02/05/2025: Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the reservation, which couldn't be found and the place was already full. Despite the initial difficulty they were very professional, they invited us for an aperitif and within 10 minutes they had found a solution. For the professionalism with which they treated us, despite the unexpected that can always happen, I feel like giving the highest rating! There is no need to say anything about the dishes, they are always excellent

The dishes offered are a perfect balance between tradition and creativity: each course tells a story, enhancing local ingredients with technique and respect. From the appetizer to the dessert, every tasting is a small masterpiece, especially if accompanied by a wine tasting, designed with attention and competence to enhance every nuance of the menu. The selection of labels, mainly Sardinian but with some national gems, is the ideal companion for a high-level food and wine journey. Particular praise goes to Danilo and his staff, who with great passion, courtesy and professionalism manage to create a welcoming and relaxed environment, taking care of every detail and making each customer the protagonist of the evening.

07/06/2025: Tonight I stopped by TRIGU for a pizza, thanks to the previous reviews here. It was quiet in the shop itself but the orders for take-away were going at a high pace. It makes sense that people order pizza here because they were really very good. The Calabrese, with the spicy 'nduja, was spicy and balanced and the white pizza with courgette flowers was superior. I've had many pizzas but this was 'outstanding'. Add to that the fact that TRIGU also has a great selection of local beers from Marduk and P3 and you understand that the experience here is great.

30/05/2025: Tuvimos una experiencia gastronómica 10 / 10 aquí con la familia. El entorno, el estilo, el ambiente y el servicio eran excepcionales. La comida era increíble, no podría haber sido mejor. Este fue uno de los aspectos más destacados de nuestro viaje a Alghero.

01/06/2025: Amazing sandwich. Get the Milese ..extremely tasty and cant beat €3.5 Get the Spirtz. Do not get the Pinacolada.. Was not good.

31/05/2025: I needed a serrated knife to eat my focaccia … without that option I removed the top half of the bread. It was messy to try to use my teeth to cut through the aubergine and grilled pepper away the prosciutto. The venue is great. As is the wine list.

20/02/2025: If you're on a diet, avoid going in, everything is good, you would eat everything.

11/02/2025: Fixed point, both as regards bread and as regards sweet/savoury. The only negative aspect that you may find is having to go early, because by going late in the morning the customers will have already emptied everything and you will only leave with a great disappointment. In my opinion the best bakery in the city.

15/05/2025: Very tasty pizza. Our order was fulfilled quite quickly. Possibility of eating in the premises. I definitely recommend it.

17/05/2025: We sat outside at around 9pm. The waitress brought menus and that was all we saw of her. No one came to us for 30 minutes, so we left. The place can accommodate max 10 people.

30/04/2025: We ate super delicious food. (We went back twice!) If you want local atmosphere and flavors. Price value ratio 5. Clam soup is divine! Large portions were therefore eaten in half, so we could taste more things.

31/05/2025: I was absolutely thrilled with Ichnos Food & Pizza! The pizza was incredibly delicious and without a doubt among the best I've ever eaten in Sardinia. I particularly like the friendly atmosphere, where dogs are also welcome. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the value for money is simply outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

02/06/2025: verissimo !!.. quanto si legge all'entrata dell'hotel catalunya " la ns quinta stella " è il blau sky bar .. Location stupenda al nono piano .. vista spettacolare , ottimi aperitivi , prezzi molto buoni ! una gran bella atmosfera assolutamente da provare !!

09/05/2025: A lovely restaurant just slightly off the usual tourist route. Very good food, especially the primi - carbonara and amatriciana. Service was the star- we tried our best with Italian and the staff were very forgiving. Definitely one to watch!

25/05/2025: Ormai veniamo in questo posto da un paio d’anni. Le migliori pizzette al taglio mai mangiate, patatine fritte buonissime così come le pizze rotonde e dolci top. Personale gentilissimo, consigliatissimo❤️

16/05/2025: For breakfast or a snack it is always my first choice since it has a good variety of pastries, the service is quite fast despite it being a rather busy place. I like it less for the aperitif which is instead a bit poor.

04/04/2025: È tutto impeccabile: pulizia, cortesia, professionalità e qualità del cibo. Vasta scelta di piatti, tutti ottimi. Le melanzane alla parmigiana sono in assoluto il top! Per noi è un appuntamento fisso ogni settimana. Davide è sempre gentile e sorridente come la mamma, il fratello e il personale. Buoni anche i prodotti sardi come formaggi, salsiccia, mozzarelle, yogurt, etc... Bravi! Continuate così.
