25/05/2025: Ci sono posti che dovrebbero accontentarsi di servire l’aperitivo perché quello è il loro target e magari ci riescono anche. Questo è uno di quelli. Fare ristorazione è un’altra cosa. Abbiamo preso uno spaghetto alle vongole e uno allo scoglio davvero senza sapore e quando questo avviene a due passi dal mare è davvero brutto. Io ho mangiato degli spaghetti aglio e olio con qualche vongola (come se fossero state cucinate separatamente), invece mia moglie ha mangiato i suoi spaghetti in un guazzetto di frutti di mare in cui il pomodoro copriva ogni altro gusto. Almeno la tartare di tonno non era poi così male. Con un calice di vino e un bottiglia d’acqua abbiamo speso 65€. A voi le conclusioni.

28/06/2025: Unfortunately, it is the worst restaurant where we ate during our vacation. The bill is too high for the quality of the food. You pay as much as an elegant restaurant with a refined menu, but here we are in a trattoria, where the waitresses spend more time on the phone than listening to the customers Too bad, because the location is fantastic. N.B.: in nearby restaurants you eat better, you are more pampered, and you pay the same.

29/06/2025: Went here because i wanted a coffee granite. I got a granite with chocolate. When i told the guy that i wanted “caffee” he said there was no more, and when i was about to walk away he put, what i thought a complementarry scoop of pistacchio on top. When i went to the counter to pay, i got charged for two flavours. And 1.5 the amount of other places near the historical centre. The patacchio tasted like nothing and the chocolate was also quite bland. Would NOT recommend

18/06/2025: Pangocciolo and cloud superlatives.. For the goodness I felt in France in a famous Parisian place for its leavened. The stuffed krapfen a little cloying, but understandable.

22/05/2025: Good welcome, but the bill is indeed steep for basic food...60€ for a chop and a sausage to share, plus a plate of pasta for two, a small plate of caponata, two desserts, a glass of wine for two. Basic room also very expensive. 80€...A shame, compared to the squalid establishments frequented in Sicily.

13/06/2025: A great spot right by the sea. The pitches are terraced and wonderfully shaded by the many trees. A good starting point for visiting Syracuse or Avola, or simply lounging in the sun on the beach. Excellent restroom facilities, although they were partially renovated during our visit, only affecting the outdoor showers. The small supermarket and restaurant were also closed. But that wasn't a problem for us. Access might be tricky for larger motorhomes, but when we were there, there were also proper, large motorhomes on site.

07/06/2025: Nice campsite with lots of plants and quite well-kept. I recommend only vans and tents, difficult to access with normal campers along the narrow road, to be travelled breathlessly...shame because it deserves all the stars

03/06/2025: I recently went to this Italian restaurant and, although the environment was clean, unfortunately my overall experience was disappointing, especially regarding the service. The dining room staff, made up of foreign waiters, showed evident difficulties in understanding the Italian language, making even simple communication difficult. This aspect is particularly worrying when it comes to fundamental information such as allergens or food intolerances: when I asked for clarification, no one seemed to be informed or prepared on the subject. In an era in which food safety should be a priority, I consider this a very critical point. The staff was also very rude. The cuisine overall was decent, in line with the expectations of an Italian restaurant, but not enough to compensate for such a poor service. I hope that the management invests in staff training and communication, especially to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all customers.

24/04/2025: Very unfriendly staff, expensive and coffee was the worse we ever had in sicily! To top it off, when we asked the lady at the bar for the menu she felt uncomfortable and we noticed that she removed the drinks paper from the plastic folder so we won't see the actual prices because she definitely charged us extra because we are turists

17/04/2025: Un posto raccomandato. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Bel posto, pulito e piacevole. Qui si sente la gentilezza appena entri. Torneremo sicuramente quando siamo in zona.

17/06/2025: Ojalá hubiera leído críticas. ¡Deberías evitar particularmente los celíacos! Con todo podía ser sin gluten, pero tenía cero comprensión de la contaminación cruzada. Tenía pizza que estaba empapada y peor que horrible. Mi compañero tenía pasta sin gluten que era igualmente horrible. No se ofrece pan GF. 5 minutos entre servir nuestras respectivas comidas. El personal era hosco. Huelga decir que estaba sobreprecio. Hemos viajado por toda Italia y disfrutamos de buena comida y hospitalidad con bastante buena conciencia de GF. Esta es por un kilómetro y medio la peor experiencia gastronómica que hemos tenido. ¡Deberías evitarlo!

27/04/2025: Posto carinissimo e molto accogliente. Piatti siciliani preparati con raffinatezza, il cibo era molto gustoso e condito in modo superbo. Tavoli molto distanziati tra loro, sicuramente si poteva parlare senza intromettersi in discorsi altrui.
