28/06/2025: Outstanding. Needed a little break from all the pizza and pasta. As per other reviews, booking ahead is recommended as the place seems to fill up.

13/06/2025: Simple but elegant restaurant. We tried the land tasting menu, truly excellent, refined but of absolute substance and with well-balanced flavors. The sommelier recommended red wines that were perfectly paired. I must say it was an excellent experience to be repeated, compliments to the chef and also to the sommelier for the choice of wines, by the way I discovered he was also the owner.

06/06/2025: Such a good experience. The personel was very nice a passionate about the place and the food was both new experiences and good taste in one. We had the non-seafood menu but I bet all there menus would be worth to try. The vibe was both cosy and exclusive.

07/07/2025: We had received a recommendation for the place from an acquaintance from Denmark who had visited Alghero. Our expectations were met positively both upon arrival and when served. We ordered 2x pizza, four seasons and sardinia which were authentically made and tasted fantastic. The place is a little away from the city center, but it is worth walking the 1 km for the quality. Can be recommended.

04/07/2025: Intrigued by the nice reviews we decided to try this pizzeria during our trip to Alghero. Simple place with really excellent products. Possibility to replace the mozzarella with lactose-free for those like me who are intolerant. Very good and digestible pizza, recommended!

12/06/2025: Everything was great! We ate there with a group yesterday and tried various pizzas – all of them were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The service was super friendly and spoke perfect English. The pizzas arrived quickly and on time. I highly recommend it.

16/06/2025: The shop is a bit off the beaten track. BUT: I'm not a pizza person, and thanks to La Lucerna, I've learned to love pizza and even prefer it to my coveted pasta. A friendly little chat with the owner, Emiliana, was included! We've been there three times. Both pizza and pasta are great!

16/06/2025: Walking past we saw a lot of people, mostly locals so we went in assuming it must be good. We took pizzas and they were delicious, tiramisu too. They also have pasta and seafood. Worth a visit.

24/06/2025: Dinner for two in this typical Sardinian seafood restaurant. We took the tasting menu for €50 per person which included a mix of appetizers, paella, sweet and bitter, as well as a bottle of water and a bottle of wine (both 75 cl). Delicious dishes and excellent service. We recommend! Ps: better to book in advance on the website.

03/07/2025: Wonderful staff that immediately puts you at ease. What can I say about the menu? Varied and special. Excellent pizzas to taste them all. Excellent location where you can breathe the air next to the sea. Don't waste time, go and taste what you want. Go and, as someone said, seeing is tasting to believing.

01/07/2025: I am writing with great disappointment and anger. I ordered three pizzas for a total of €36.50 and, honestly, it was a waste of money. Not only was the dough heavy, rubbery and clearly not leavened properly, but the bottom of the pizzas was literally charred, burned excessively, so much so that every bite was bitter and inedible. The photos speak for themselves. The pizza with raw ham was a real joke: the raw ham was placed on top at random, already cooked and altered by the heat, completely ruined. It is not a question of taste or pickiness: everything was missing, from the quality to the minimum attention. It is not just a mistake, but a real lack of respect towards the customer. It is not possible to charge certain prices for a product that seems to have come out of a kitchen without the minimum control or attention. I understand that there may be complicated evenings, but this does not justify the total lack of care. Rather than serving a similar product, it would have been more honest to say no to the order. This is not just a disappointment, it is a mockery. I hope you take this message seriously, because what I received is not worthy of a respectable pizzeria. Zero attention, zero quality. A disgrace.

29/06/2025: Great pizza, takeaway. Light pizza with lots of choices. Recommended!

21/06/2025: We were attracted by the size of the pizza, but unfortunately the size did not translate into quality. The dough was hard and dry, the sausage on the pizza was just a regular sausage, which unfortunately spoiled its taste. Flying flies, although independent of the restaurant, also spoiled the atmosphere. Hence such an assessment.

11/06/2025: I would have liked to give more, but that's all I could afford. The staff was very nice and friendly. The pizza was just about OK. The atmosphere was just okay, too.

12/06/2025: I ate here the the BEST PIZZA I’d EVER EATEN!!!!! No words for that how delicious those pizzas are. This place is out of the tourist zone but if you willing to take some walk to there, then you won’t forget the experience.
