09/11/2025: Angelo is a sure thing! The wine cellar is exceptionally well-stocked, and the aperitifs are superb. In summer, the terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The perfect place to make a good impression with friends and for business meetings.
22/08/2025: A simple croissant and a cappuccino €4.20.
The cappuccino was undrinkable, boiling hot, and the coffee was burnt. I think they re-frothed the milk 60 times because it actually made cream on the cup.
By the way, the price displayed for the pastries was €1.50, but on the receipt it says €2.
My friends had a juice and a sandwich for €7.50. The same goes for the sandwich, the price displayed was €3, but on the receipt it says €4.

12/10/2025: Lovely hotel right on the sea with private beach areas. Good value evening meal and wine. Rooms very clean and very comfortable bed, but no balcony. Very small shower cubicle !Definitely will return.
30/09/2025: We spent one night at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the location, rooms, beds, sheets, sea view, and peace. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. We'll definitely be back! The only downside, perhaps, was the beach. It's on a rock and not suitable for non-swimmers or children.

21/10/2025: The food was questionable, the price was too high. Furthermore, in a public place, you shouldn't allow your friends to smoke while other diners are eating. A lack of politeness and respect. The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced it was a terrible experience.
20/10/2025: Excellent food, cosy atmosphere and very friendly, authentic hosts! Can highly recommend.

13/09/2025: We happened upon Porto Ercole by chance and had lunch at Gambero Rosso.
Nice place with a sea view. Two first courses and two desserts with half a liter of wine. €90, too expensive in my opinion.

30/09/2025: A well-kept and elegant beach resort with well-spaced umbrellas, with one small flaw: the beach is far from the beach, with difficult access.
The restaurant is good, the staff is friendly and always smiling, and the prices, of course, reflect the location.
10/08/2025: Normal place, only problem is that they let everyone smoke at the table.

Good, plentiful food at a good price, especially suitable for those who don't want to worry... a day at the beach with a lounge chair and umbrellas, and the restaurant within walking distance...

15/10/2025: Ugo’s pub is tucked in a corner across the street from Hotel Conchiglia and near the marina. they have a pub menu (sandwiches and appetizers) as well as a dinner menu and a selection of beer and wine.
i ordered the Frittura Di Paraza (Fried Calamari, Shrimp and small fish) from the dinner menu (€20) along with a Leffe Belgian Red Ale (€6)
The dish was served with a basket or warm bread which appreciated because the main dish was not pleasant to eat. 😔 The bite sized fish were edible but the calamari was rubbery and the shrimp tiny! All of it was extremely salty! I wish i hadn’t gone there for my last meal in Porto Ercole.
It’s important to note that they also charge each person an additional €2 to sit and eat.
10/09/2025: Very good quality home-made food, excellent fish, amazing place. I've been coming to Porto Ercole for 25 years but I've never been here. What a shame!

Visited in October, a restaurant and bar, Il Braccio, remains open until November 2nd.
There are restrooms and showers.
You can take a long walk to Feniglia, where the beaches are free and have a more natural feel.
This beach welcomes four-legged friends and is also excellent for children.

10/10/2025: Very nice! The staff wasn't very welcoming, except for one young woman who was very helpful and attentive, making the customer feel comfortable and pampered!
The food was very good, and overall it was a wonderful experience, with a very refined atmosphere.
The quality/price ratio was very fair!

Personale disponibile e cordiale.
Cibo ottimo e ho provato quasi tutto perché in 5 giorni ci ho cenato tre volte!
Da provare assolutamente se siete sul posto!

24/02/2026: Opening weekend, busy and vibrant. So busy that the service was a bit "slow" but we totally understand! And we will be back! Because we want to eat everything on the menu. Ci vediamo!
22/02/2026: A terrible impression! We were there at the end of February, on a sunny day. It would have been a perfect day for the guests and the restaurant owner, but unfortunately the restaurant decided to fill the place to capacity (there must have been 50 seats outside) with only two panicked waiters. They never came to our table, ignoring us when we called them. We ordered a wine and it took them 20 minutes to tell us it wasn't available. We ordered a dish with truffles and it arrived without truffles without even notifying us. When we checked, the owners didn't show up and had a waiter do the bill for us without even the slightest apology for the terrible service.
