What can I say...
Excellent cuisine, we had lunch in a relaxing atmosphere, with delicious dishes.
Comfortable atmosphere, courteous, helpful, and never intrusive staff. Highly recommended.
When we're passing through Castelbuono, we'll definitely be back.
09/01/2026: We had a lovely dinner at Palazzaccio. The service was very professional and the food was excellent. The quality of the products were amazing including the local olive oil and wine. We only recommend to include more vegetarian dishes to the menu. Thank you again for the experience!

27/12/2025: Apple and cinnamon panettone: the cinnamon is noticeable, the dough is completely comparable to low-quality industrial panettone and burnt underneath. For the price, I definitely wouldn't buy it again.

24/02/2026: We had one of the best pizzas ever at this charming and welcoming restaurant with our friends! The service was friendly. Despite the enormous pizza, it wasn't overwhelming. You could taste the expert workmanship in every flavor and texture! We'll definitely be back to try other dishes! Thank you so much!

04/03/2026: We visited this restaurant with my family just off the square. They have beautiful views and the restaurant looks very nice. The owner is a helpful and smiling gentleman. The restaurant has very nice photos of the dishes. The dishes really look and feel luxurious. I had pork ribs because I love them, they were dry and absolutely tasteless. My wife and children had grandma's pasta with beef and pork ragu, it was great. Pork tenderloin in a pistachio and almond crust was also great. Pasta with mushrooms was completely tasteless. So some dishes were very good, some were weaker. Anyway, nice staff.
24/02/2026: We've been coming back to this restaurant almost every year for 12 years! We've never been disappointed! Excellent quality, elegance! Friendly service, delicious food! The owner is kind and friendly, and the way he sings! 👌

02/01/2026: We had lunch here during the 'Dolcemente Castelbuono' event and the experience was one to forget. After an interminable hour and a half wait for two starters, we were served extremely low-quality food. The vegetarian appetizer was unpresentable (an inedible mushroom timbale and four disjointed vegetables), but the first courses were the final straw: one was overcooked to the point of mush and the other was practically raw and crunchy in the mouth. Paying €50 for two pasta dishes, an appetizer, water, and a Coke is a rip-off for this kind of quality. The lack of staff and total confusion in the kitchen are evident; in these cases, it would be more honest not to accept new tables rather than 'raise money' at the expense of customers. Never again, highly discouraged.
28/12/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday with my family. The owners Lorenzo and Giuseppe are always very kind, and the food was excellent, using local Madonie products.
We'll definitely be back.

26/07/2025: Recommended by locals, it lived up to expectations. Good takeout, lasagna, and rotisserie chicken got top marks. But nothing compares to the arancini, simply sublime. The best I've had in I can't remember how long. Congratulations!

09/01/2026: We only went here because the famous Fiasconaro next doors was closed and ended up paying 10 € for two coffees, two small crostatine and a bottle of water. Very disappointing considering that Castelbuono besides that only gave us incredible experiences. The extra star only because the man serving us was kind.
29/10/2025: Great atmosphere and probably the best latte macchiato I've ever had. The service was also incredibly friendly.
We really can't understand the bad reviews. We found the value for money excellent (latte macchiato + espresso + 1 large cannoli + service fee = €10.50).

10/04/2025: Pranzo in famiglia in questo piccolo ristorante vicino la piazza principale di Castelbuono, sulla via principale. Eravamo in tre, le opzioni erano antipasto e primo o antipasto e secondo a 22€ escluso il beveraggio. Così abbiamo optato uno per antipasto e primo e due per antipasto e secondo. L’attenzione del cameriere, gentile e sorridente , il pranzo è trascorso un modo piacevole. Tutto molto buono, consiglio vivamente.
11/02/2025: Tutto perfetto, veramente eccezionale sicuramente da ripetere siamo rimasti contentissimi ( Macco è carrettiera),qualcosa di eccezionale è poi Mimmo🌞🌞🌞.

Cibo, semplicemente meraviglioso!
Ho mangiato dei tortelloni che io mi farei 250 km solo per mangiarli di nuovo.
Ho detto tutto.
La tartare era qualcosa di delizioso.
Sono abituato a mangiare pesce, per me è il Cibo migliore, ma per la Prima volta ho trovato qualcosa che io abbia davvero preferito al Pesce.

Siamo andati per la sagra del fungo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Cibo abbondante e personale cortese. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro. Consigliato!

21/10/2024: Bella l' atmosfera, ottimo il menù degustazione preparato dallo chef, servizio impeccabile e ovviamente ottima carta dei vini .
Il rapporto qualità - prezzo è decisamente corretto. Ci torneremo di sicuro perché ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Ristorante consigliatissimo, prima o dopo la doverosa passeggiata a Castelbuono.
13/09/2024: Ho soggiornato presso la struttura e quindi pranzato e cenato presso il ristorante.
Servizio eccellente e attento e piatti deliziosi con ottima e molto variegata cucina.
La cena del 14 agosto è stata da applausi, sia per la location e anche per i piatti.
