13/03/2025: I hope this review is constructive and helpful.... because it is a pizzeria that I like and where I like to go... But sometimes it seems like there are two pizza chefs or chefs.... it has already happened twice at the beginning of the week that it doesn't seem like the same pizzeria apart from the kindness and helpfulness of the very kind and attentive waiter... as I was saying there are times that the food is extraordinarily good... fantastic old fashioned pizza... very good fries... exceptional rolls with spleen, really top fresh... but then how is it happened it seems like another place...poorly made pizza...toppings thrown at random in short nothing to do with the wonderful pizza that pomegranate always gets me used to.....I hope they are small episodes because it would be a shame....as said I have the impression that there are two pizza chefs, one and a champion who works very well like old times and maybe is replaced by poor inexperienced people.....and my opinion....anyway, pomegranate remains a top pizzeria apart from these episodes....do anyway 5 stars

04/04/2025: Excellent pizzeria, restaurant on the outskirts of Nicolosi, good quality of ingredients, efficient and very kind staff in the dining room, normal prices also because they have a fairly extensive menu and with prices that satisfy any budget. It is definitely recommended, congratulations!!!!

21/04/2025: We had a fantastic and peaceful stay in this beautiful old structure surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Enchanting structure, furnished in a refined modern style. Thanks to Bruno, Giusy and Cristian and all the staff who were very kind and welcoming. Very beautiful view of Etna. Excellent dinner in the Structure and compliments to the chef for the refined and well-presented dishes. The swimming pool very comfortable and relaxing. Strategic position of the Structure for those interested in excursions to Etna. We will definitely return.

21/04/2025: Excellent welcome from Bruno, Giusi, Cristian and all the staff, thank you very much we felt pampered...everything beautiful, serene, relaxing pool, view of Etna from the room, strategic point for hiking on Etna, sea 3km away...excellent cuisine thanks to chef Angela we had thought of having dinner only once and instead we booked dinner for the entire period of our stay. Recommended...we will return.

02/02/2025: I was there a few days ago, I ate a salad and some fried mozzarella, all good. The focaccia offered to accompany the salad was much appreciated.

20/10/2024: It is a magical place. Very quiet and well maintained. The hotel is very well located for a trip to the south side of Mount Etna. The beds are good. And the dinner in the hotel is really fantastic. (A little more expensive but appropriate for the service and quality) There is a pool table and lots of great places to sit and relax. The pool was still open but of course no longer warm (stay in October). You can take a short walk in the adjacent chestnut forest. The hotel owner is very friendly and gives great tips. For us, the best stay in Sicily. Highly recommended.
