04/09/2025: Nice little place but off the main lane. Coperto is 3E pp so all in all very good prices considering the location. Loved the pizza and free limoncello.

03/09/2025: Spectacular!!!!! Cozy, intimate, great food, wonderful atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, great playlist... Highly recommend.

16/03/2026: The restaurant is excellent, the chef's dishes are excellent, and the service is very good. A word of caution: the restrooms require you to go down some unprotected stairs downstairs. Furthermore, the bathrooms aren't up to par with the restaurant.

08/03/2026: We had a tasting dinner and chose the fish option (Menu Mare & Aria). The price was €130 per person, and we were served 6 courses. I’m not really a “fish person”, but the flavors truly surprised and delighted me. At the same time, some of the combinations were quite… interesting 😄 The service was 12 out of 10. I have honestly never experienced service like this before, so it really impressed me. Overall, I would rate the experience 8.5 out of 10. It’s definitely worth trying and enjoying this kind of carefully created luxury 💚 Thank you!

07/04/2026: Don't order sandwiches. The amount of ingredients in them is very small. I don't know how they are not embarrassed to serve such food.

15/12/2025: Excellent. Everything was delicious! The staff were extremely kind, the service was fast and clean. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the kindness and smiles are hallmarks of an excellent team. Everything was excellent. I was extremely satisfied and plan to return to try many other dishes. I highly recommend it. Kudos to the staff for everything!

18/01/2026: We had a reservation for 12:00 on New Year’s Day, but were not seated until 12:47. During this time, staff repeatedly told us it would be “another 10 minutes,” which was said multiple times without any clear update or honesty about the delay. While waiting, we could overhear staff discussing that the owner had decided to open at 12 following New Year’s celebrations, and that several staff members did not want to be there. When we eventually entered the restaurant, tables were still being set up, and we were asked to wait in a seating area for a further extended period. Once seated, we were not provided with menus or offered drinks. After asking three separate times for menus—each time being told “five minutes”—a further 15 minutes passed with no service. At that point, we decided to leave. For an establishment that presents itself as high-end and holds a Michelin star, this level of organisation, service, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but poor communication, lack of basic service, and unprofessional behaviour are not acceptable at this standard. The experience did not meet expectations, and staff training and customer service clearly need improvement.

11/04/2026: We had an amazing time at Kisté. We took the 8 course tasting menu with wine pairing and it was fantastic! Very generous portions, and in particular the bisque, the red shrimp carpaccio, and the veal stood out to us. The staff was very kind and explained the menu, items and wine to us in English, which I’m very grateful about. It felt like a great way to sample many different Sicilian dishes with a unique touch to them.

06/04/2026: The only place we found open and still serving food around midnight on Friday. It was full of young locals. :) The service and athmosphere were very friendly and easy. Panini was delicious.

01/03/2026: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS We had a serious allergy requirement that was ignored after reminding them on 5 occasions. Was then spoken to EXTRENELY rudely and had no resolution with the OWNER herself. We have reported the incident with police and will be taking matters further!!

23/12/2025: A beautiful boutique hotel in the historic part of Taormina (between Porto di Catania and Piazza Duomo). It's a historic building with a garden and relaxation area. We had a delicious dinner at the Bistrot. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities. The design is interesting. The charming, long-haired, and beautiful receptionist always took care of us and helped us with every need. I highly recommend it – if you're in Taormina, Méodusa Bistrot & Suits is the place to be.
