25/03/2024: Although a little too baroque in style, the hotel is located facing the sea and is clean and equipped with all comforts. We also used the restaurant which, although it offers excellent dishes, was rather lacking in service, due to waiting and ordering, delegated to "the colleague" who never arrived (in fact we gave up dessert and coffee for this reason). Let's say it was the run-in for the early opening, you don't expect that from a 4-star hotel!!

03/10/2023: Antico Borgo café ... Bar located at the entrance to the ancient village of Porto Ercole ... nice and welcoming with table service and the possibility of eating and tasting. Great for a break overlooking the port.

11/03/2024: I ate at this restaurant on the Porto San Giorgio seafront for lunch where I expected, after hearing about it from someone, to leave the table happy. I can't say I ate badly, the fish is fresh and cooked well, but it lacks that something that when you leave doesn't make you say ''I'll definitely be back'' which is a shame. Good waitresses, clean place. Account in the norm.

24/02/2024: Remarkable level catering in a place that from this point of view offers little more than trattorias. All very fresh, intriguing recipe book, linked to Italian tradition with professionalism and innovation. Excellent wine proposal. When they renovate the place, moving to the port will be even more pleasant.

10/02/2024: A great experience. Tradition and modernity in this small restaurant. Excellent raw materials and great skill of the kitchen staff. Try the innkeeper's menu which precedes 6 courses including a final dessert. All very good and cheap considering that the area is very expensive and the same amounts are spent on bad food

19/11/2023: Questo ristorante lo conosco da quando ero in pancia di mia madre, ci sono cresciuta tutte le estati e tuttora, malgrado la distanza, se mi è possibile cerco di andarci a pranzo. L' ho fatto conoscere ad amici e familiari nel corso degli anni perché la qualità del cibo, non ha eguali e la particolarità di mangiare a un metro dal mare soprattutto di sera al tramonto con vista su tutto il paese di Porto Santo Stefano, è unico nel suo genere. Il mio piatto preferito è risotto al limone con gamberi e pinoli. Andrea e Maurizio sono fantastici.

02/04/2024: I was there on Easter with my family... we had a wonderful time, excellent food cooked in a sublime way... we were 10 people, we were all satisfied, even the table service improved a lot... congratulations... I do every time that I go for me this restaurant is a guarantee 👏👏👏

18/03/2024: Pranzo domenicale con coppia di amici. Ci rechiamo al ristorante alle 13 chiedendo se fosse ancora rimasto un tavolo da 4 disponibile; si stavano alzando alcune persone e ci è stato detto di passare dopo qualche decina di minuti -il tempo di sistemare - . La mia intenzione era quella di lasciare nominativo e telefono ma mi è stato detto di stare tranquillo perché il tavolo lo avrebbero riservato a noi. Lo staff di sala -di memoria corta- fa accomodare altri ospiti e ci troviamo a dover aspettare un'ora fuori dal ristorante (in attesa che si liberasse un ulteriore tavolo). Wow,che professionalità. Abituati con i turisti tutto è più facile. Ordiniamo dello spumante e 4 secondi da DIVIDERE (con i relativi piattini ) Dopo una lunga attesa (magari giustificata dal lungo servizio domenicale) arrivano i piatti da noi richiesti. Che delusione Pagare 22€ per una grigliata mista e vedersi servire 3 scampi e 3 gamberi di 2°3° scelta e una seppiolina da 20 grammi è pura follia. Baccalà alla livornese con un pomodoro così salato da essere semi immangiabile, un contorno di scarola ripassata che rasenta il ridicolo. 5€ per due forchettate di verdura totalmente insapore (una bestemmia per gli amanti di quel piatto). Tagliata di tonno (150 g max) rimasta sulla griglia per un tempo indefinito : stracotta, fibrosa ed insapore. Il contorno di zucchine accoppiato al tonno era così salato che richiedeva un filone di pane per accompagnarlo. 130€ in 4 per essersi alzati- dopo un'ora di attesa- con la fame e totalmente insoddisfatti dai piatti serviti. Fate tesoro di queste critiche. Sono oggettive

15/02/2024: Sono venuto in questo posto diverse volte. I primi sono ottimi mentre la frittura ogni tanto fa desiderare. Il servizio è un pò lento e il conto un pò alto

29/10/2023: Ristorante in stabilimento balneare sopra la spiaggia con vista sul mare e sul Monte Argentario. Posizione molto gradevole. Personale giovane, cortese, simpatico e preparato. Cucina valida che offre piatti ben preparati con materia prima fresca. Gli spaghetti con bottarga in particolare sono stati tra i migliori da noi provati finora, ma davvero nulla da dire anche sul resto. Per tutto ciò che vedete in foto, conto finale una sessantina di euro. Si paga certamente anche la posizione e la vista mare, ma nell'insieme il costo è a nostro giudizio meritato.

08/09/2023: Fantastica location. Servizio adeguato alle stelle dell' hotel. Esperienza magnifica particolari interessanti come la selezione di un olio EVO bio servito come appetizer, fantastico. Chiedere dettagli sulla produzione esclusiva e magari portarsene 1 L a casa se rimasto :)

19/08/2023: Hotel molto bello, personale al ricevimento molto gentile, cortese e disponibile. Ma a causa della maleducazione del caposala non ho potuto provare la cucina, una pessima gestione del cliente, l'unica cosa che mi rincuora è che la brutta figura che ha fatto è avvenuta sotto gli occhi di tutto il personale. Sicuramente non torneremo.

09/10/2023: Excellent food, very fresh fish cooked very well accompanied by an excellent wine. Polite and friendly staff. Location with sea view. It is a restaurant where I will definitely return.
