01/06/2025: We ate here twice during our 7 night stay in Pozzallo, and also picked up pizza to take away twice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in making food recommendations and the food was very tasty and freshly cooked. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we soon felt comfortable. The pizzas were large and such good value too, a four cheese pizza was only €9 euros and tuna €8 euros! They have daily specials, depending on what seafood has been caught. We had lobster on our first visit and Sicilian tuna the second time, both were delicious, thank you!

01/06/2025: The environment was too cramped, I think there were flies falling into the plate, the waitress was too serious and inefficient in my opinion, to be avoided also because the prices were too high for a restaurant of this type.

25/05/2025: Ce ne avevano parlato e allora.. perché non provare direttamente..la tipica trattoria siciliana, Orazio ed i suoi collaboratori davvero cortesi...location gradevole. Abbiamo preso antipasti e primi.. tutto gustosissimo e di buona qualità.. un'ottima scoperta..ci torneremo con piacere

14/06/2025: My family and I came at 9:20 pm ordering only pizzas, unfortunately we ate them after 2 hours of waiting, because apparently there were 2 pizza chefs missing tonight. We were patient but there were other customers who left earlier barely eating the appetizers to wait for the pizzas at 11:30 pm... It's a real shame, the pizzas are good but the service is disorganized, you can't conceive of waiting 3 hours to eat a pizza (knowing that we would have come at 7 pm)

28/05/2025: We loved this restaurant, which we found by chance after spending time at the beach. The food was very good, we didn't expect it. The grilled octopus was exquisite, as was the fresh pasta with crayfish. For dessert, we had a lemon sorbet—all very good, thank you!

15/06/2025: A restaurant dedicated to fish. We had a six-course tasting menu with local dishes. The tuna tartare was incredibly delicious. Seasoned with lemon juice and lemon zest. The young waitress was very, very friendly and told a story about each dish. Not exactly cheap, but the best meal we had in Palermo.

17/04/2025: We did a little tour with four different hotels and resorts. From luxurious resorts to simple agruturismo accommodation, everything was there. Villa Ginevra is just a few minutes from Brolo and is easy to find. Beautifully located!! We received a personal and very warm welcome and were shown around. The Swiss owner couple are very lovely and friendly!! We were the only guests on the first night, on the second and third days we had company from a small German yoga group. The entire property is very well maintained and everything coordinates perfectly. The pool is beautifully located, but unfortunately it was too cold at that time of year and couldn't be used. In summer you can definitely enjoy your time by the pool there. Problems with the refrigerator and toilet flushing were resolved immediately. We booked early directly through the hotel website with an early bird discount offered with a non-cancellable room. We really liked the super double room with the extra bed for a third person on the upper floor. Unfortunately, it was only possible to specify two people when booking online because it was advertised as a double room, although it can accommodate three people. In the addition I stated that we were bringing our six-year-old son with us. After we checked in we were informed that there would be a separate charge of €70 per night for the child! That was more than the prorated adult rate in the room. We found this price too much for our child, but unfortunately we didn't respond to our request. What a shame! That spoiled the vacation a little because we had paid a lot of money for the three nights. You pay for the view and the atmosphere here. The breakfast on the second and third days was good, as additional food was offered due to the arrival of the yoga group, which had booked half board with brunch. However, on the first day the breakfast was a bit slimmed down as we were the only guests. However, we would have expected more for this room price. The room itself was fine, but a bit damp due to the climate. It is a separate building/small stone house. You have to ventilate a lot so that the moisture doesn't collect, but our clothes were a bit damp after the third day and smelled accordingly. A few little things in the room, such as a kettle, bottle of water or at least glasses, would have been desirable. No German TV channel available, no streaming possible. (It was only interesting for our child). Table football was again a nice highlight. The beautiful location and how well everything has been renovated are absolutely stunning, but everything is geared more towards groups and weddings. The restaurant will not be opened for individual guests in the evening. The area is very large, there are many olive trees and the food is homemade. The jams and bread in the morning were delicious and reflected a bit of the vaunted agroturismo charm. Overall, however, the price-performance ratio was not right in the previous season. When we asked the receptionist to discuss our concerns directly with the owner, we were more or less refused and we were asked to pay directly upon arrival. We found that a bit bold and would have liked to have been more accommodating here. We generally travel very frequently, so we can summarize this.

26/05/2025: We ate delicious piadine there. A great place for a quick lunch while waiting for our ship to the Aeolian Islands. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

11/04/2025: I was on an Erasmus project, and the sandwiches from this restaurant saved me more than once :) Service Very nice, they also speak Polish, which is a big plus for me, because it's Italy. I highly recommend the pizzicoso sandwich, my favorite 😀 If I could, I would give it even higher than 5 stars.

28/05/2025: Highly recommended for dinner in Palermo. It was recommended to us and it didn't disappoint. The PR lady is a super nice person, and the owner treated us brilliantly. We ordered pizzas, which were all delicious and at a very good price. It was the chef's first day, a Venezuelan guy with a lot of experience and a dream of making pizzas in Palermo. A 10/10 experience.

26/05/2025: I really love Italian food and culture too, I'm visiting Italy at least once a year. I stopped today with my family at this restaurant to have dinner. The food was okay but nothing to be impressed. We asked for a salad and we received a plate with just lettuce 🥬 nothing else( just plain lettuce for 5€) they even charged us 8€ for the table. Well I was very surprised with the behaviour of the owner very arrogant and childish. Something you don't want see from one business person. Very disappointed and unfortunately I can't recommend it to anyone.
