05/08/2025: Quando vado al Giglio faccio sempre tappa alla trattoria Da Ruggero, dove Giulio, Fiorenza e tutto lo staff accolgono tutti col sorriso. I piatti sono sempre vari e speciali. Ottima la spigola bollita servita con la maionese e l'antipasto di polpo con finocchi.
Per non parlare del crumble di mele con gelato e di tutti i dolci in generale.
Particolare attenzione è dedicata anche all'allestimento dei tavoli.
Decisamente lo consiglio!

29/07/2025: Detrás del auténtico ambiente del restaurante hay un menú lleno de gran gusto, productos locales preparados con amor y atención en platos memorables. También nos sirvieron con el mayor cuidado y respeto. Los precios también eran absolutamente justos para el nivel de calidad.

01/06/2025: Da wir am Nachmittag essen wollten, fanden wir endlich dieses Lokal. Insgesamt war es gut, die Selbstanpreisung der Familie erfüllte die Ankündigung nicht. Nach einer Woche Toskana ist der Bogen des Angebotes erschöpft. Freundlich und schön im Garten zu sitzen. Da ist es egal, wie lange es dauert…

05/02/2025: Good experience, I took Mixed fried fish and spaghetti with seafood, really good the fish is fresh from the morning, I advise to go for lunch time so you have the fresh morning fish.
Lo raccomando, prezzi onesti per la qualità del cibo, consiglio di andare a pranzo.

26/08/2025: We stayed three nights at the Relais Della Rovere and had dinner one evening at this restaurant. The setting within the hotel is very pleasant, especially on the terrace in the summer evenings, but the quality of the dishes isn't always up to scratch, leading to disappointment given the price. The beef tartare was very good, but it lacked a bit of seasoning. The truffle pasta was good, but you could tell it wasn't homemade and was in a bath with a bit too much butter. The gnocchi were quite good, but the pesto was definitely not homemade and lacked a bit of flavor. The wine list is extensive, but almost no bottles were under €45.
We finished with a pecorino platter to share for fear of being disappointed with the desserts. The platter was quite generous with cheeses, but we're still looking for the accompaniments mentioned on the menu. In short, for a meal costing over €60 per person, we were generally disappointed.
I recommend the hotel, but unless you really don't want to leave the hotel, skip the restaurant! I'll end on a positive note: the service was friendly and welcoming.

06/03/2025: It may be odd to post about a closed restaurant however this one is special. Our family came to Tuscany several times, last being 2010 and we have fond memories of “ La Signora” at cittino restaurant. For us, it was the most authentic food in Tuscany. Our children were little but even they remember the wonderful meals we enjoyed. Not it’s 2025 and my wife and I flew 5000 miles in hopes of enjoying one last meal at this special place. We hope the owner had a good life and knows how happy she made people. Grazie Signora!
