24/05/2025: Very kind lady and delicious products. We happened to be in the area and decided to stop for breakfast. We discovered a place where everything we chose was truly exquisite. The best granita we tasted during our holidays here in Sicily was precisely this one. The brioches were super soft and the cannoli were large and with various creams available. Everything perfect and low prices! Luckily there is the possibility of shipping for when we return home. Thank you so much ❤️

15/02/2025: September 2022 - I forgot to post this review. Pastry shop found very by chance as it was raining and we were looking for a place to have a snack. The place is not that big, but the coffee is good, the cannoli was fresh and delicate. Friendly staff and definitely excellent price.

04/06/2025: Hemos hecho un viaje por la C. Madrid, hemos comido de maravilla distintas verduras en distintas elaboraciones, y una pizza excelente, a mi marido no le gusta la verdura y le han hecho una pizza especial para el sin costo , muy bueno siendo una comida de viaje organizado

03/06/2025: Bella location in mezzo a piazza marina, ma l'arroganza del proprietario e la scortesia dei camerieri hanno rovinato la cena. Inoltre il proprietario ha proposto un paio di antipasti da mettere al tavolo in comune x tutti ed hanno servito una serie di antipasti che sicuramente non ci aspettavamo, infatti abbiamo disdettato alcune delle portate . Le cozze scoppiate erano sicuramente andate a,male e le abbiamo rispedito in cucina, nelle rare volte in cui vedevamo i camerieri, davvero scortesi. Un'esperienza da non ripetere.

22/04/2025: Ho pranzato presso il ristorante “a Paranza” a Cefalù proprio ieri in occasione del giorno di Pasquetta. Conoscevamo il ristorante a campofelice di Roccella e siamo ritornati in quanto ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Nota super positiva, che sembra scontata, il pane! Buonissimo, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati… dico sul serio! Il proprietario durante l’attesa ci ha offerto un trancio di pizza con la cipolla e l’acciuga simile allo sfincione. Ottimo, buonissimo !!! Abbiamo ordinato zuppa di cozze, e insalata di mare tutto ottimo. Poi abbiamo ordinato pasta con le vongole, un fritto di paranza, e io ho ordinato un calamaro verace alla griglia ( che era buono, ma un po’ duro). Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza da ripetere perché il cibo è veramente ottimo. La prossima volta verrò per una pizza perché era veramente invitante !!! Grazie ancora al proprietario gentilissimo! A presto

20/02/2025: Tornare sempre dove si sta bene Febbraio 2025 Quando penso che devo cenare alla A Paranza già inizio ad immaginare cosa ci divertiremo ad inventare e sulle tue proposte Vito Lucchese non ho mai dubbi… però è vero da lì nasce una complicità di intenti comuni … il tuo di innalzare l’arte bianca della pizza a livelli altissimi… il mio di gustare di esplorare di aiutarti a trovare quel quid che rende le tue pizze non gourmet ma viaggi gastronomici e sensoriali ! La A Paranza è sicuramente un fiore all’occhiello nel mondo della ristorazione con personale gentile preparato sempre a disposizione col sorriso sulle labbra. L’unica pecca…. Creare dipendenza 😂❤️. 31/05/2025: Title: “i panini del Mistero – Cronache di Tre Prof Affamate” On a sunny Sicilian afternoon, when even cats seem to melt on the sidewalks and the shops close their shutters as if they were Egyptian tombs, three schoolmates, armed only with backpacks, irony and desperation, venture along Corso Umberto I in Cinisi. The sun beats down, the pangs of hunger scratch their stomachs. Time has passed, 2 pm has long since struck, and hopes are becoming as thin as worn chalk. “We don’t eat here anymore!” exclaims the first, in a tone of Greek tragedy. “Not even a sandwich in sight…” sighs the second, already ready to give up. But the third, the most intrepid of the trio, peers down the street and… sees it. A sign. A flash. “L’Arte del Pane”: the only bastion open in that gastronomic desert. A living bakery. Active. Illuminated by smiles and the smell of baking. The three of them, as if they were the Tomb Raiders of flour, throw open the door like in a western. Inside, the girls at the counter, true priestesses of irony, welcome them with an energy not even on the first day of school. Two of them order sandwiches. But the third, the slightly more poetic (or hungrier) one, goes all out for the Sicilian sfincione. One bite and… BAM! Ecstasy. A warm and tasty caress to the taste buds, with that soft base that seems to be made of clouds mixed with tomato and oregano. And since destiny had already been rewritten, a Coca-Cola couldn’t be missing. But not just any Coca-Cola: one with the name printed on it. The mission begins: “Find the name of the heart”. She fishes it out. But the name is… the wrong one. “Nooooo, not that name!” the other two shout, as if they had seen an ex at the supermarket. Laughter, teasing, and in the end? All three of them buy it. Like any self-respecting legend, the obstacle turns into a celebration. Honorable mention to the owner and the staff: ironic, brilliant, with a ready joke and the desire to make every customer feel part of a little floury fairy tale. And so, between laughter and crumbs, the teachers discover a place they had never entered, in a part of the course they had never arrived at. Because sometimes the best roads are precisely those less traveled. Compliments to L’Arte del Pane: for the sandwiches, the sfincione… and the unexpected culinary adventure. We’ll be back. But this time… with more names on Coke. 😄

03/03/2025: A piece with bechamel for 3 euros for the carnival... Never again. And they even call it ravazzata... Well... Basically a brioscina with a lick of bechamel. Double the size of Palermo and less than half its size. Seasoning just to say.

