Good food and a friendly waiter (more of a host than a waiter).
On weekends, it's best to make a reservation.
01/01/2026: The food was delicious, even though I ate fried food, it didn't stick in my stomach.
The place is quiet, with no disturbing noise. The only downside is that they're a bit slow in bringing the dishes.

I arrived there at 10 PM thinking I'd stop by for a quick slice of pizza, but to my surprise, I found much better: the girl working there was very kind and explained that they don't offer that type of service, but she went out of her way to ensure I could still get a pizza to take home despite the hour!!!
Given the speed with which our conversation happened, I didn't have a chance to delve into the details of their enormous menu, but I still managed to take home a 50cm pizza with two flavors so delicious that it still makes my mouth water the next day!
The only thing that still has me wondering is the price-to-quantity ratio; further visits will be needed to clarify this detail.

05/01/2026: The food wasn't great, it was for New Year's Eve.
The cold appetizer wasn't great.
The first course, since I'm allergic, the gnocchi with mushrooms didn't taste good. Maybe it was the gnocchi that weren't fresh or the mushrooms.
The seafood pasta was good.
The chicken breast for the second course was dry and crackly. If I recommend them, I only recommend them for the pizza and chips. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend them.
10/08/2025: We had a great time; the atmosphere is clean and the service is fast.
The pizza is a little too thin for my taste, almost like puff pastry, but it's very good and well-seasoned. The menu offers a wide selection.
Excellent prices.

11/10/2025: We stumbled upon this family-run restaurant on Google, and it was definitely worth it. The service was exceptional. I ordered the Papardelle a la Ragu! Wonderful.
28/06/2025: It was a lifesaver when we were looking for somewhere to eat with the kids at lunch. The ambiance... well, :D... But the food was incredibly delicious. Despite a language barrier, the owner tried very hard to explain the daily menu to us! Another good sign was that the restaurant gradually filled up with locals. It's air-conditioned inside, but there are also outdoor seating areas.

11/01/2026: We were in Florence at the end of the year and stopped at this place for one evening. It was a terrible experience, to say the least, as it was incredibly cold. There was no heating at all, and everyone at the tables was shivering in jackets. The staff told us it was broken. It was basically like eating outside in 2°C temperatures. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope it helps improve the working conditions of the staff, who were working hard despite everything.
Please fix this place.
08/01/2026: Terrible experience.
The cheese and bacon sandwich was practically raw: the bacon was undercooked and the cheese was completely stiff, not even melted.
As soon as we got home, the little girl felt sick and ran to the bathroom with a severe stomachache.
I tried calling the restaurant several times to report the incident, but obviously no one answered.
Truly unacceptable service, especially when it comes to food and children's health.
Never again.

28/12/2025: Extremely disappointing aperitif, the food was too spicy and sparse, only panzanella with 3 kilos of chilli pepper, not very fresh bread and sauces, not to mention the fact that there were no tables available.
27/12/2025: At Vinegar you get an exceptional breakfast and an exceptional welcome, the pastries are delicious, the people who work there are very kind and the atmosphere is quiet, just what I like. And I recommend you go there.
