08/07/2025: A pastry shop discovered by chance. And in this case, chance is luck. Delicious and refined products, attentive service, and great humanity. You've never tasted a croissant like this (cafes now offer those frozen, industrial products). The coffee is also excellent, as are the other pastries. But what about the panadine? What a discovery! A typical product of three towns: Assemini, Cuglieri, and Oschiri. Here we discovered the ones from Cuglieri. Their specialty is the broad beans and peas in the filling, which pair perfectly with the meat. The shape is also more elongated than, for example, those from Oschiri, which are more flattened. And then there's that atmosphere of cordiality and sincerity typical of our villages. Thank you so much to the ladies for this wonderful experience.

13/07/2025: We made a reservation on the recommendation of our landlady. Excellent service, not intrusive, always present and attentive. The food was delicious and excellent. A good wine selection, fish, meat, and pizza. Excellent value for money.

10/07/2025: Intrigued by the many positive reviews (which I confirm) I booked for my wife and our two children, welcomed by the very kind staff we sit in an elegant covered veranda surrounded by windows that look out onto a colorful green area full of flowers and hedges, I ate a tender and tasty rare rib eye, despite our children being a little "noisy" the staff did not make us feel out of place or uncomfortable, I thank the staff of this elegant place for making me spend a wonderful evening

12/07/2025: I was at this restaurant two days ago and we didn't enjoy it. The first course was overcooked pasta and the rice balls were overcooked. When we reported this, they didn't replace the dishes.

11/07/2025: My son went on a trip on May 27th this year and was poisoned by the schnitzel. He says it was very wet, but the pasta, chips, and ice cream were delicious! He's better now, but I'd say change the schnitzel to attract more people.

12/07/2025: I'm sorry, but after eating at Brasia at least a dozen times, always with great satisfaction, we booked a lunch reservation at Easter and left disappointed with the food. It wasn't up to par with previous visits, but above all, we were disappointed with the waitress's manner and tone, which was truly out of place. The meat arrived cold, and some items seemed pre-cooked. To top off the experience, after asking for the bill, we waited over half an hour for it. We left feeling dissatisfied and irritated. We've always considered the restaurant a local landmark, and this treatment struck us as truly bizarre. Nervousness and personal issues shouldn't be taken out on customers. I hope this review helps the owners and staff improve their service.

10/06/2025: beautiful place in the center of oristano. very varied menu. we ate very well, excellent mamzo meat, it melted in the mouth, excellent pork terrine. I highly recommend it.

Ad accoglierci il personale attento e gentile che ci fa accomodare al tavolo,apparecchiato correttamente con uno stile originale. Il menu è già a prima vista molto interessante con piatti rivisitati della cucina sarda,decidiamo quindi di ordinare due antipasti e due primi. I piatti arrivano con la giusta tempistica e sono un’esplosione di sapore oltre che essere deliziosi alla vista: delle vere opere d’arte culinaria!Si percepisce la passione e l’attenzione al dettaglio,due caratteristiche che descrivono l’intero locale. Abbiamo terminato la nostra cena con due dolci squisiti,equilibrati e serviti impeccabilmente. Il ristorante ha superato le nostre aspettative in termini di qualità delle materie prime e presentazione dei piatti. Torneremo con piacere!

09/06/2025: Super delicious pizza! Really down-to-earth, great prices, just what you want. We'd eat it again anytime. It's really nicely done inside, very cozy, and makes you feel good. Outside on the terrace, too! The waitress was super nice – really friendly. And the house wine: incredibly delicious! Highly recommended. If you're in the area, definitely have a pizza there. A real insider tip!

08/06/2025: The pizza was excellent, and the pizzeria was located in a quiet courtyard. We were there during the off-season, and the village hadn't really woken up yet. The service was very friendly and attentive.
