08/05/2025: Vino a través de este lugar en nuestro primer día en Taormina para el almuerzo. Tuvimos un gran almuerzo en una bonita terraza. La pizza era la mejor que tuvimos en Taormina y una gran carbonara también. Terminé viniendo aquí para almorzar dos de los cuatro días aquí. Buena relación calidad-precio y lo recomendaría.

04/05/2025: Lindo comedor con vista, pero eso es todo. La comida es promedio, pero sorprendentemente el vino fue diluido. Pedimos una jarra de vino tinto de la casa y nos quedamos atónitos cuando lo probamos y obviamente era medio agua. Nunca he tenido esto en ningún restaurante.

22/05/2025: Good welcome, but the bill is indeed steep for basic food...60€ for a chop and a sausage to share, plus a plate of pasta for two, a small plate of caponata, two desserts, a glass of wine for two. Basic room also very expensive. 80€...A shame, compared to the squalid establishments frequented in Sicily.

19/06/2025: Having been a regular for a long time, I can assure you that this pub is one of the best in my area. Very welcoming, in the summer you are really comfortable, while in the winter the location is welcoming and gives you that sense of warmth. Very kind staff, really good food for all palates. Excellent beers too. Recommended for spending a pleasant evening with friends or family.

15/06/2025: Sky-high prices, three people €60 to eat a sandwich each. A portion of chips €5, 1 coffee €1.50, 1 bitter €4.50. The only positive note is the service.

17/10/2024: L'eccellenza delle materie prime permette un tuffo nell'infanzia dove ritrovare sapori genuini e autentici, possibili purtroppo solo a certe latitudini. Il pesce mangiato qui è indimenticabile e rende nullo o inutile il consumo dello stesso in qualunque altro luogo d'Italia a meno che non lo si sappia cucinare a casa e si abbia la fortuna di vivere in città con ottime pescherie! La cortesia del personale e la preparazione dei panificati di Falcone rendono questo posto una meravigliosa esperienza totale.

10/09/2024: A very pleasant summer venue, with excellent quality food (you can choose between a pizzeria and a restaurant) and prompt and courteous service. To the usual "winter" specialties for which Toro Nero is well known in the area, it combines a summer menu based on fish inspired by tradition but with an innovative look. The tartares are excellent, as always, highlighting both the quality of the raw material and the respect in treating it. Tasty and light fried seafood, very good pasta with lobster with two cherry tomatoes and "marina" cheese and pepper. Among the desserts they also offer one of the best Tartufi di Pizzo, Calabrian ice creams that you absolutely must try.

09/06/2025: Siamo stati con amici a pranzo. Abbiamo consumato degli antipasti vari e spaghetti alle vongole per tutti. Purtroppo abbiamo constatato che la qualità non corrispondeva alle nostre aspettative. In particolare, gli spaghetti alle vongole, che sapevamo era il piatto forte del locale, ci ha deluso. Era completamente intriso di olio e per niente come lo ricordavamo. Pazienza. Evidentemente è cambiata qualche cosa. Il servizio non era eccezionale ma il peggio è stato il conto. Poco più di 45 Euro a testa. Ci è sembrato eccessivo. Non immagino avessimo preso anche il secondo. Avremmo viaggiato sui 70 Euro a testa.

27/04/2025: Compared to the average restaurant, Trattoria del Lago is a couple of steps above. The environment is simple, a little dated and not particularly well looked after. The service is also efficient, dedicated to substance and without too many frills. Having said that, since one goes to the restaurant to eat, let's see how the owners have disengaged. Mixed appetizers with fish with onions, baby pancakes, fish with salad, octopus, fish balls with sauce, stuffed mussels. All good. The choice of first courses is absolutely basic... too basic Spaghetti with clams, mussels or tomato... too little However the spaghetti with clams was good. We also tasted a portion of mixed fried shrimp and calamari... good. Finally a peppered mussel...this is also good. Water, wine and soft drinks. 43 euros per person... in my opinion a little too much for a decent but too limited menu, maximum profit with minimum investment. You pay a little more in much nicer restaurants, with better service and an extremely varied menu.

04/05/2025: It was my place to taste the best wild berries and wild strawberry ice cream in Catania. On the other hand, the service was really... poor...

25/04/2025: Pleasant place and good and plentiful food, we took a platter and a pizza, it was difficult to finish them all because it was so much, service was a bit confusing

19/05/2025: Found this little spot in Cefalù and it was such a great surprise. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the food was seriously tasty - everything we tried was full of flavor. The location is beautiful too, tucked away just enough to feel special. A hidden gem for sure. Highly recommend!

12/05/2025: Seconda visita in questo locale, entrambe a pranzo. Questa volta ho optato x la pizza Ho preso un antipasto di fritti, composto x lo più da patatine. Avrei gradito qualche anello di cipolla o crocchetta in più. Pizza nella media Buoni gli ingredienti ma ho mangiato di meglio

01/03/2025: Super-luxury piada, excellent pink sauce, homemade. You almost always have to wait, given the quality they work very hard, and it's a bit inconvenient for the customers, but, since it's a takeaway place, it can't be considered a handicap...
