14/06/2025: There were crowds everywhere, a June 2nd full of tourists and a sky that already smelled of summer. After an hour and a half of twists and turns and slow marches in search of a parking space that seemed nonexistent, I reached my wife with the mood that only traffic can sculpt. It was late — well after 2 pm — and my appetite no longer had the momentum of the beginning of the day. And yet, waiting for us calmly and kindly, there was a waiter who had the patience to wait for me, without her feeling disoriented. Not only that: he sat us right where my wife wanted — overlooking the sea, that edge suspended between the blue and a summer mosaic of colors. We ordered two fish starters. There was no need for anything else. Sometimes a well-prepared dish and the right amount of attention are enough to make a late lunch something to remember. And the sea nearby did the rest, like an old accomplice who knows when words are not needed. It felt like Ferragosto: full sun, the city teeming, the sea below calling every tourist from every part of the world and there we were, inside a small white treasure chest overlooking the sea, finally sitting after a morning in the car. That little table set in a window overlooking the blue, with a little balcony suspended over the sound of the water and the voices... pure magic that repaid us for all the tiredness. Only two first courses, magnificently prepared, and a house Catarratto, served in a little tavern bottle that, in that context, tasted poetic. I posted the photos! The place is authentic, cared for without ostentation, and the view... well, that is unforgettable. Having lunch there, with the sea entering your room is worth more than any tasting menu. Sometimes a little is enough: a sincere dish, a fresh glass and the sea a meter away.

30/05/2025: We stopped for lunch - we had two arancini (norma and 4 formaggi) and a pasta with pesto and shrimp. High quality, fast service and a more than fair price for being on the seafront. Highly recommended!

The owner, Nunzio, welcomed us with great kindness and offered us a very rich fixed menu: between appetizers and first courses we were already full, so much so that we decided not to take the second courses. One aspect that I want to highlight is the exceptional attention to those who have food intolerances or allergies. Even though I have some intolerances and allergies, he was able to satisfy my palate. The owner made sure that I could enjoy every dish in complete safety, without sacrificing flavor. Those who have intolerances can rest assured. The restaurant is air conditioned, overlooks the seafront and is easy to reach, with ample parking nearby. The staff was fast and very friendly. Even though we were a group, the service was fast and efficient. The quality of the fish is excellent, fresh and cooked to perfection. We will definitely return and I recommend it to those looking for quality cuisine, a welcoming environment and above all attention to dietary needs.

21/04/2025: Disappointing experience, low quality food and cooked even worse. 80s style appetizers Paccheri presented with pistachio which instead tasted like cheese. And finally, terrible tasting lemon sorbet served with a dirty spoon. High price for the quality of food served. Easter Monday lunch ruined. NOT RECOMMENDED

21/05/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by "Il Pappamondo", a truly exceptional discovery! We tried the pizza and it was simply perfect: light, incredibly digestible and with an exquisite flavor. We can't wait to return to try the other specialties and complete our gastronomic experience.

08/06/2025: Surprise in Santo Stefano di Camastra. The Bar Paradise is actually what the name says: a corner of Paradise. The desserts, the salads, the granitas… everything is delicious in a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

17/05/2025: We broke every negative record: seated at 8:30 pm, pizzas arrived at 10:30 pm after numerous reminders. Some customers left on an empty stomach, exhausted by the situation. Huge place, very few pizzas came out every 5-10 minutes. If you can't handle so many covers, you shouldn't seat customers. Huge pizza but average quality. Women's bathroom flooded, unusable. Terrible experience, I will never return.

19/06/2025: Really really tasty here. The fresh pasta was incredible. We had truffle tagliatelle with red prawns - it was definitely the highlight. The mixed fried seafood was very fresh and flavourful.
