19/08/2024: We booked this restaurant through Tripadvisor and were honestly very disappointed. First of all, the price indicated on Tripadvisor is not correct, it says that it is much cheaper than it is. Once we got there, the manager put us on the farthest table of all. We asked him if he could put us at a closer table and he told us that it was reserved (a lie, those tables were never used). Once we were ordering, I asked the restaurant manager to recommend between two wines and he decided to recommend a much more expensive one, naturally we opted for one of the wines we had in mind and not the one he recommended. When we chose the wine, surprisingly the manager made a gesture of displeasure, as if he didn't like the choice since it was a cheaper wine. These events made our evening not as pleasant as we expected. Except for the manager who was arrogant, the other workers were very friendly and professional, a shame because the restaurant has a lot of potential. Greetings

18/08/2024: Akropolis is very elegant restaurant. Food is delicious, great atmosphere and excellent service. The only thing that could be improved is their English. I’d come back next time.

11/08/2024: Delightful restaurant in the heart of Agrigento that serves traditional sicilian food. Delicious to say the least. Try their pasta dishes, the pasta is homemade!

09/08/2024: Nice little restaurant nestled in a small street up some stairs. Candles, music, multilingual menus and no-fuss service, tasty dishes. Restaurant not to be missed from the main street of the historic center 😋

31/07/2024: Prices increased everywhere, but here two packets of chips, one of which is 40g, totaling 5 euros. And we go there every day... the other two bars in the guitgia have lower prices. The lady at the cash register defended herself by saying that the other bar doesn't have a license.. this doesn't authorize you to raise prices that much. Instead of keeping customers………

28/07/2024: I was on the island for several days and tried different places, here they deserve 5 stars for everything! Salvatore the lifeguard, always available, cheerful and with an eye for children and their needs. Ditto at the bar/restaurant! Always cheerful, helpful and kind. Yes, it's true, maybe not very fast with the service on some days, yes, it's true, maybe with the aperitif I asked for pretzels the first time, but I think it's one of the few better organized places. Before leaving this review I read some, to understand what I could say to help people like me, who use reviews to choose a place, I read those who complained about the cleanliness, I found it clean, clearly we are on a beach and even though the kids keep it clean you can't think it's always impeccable; there were those who said it was expensive, here I reply that the prices are displayed and that in general this year I found all the prices a little higher; poor food, here I feel like saying, absolutely not! Super pizza, but in general all the dishes are. Well done guys, keep it up!!!

13/07/2024: Non ci siamo. Menù con scelte molto ristrette. Ordinato uno spaghetto alla bottarga arrivato dopo un’ora con decisamente troppo sale. L’isola offre di meglio.

09/07/2024: Il titolo dice tutto... ristorante eccellente, come stare in famiglia, materie prime eccellente, la famiglia Daidone da decenni conduce questo ristorante in maniera eccelsa. Pietanze sublimi....il top a Lampedusa 👍. Grande Caterina, Franco, Andrea..... c'è ne sarebbe da dire. Provare x credere 😉

23/08/2024: Il luogo ideale in cui fare lunghi aperitivi con amici sorseggiando ottimo vino e mangiando piatti di qualità eccellente, accompagnati dall’accoglienza del gentilissimo e giovane personale. Locale piacevole, accogliente e curato nei dettagli, dal fascino contemporaneo ma autentico al tempo stesso. Taglieri con la T maiuscola, con assaggi locali ricercati e buonissimi. Il ragazzo ci ha anche “abbonato” un quarto salume per provare la mortadella che non era prevista nel formato da noi scelto (imperdibile!), fonduta buonissima e idem tutto il resto. Vini ottimi. Non abbiamo purtroppo provato i loro crostoni ma l’aspetto sembrava incredibile! Una ragione per tornare (:

22/08/2024: Siamo stati qui qualche sera fa, dopo aver già provato questo posto in passato. Il cibo molto buono, il servizio poco piacevole. Una sola persona in sala che schizzava da un lato all’altro, dimenticando le comande (normale, da solo!), facendo diventare tutto molto caotico. Peccato!

05/10/2023: Super déjeuner!! Nous sommes passés devant par hasard, nous avons été attiré par la devanture les produits semblaient très frais et de belle qualité. Nous étions les premiers pour le déjeuner. Tout est fait à la commande avec les produits en vente dans la boutique. super frais et bon. l’accueil en Français très agréable, équipe souriante. Nous nous sommes régalés et l'addition était tout à fait raisonnable. Un très bon moment!!

22/09/2023: If you look for i good food, lovely owner, and traditional quality dish this is the place. Me and my family we really enjoy, you can choose your meat or charcuterie from there shop and the will cook for you. Quality price and simplicity they're key. Thank you for your hospitality

04/09/2024: Tornato come tutti gli anni a lampedusa, una tappa allo street food e’ obbligatoria. Ritrovata la solita gentilezza del personale, professionalità e la qualità e bontà dei panini rimane devastante. Nonostante la piazzetta fosse pienissima i ragazzi sono stati rapidissimi nel farci accomodare e prendere le ordinazioni, idem per il cibo che è arrivato molto rapidamente. Il lampione( panino) semplicemente una poesia. Ambiente sempre molto carino e curato. A prestissimo!

04/09/2024: Negli anni ho provato quasi tutti i panini che lo Street food propone e posso assicurare che sono uno più buono dell'altro! Hanno un'ampissima scelta per tutti i gusti, dal vegetariano al pesce, dalla carne rossa al pollo, puoi anche comporre tu il tuo panino e abbinarci diversi tipi di patatine e salse. La qualità del cibo è ottima e le porzioni sono molto generose. Non fatevi fermare da un po' di attesa, ne vale davvero la pena. Lo staff è molto competente e gentile e tutto fa venire voglia di tornarci! Bravi ragazzi!!

27/08/2024: I went there for the first time one evening with a friend on August 12th and I had a good time. We both took the full set menu and the food was good and the quantities very generous. I returned with my family on August 18th with my whole family and we found the service not at the same level as the previous evening. Food clearly of inferior quality and paltry quantities. A clear example was the pistachio cheesecake whose portion presented was 1/3 of that of the previous evening. It's a shame because it could have been a good point of reference for eating fish in Sciacca in a central area.

27/08/2024: Dinner was great! We each ate a plate of pasta and then shared a plate of grilled fish between two. They took great care of us and it was a pleasure. For the three dishes, a beer, water and bread we paid: €53 If we return to the area we will surely repeat Thank you
