31/08/2025: A lovely pastry shop where I finally found a gluten-free counter, and for those who don't have gluten intolerance, they have excellent classic pastries. The same goes for the desserts. They also serve quick lunches. Excellent.
11/08/2025: A complete pastry shop offering cakes, mini pastries, breakfasts, aperitifs, and aperitif dinners, with and without gluten, lactose-free, and even vegan options! A great experience! Highly recommended.

Very kind owners, excellent and attentive food, very small but very quiet atmosphere... definitely worth a try. The menu isn't overwhelming, but for what they offer, the dishes are delicious... the desserts are delicious too.

Good food and a friendly waiter (more of a host than a waiter).
On weekends, it's best to make a reservation.

05/01/2026: The food wasn't great, it was for New Year's Eve.
The cold appetizer wasn't great.
The first course, since I'm allergic, the gnocchi with mushrooms didn't taste good. Maybe it was the gnocchi that weren't fresh or the mushrooms.
The seafood pasta was good.
The chicken breast for the second course was dry and crackly. If I recommend them, I only recommend them for the pizza and chips. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend them.
10/08/2025: We had a great time; the atmosphere is clean and the service is fast.
The pizza is a little too thin for my taste, almost like puff pastry, but it's very good and well-seasoned. The menu offers a wide selection.
Excellent prices.

18/01/2026: Really good burgers, flavorful meat, and higher-quality ingredients than the usual fast food joints. The location in Piazza della Vittoria is beautiful. I'm giving it four stars only because the prices are a little above average, but you pay for quality. I'll definitely be back! But there's not a lot of room inside, and they're a bit crowded, and if people are talking next to you, you can't have peace. And you can't enjoy your sandwich.

Tasteless dishes, raw ravioli!
Too expensive for the portions they give you. For €20 I could have gone to a bar and eaten much better, and best of all, it was for two!

Fabulous pizzas and delicious focaccias, not to mention the first and second courses.
Tuscany is here.
You'll also find room for quick lunches, and if you don't know what to cook for Easter and Christmas, trust them! ❤️

11/10/2025: We stumbled upon this family-run restaurant on Google, and it was definitely worth it. The service was exceptional. I ordered the Papardelle a la Ragu! Wonderful.
28/06/2025: It was a lifesaver when we were looking for somewhere to eat with the kids at lunch. The ambiance... well, :D... But the food was incredibly delicious. Despite a language barrier, the owner tried very hard to explain the daily menu to us! Another good sign was that the restaurant gradually filled up with locals. It's air-conditioned inside, but there are also outdoor seating areas.

02/03/2026: The pizza is very good and well-topped, but the wait is really too long, more than an hour to serve a table of 4 people... The waiters are kind and do their best to compensate for the shortcomings in the management of takeaway and table service.

11/01/2026: We were in Florence at the end of the year and stopped at this place for one evening. It was a terrible experience, to say the least, as it was incredibly cold. There was no heating at all, and all the tables were filled with people wearing jackets, shivering from the cold. The staff told us it was broken. It was basically like eating outside in 2°C temperatures. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope it helps improve the working conditions of the staff, who were working hard despite everything.
Please fix this place.
08/01/2026: Terrible experience.
The cheese and bacon sandwich was practically raw: the bacon was undercooked and the cheese was completely stiff, not even melted.
As soon as we got home, the little girl felt sick and ran to the bathroom with a severe stomachache.
I tried calling the restaurant several times to report the incident, but obviously no one answered.
Truly unacceptable service, especially when it comes to food and children's health.
Never again.
