Stunning botanical garden among the largest and most diverse in Europe. I know it is under construction and not well cared for but the vastness of species and cups is enormous. Highly recommended.

This place is a phenomenal and quiet garden in the middle of the busy Palermo. You have to pay 7 euros to get in but it is worth it! Even though there was a smaller part under construction we spent 1-2 hours exploring the rich variety of trees and other plants. Not all of them were in perfect condition, but still, it was beautiful, peaceful and breathtaking. Especially the huge fig tree!

Magical place, ideal both for those who see plants by chance and for those who, like the three of us, only see plants. The fact that it is not very well looked after increases its charm and leaves a margin of naturalness to a place that by definition is not.

If you're in the area it's worth going there but don't make a detour on purpose. It takes 30 minutes to do the tour. There are some nice things but I don't think it's worth the 7 euros.

The entrance is majestic. Very beautiful statues and details ( old jars with plants, seeds, explanations.) The gardens can be cured more. Wonderful variety of colors/flowers/plants.

It's nice that an area of ​​the city has been redeveloped into greenery. Thanks to the help of volunteers and staff, we find ourselves immersed in a beautiful garden in the middle of concrete. There are many varieties of plants, shrubs and trees. There is also an outdoor anatomocriminology laboratory. Interesting place to visit and well maintained

16/10/2023: Finally a bakery in the freedom zone, suitable for offices, with very kind and smiling staff and quality food. Wide choice, even with the possibility of taking a plate of pasta. All at an affordable price but above all excellent portions. Really excellent, I recommend!

15/11/2023: Great Metal bar with wonderfull staff. Extensivve selection of drinks and great people to meet even if you cannot speak Italian.
