specialità delle cozze preparate in molteplici modi, il menù offre un’ampia selezione di piatti a base di pesce sempre di alta qualità e alcune opzioni dedicate agli amanti della carne. La qualità del cibo è ottima e la carta dei vini propone una vasta scelta proveniente da cantine rinomate. Raccomando vivamente questo ristorante per qualsiasi occasione, sia pranzo che cena. 01/05/2025: The restaurant, located in the heart of Pistoia, is designed down to the smallest details. The staff stands out for its hospitality and professionalism. We had the opportunity to taste numerous dishes, including the mussels, which turned out to be particularly excellent. In addition to the specialty of mussels prepared in multiple ways, the menu offers a wide selection of high quality fish-based dishes and some options dedicated to meat lovers. The quality of the food is excellent and the wine list offers a vast choice from renowned wineries. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion, whether lunch or dinner. We will be happy to return again.

19/05/2025: Serata degustazione presso Ristorante Busatti. Locale pieno. Degustazione con vini italiani e francesi in abbinamento ad un menù di pesce. Carpaccio di scampi con insalata di asparagi e gel di bergamotto Seppia farcita con patate Calamarata con gamberi rossi, vongole veraci Filetto di spada alla Wellington Soufflè alla nocciola Buoni i piatti, interessante un vino in particolare. Unica nota negativa della serata, a mio avviso, la rumorosità della sala piena di avventori.

09/05/2025: We ate here every chance we got during a tour of Tuscany in September of 2024. This restaurant was a highlight of our trip. Service was perfect. Food was exquisite. Wine was delightful. Atmosphere was hoity-toity. We were rubbing elbows with the wealthiest locals. Oksana and Lido took very good care of us. Per Oscar Wilde, "I have the simplest taste. I am always satisfied with the best."

07/05/2025: Excellent food and AMAZING service! Every dish we ordered was delicious. We called ahead for a reservation of 32 and they went above and beyond for our group. One of the girls in our group was celebrating her birthday and they made a special cake for her and two extra trays of tiramisu! If I you are passing through this town or live here it is an absolute MUST!

02/06/2025: On Saturday 31st May we celebrated the wedding of our daughter Virginia and Matteo, while 12 years earlier on 25th May we celebrated the wedding of the eldest daughter Melania with Giovanni Like the previous one it was a success with infinite compliments and satisfaction not only from us parents, but also from all the relatives, friends and guests, we had dinner on the terrace after some super and tasty aperitifs and various appetizers by the pool with the addition of the chef's peposo, and then after cutting the cake in the pool we surprised the guests with the Chiosco dei golosi with sweets and fresh fruit presented in a spectacular way All this thanks to the professionalism and availability of Thomas and assisted by Raniero since the first visit to the location, well done to them and the whole crew This time too you made us taste delicious things, fully enjoy the party and made a great impression on the guests The last thing after all this? Spectacular location! A certainty 👏💯😍🎊

21/05/2025: A Truly Memorable Dining Experience This restaurant was an absolute gem. The terrace offers one of the best spots to watch the sunset, and every dish we had was exceptional. One of my colleagues even said it was the best bolognese pasta they’d ever had—and I completely agree, especially with the tiramisu, which was the best I’ve had in all my time in Italy. What made the experience even more special was Fabio, who is one of the warmest and most passionate hosts we’ve met. His love for food and wine genuinely enhanced our entire evening. We were staying at an Airbnb about 2km away, and when we were unsure how to get back, Fabio kindly and spontaneously offered to drive us home. What a wonderful person. On our second visit, Fabio wasn’t there, but he had thoughtfully asked his father to make sure we got home safely—just incredible hospitality. This is not just a place to eat, but a place to feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended. We’ll be back.

21/05/2025: Este restaurante era una joya absoluta. La terraza ofrece uno de los mejores lugares para ver la puesta de sol, y cada plato que tuvimos fue excepcional. Uno de mis colegas incluso dijo que era la mejor pasta boloñesa que habían probado — y estoy completamente de acuerdo, especialmente con el tiramisú, que fue el mejor que he probado en todo mi tiempo en Italia. Lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial fue Fabio, que es uno de los anfitriones más cálidos y apasionados que hemos conocido. Su amor por la comida y el vino realmente mejoró toda nuestra noche. Estábamos alojados en un Airbnb a unos 2 km de distancia, y cuando no estábamos seguros de cómo volver, Fabio amable y espontáneamente se ofreció a llevarnos a casa. Qué persona tan maravillosa. En nuestra segunda visita, Fabio no estaba allí, pero le había pedido a su padre que se asegurara de que llegáramos a casa sanos y salvos, simplemente una hospitalidad increíble. Este no es solo un lugar para comer, sino un lugar para sentirse genuinamente cuidado. Muy recomendable. Volveremos.

14/05/2025: It's a very spacious place, from outside to inside, you eat well and you spend the right amount. Recommended, especially if you have to host an event with more people, birthdays etc.

23/05/2025: Really beautiful and well-kept environment. Very kind and helpful staff. The quality of the meat is good and cooked impeccably. The simple tagliata is good, but I have eaten better. Also, the portions are really small. Delicious turnip tops. I expected the sautéed escarole (the photo is missing) to be cooked in a pan, also because I asked the waiter how it was cooked, and instead at the table I received raw escarole (salad). The extra virgin olive oil they use deserves a comment because it is delicious. They don't make the bread and you can taste it, too bad. The desserts are ok.
