30/09/2025: The menu is sparse, with 200-gram sea bream, burnt and greasy fried food. It's pointless to use good calamari and ruin them with stale oil. The oil needs to be changed when it's time to change it, and the temperature needs to be adjusted appropriately.
More of a rotisserie than a restaurant, with sketchy and almost nonexistent service, and waiters busy chatting inside and not attentive to the customer's needs.
The pasta for the little girl was poor and without any real sense of purpose, disjointed and undercooked.
24/09/2025: Excellent food, fresh and served promptly.
We had a mixed antipasto and octopus salad, both generous, accompanied by excellent carasau bread. The house wine was delicious. Highly recommended.

14/10/2025: We had a lovely lunch and chose the €15 menu, which was quite good - it included a first course, a second course, and a side dish. They do serve the locals first, which is understandable.

Note: You have to ring the bell – even though there's a sign (also in English), we almost missed it...

23/09/2025: A small, cozy restaurant with good service. We ordered a tasting of appetizers and first courses, some with shellfish and others with clams and bottarga. The dry pastries and tiramisu were also good.
Average-high prices
18/09/2025: The food is good, but if I have to find a flaw, it's the €3.50 cover charge, which seems a bit excessive.

16/09/2025: Super fresh fish and friendly, professional staff. Try the bottarga and calamari, divine. If you're passing through the Cabras area, it would be a crime not to stop at Giganti.
After a few years, I must admit that I've found the same quality and courtesy as the first few times. Well done!

04/10/2025: I went to Ittiturismo to meet up with some former colleagues.
The atmosphere is quaint and the service excellent. The food is fresh, seafood-based, with various appetizers, a first course, fried calamari, and roast fish.
To finish, classic coffee, Sardinian desserts, and liqueurs.
Everything was good... the only flaw was the portions were too small.
21/08/2025: Excellent experience both for the quality and quantity of the meals and for the service. We would like to thank in particular the waitress Mrs Franca for her professionalism, friendliness and availability. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

15/10/2025: Happy to stumble upon here initially as very pretty interior, good menu and nice looking atmosphere. Unfortunately all the dishes we wanted were not available (and we had to find out over a series of encounters). Service was relatively slow though our server was very nice. Food was also a bit slow but flavour was good. Portions are on the smaller side (except the vongole which was very generous). Food was quite salty and we had to pay for water. To top it off the playlist was repetitive and irritating. There may have just been two songs on repeat!
11/10/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Oristano. It offers several traditional dishes with a modern twist. We had the culurgiones and the squid ink ravioli, both truly delicious. Excellent service and reasonable prices. The location is also beautiful.

Tucked just across the road from the petrol station (easy to miss if you’re not looking), this little café is a gem. Order your coffee at the counter from the friendly man behind the bar, then wander out back to enjoy it with the most stunning river view. A peaceful spot, perfect for a morning pause.

18/10/2025: You feel a bit transported to another time, but that, along with the excellent fish cuisine, is precisely what made it so charming for us.
We stopped here twice and enjoyed excellent meals both times.
The cold appetizers are highly recommended; we particularly enjoyed the sweet and sour pickled skate.
The service is unobtrusive but very attentive.
If you're in the area, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

02/10/2025: I had the traditional Sardinian fregula and seafood pasta. It featured ingredients symbolic of the region's sea, such as squid, tuna, and mussels, and the seafood pasta was undeniably delicious. The other dish was clam pasta, which was simple yet flavorful and very satisfying.
For wine, we had a white Vermentino and a red Cannonau by the glass. Both paired well with the food, with the white wine being particularly refreshing. For dessert, we had panna cotta, which was not too sweet and served perfectly after the meal.
The restaurant had a stylish atmosphere, with displays of fine wines and fresh fish. It's deep and has ample seating, with two floors and an additional floor, so it seems like it could accommodate even busy days. It's currently the off-season, so it was quiet and we enjoyed a relaxing time. Some people ordered pizza to go, while others enjoyed a drink at the bar, suggesting a restaurant with a wide variety of uses.
There are many dishes I didn't try this time but would definitely like to try next time:
Grigliata mista di Pesce (Grilled Seafood Platter)
Gamberi e Scampi locali (Grilled Shrimp and Langoustine), a Sardinian tradition
Luxurious Lobster Linguine and Astiche alla Catalana (Lobster Catalana)
Black Angus Horse Steak and Tagliata (Bistecca di Cavallo / Tagliata di Black Angus)
Traditional Northern Italian Milanese Veal Cutlet (Costoletta di Vitello alla Milanese)
Currugiones (Pasta with Potatoes and Mint), a Sardinian specialty
Cheese and meat dishes, such as raviolone and lamb ragu pasta
More than 40 varieties of pizza are available, especially the seafood pizza (Frutti di Mare) I'm curious about the special pizza named after the restaurant.
This restaurant offers both seafood and meat, and each dish is so appealing it makes you want to order another one.
This is a recommended place for anyone looking to enjoy a hearty meal in Sardinia.
25/09/2025: Dinner for seven high school friends. They booked this restaurant and ordered pizza, which cost double and wasn't as good as the best pizzerias in Oristano. Having had spaghetti for lunch, I asked for an octopus salad and for my second course, grilled octopus. The octopus salad was difficult to modify; they only had the potato version. But what would it take for a chef, or even an assistant, to remove the potatoes and add a few pieces of celery and a little vinegar? The place was half empty; they had plenty of time! To avoid any problems, I ate the octopus and potatoes. Meanwhile, my friends finished their pizza, and my second course, ordered with the appetizer, was nowhere to be seen. An hour had passed; the others wanted to order a dessert or a bitter, but they were waiting for my second course. After four reminders, these two tentacles arrived on a bed of curly lettuce and a sweet and sour sauce! Ruined octopus; if I wanted Chinese food, I'd have gone there!!! To get a knife suitable for cutting the octopus, I had to make another request! But where did they get the waiters? Moral of the story: we preferred to finish the evening in one of the excellent bars in Piazza Roma.
PS: I worked as a dishwasher in the days of Gesuino and Guido. We had a wood-fired stove and a barbecue in the garden, without all the luxuries of today. Well, the food was 100 times better. That evening, the only survivors were the boy who cleared the table and definitely the dishwasher.