03/06/2025: Everything as per the menu: good appetizer, good first course, very good and plentiful second course. I would gladly return. The price has been slightly adjusted. The soda is excellent.

Fixed menu: Mussel soup that smelled like a pigsty latrine Octopus salad with vinegar that looked like chewing gum The only edible thing was the baby meatball and the sardine The first courses... Is it normal to drain the pasta directly onto the plate and pour the sauce over it? The pasta was washed... zero seasoning: the carrettiera was ready-made basil pesto bought and of poor quality The sardine sauce was a watered-down sauce with a piece of fennel duo and a piece of sardine The squid ink was the same... ready-made sauce in the cans... I refused to eat the second courses... for a total of €35... madness

25/10/2024: Questo ristorante è in un angolo nel paradiso..una vista fantastica curatissimo il locale nei particolari ma sopratutto dei piatti fantastici. Io ho gustato le lenticchie con i crostini e un dolce al cioccolato bianco e capperi....spettacolariiii. Anche i piatti di pesce freschissimo e pescato in zona a mio marito sono piaciuti tantissimo.Prezzi contenuti per un ottima qualità. Per chi riesce a fare un giro a Linosa sicuramente una tappa da fare.

20/06/2025: Sicuramente non i prezzi più bassi che troverete in Sicilia, ma quando la qualità è alta è giusto pagarla. Posizione stupenda davanti al duomo di Noto, il caffè Sicilia è un caffè storico dove vale assolutamente la pena fermarsi. Sono presenti sia tavoli all’interno che all’esterno. Granite, cannoli, cassate, pasta di mandarle… tutto fantastico. Tappa immancabile durante passando per la città.

18/06/2025: Une institution à Noto. Agréable petite terrasse en plein centre, zone piétonne. Cafés, pâtisseries, glaces, granités très bons. Service souriant et très efficace. Idéal pour une pause sucrée gourmande en toute simplicité.

11/04/2025: Outstanding seafood and incredibly fresh fish, beautifully presented. The wine was exceptional, and the desserts were truly memorable—especially the pistachio tiramisu, a delightful twist I’d never seen before, but absolutely delicious. Service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance, right by the sea in a cozy, charming spot, made the experience even more special.

07/04/2025: ieri sera cena a base di pesce eccezionale. neonata cruda delicatissima, un risotto alla pescatora con tutti sapori del mare e poi una seppia cruda la cui semplicità ne metteva in risalto la freschezza. il tutto innaffiato da un calice di insolia ricco di profumi. la cortesia e la simpatia del proprietario, hanno reso ancor più gradevole la serata. grazie Davide e spero di tornare presto!

10/06/2025: I have been to Cuore di Pizza and I was super satisfied! The pizza was really really good, but a special mention goes to the excellent dough, pleasant and light. An experience that I recommend to those who love good pizza, the one made with passion. I will definitely be back!

09/05/2025: Por mucho que nos encante la comida italiana, estábamos deseando algunos sabores diferentes después de un par de semanas. Nos registramos a la hora del almuerzo y nos aconsejaron venir a cenar temprano ya que no se tomaron reservas. Debidamente rockeado a las 6. 45 y tenía una gran mesa cerca de la ventana. Teníamos el sampler de sushi y los fideos para compartir. Los tamaños de las porciones estaban bien para nosotros que no podemos comer una pizza entera y luego dio secondi y postre! El sushi era bastante bueno y los fideos con pollo era genial. Buen servicio y precio razonable.

08/06/2025: Everything is good from appetizers to desserts. The pizzas are excellent. The first courses are really good. You definitely have to try the margherita alla carrettiera and the spaghetti with anchovies, the spaghetti with mussels and clams. The service is excellent.

26/03/2025: Celebrated a birthday in the past few weeks. The atmosphere was quite dark as far as being able to simply see what was on your plate. Karaoke night, with music so distorted that you couldn't talk to the person sitting next to you because the music was almost deafening. The pizzas finally arrived... and maybe it would have been better if they hadn't arrived. My partner had a pizza with rocket that was yellow and wilted. I had a pizza with sausage and onion that was almost uneatable. The whole table left parts of the pizzas because honestly, between when it was burnt and with poor quality ingredients, you couldn't continue eating them. That said, without music or anything humanly pleasant, the appetizers were decent. They really shot themselves in the foot with the pizzas. I won't be going back, that's for sure. I hope they can only improve, because honestly, it's really hard to go worse than this.
