11/08/2026: Every year we go to Modolo especially for their pizza, which I have to say is truly delicious, with a light and well-made dough. Unfortunately, this time, the service was very disappointing. We waited a long time for the pizzas to arrive, and when it was time to serve them, the waiter, instead of telling us the name of the pizza, started listing the ingredients. It's normal for people to get confused this way and not understand who made each pizza. Faced with our confusion, however, the waiter responded very rudely and, throughout the service, continued to mumble and make unpleasant comments, such as, "People don't even know what they're ordering." For dessert, we ordered seadas and other desserts, including a panna cotta, which arrived completely mushy, with the cake immersed in the sauce and the sauce practically everywhere. When we mentioned this, we were told it was because of the heat and that, if we didn't like it, we should tell the lady making it directly. We then ordered coffee, and again there were some mistakes in the order, particularly the ones with sambuca. This time, however, we were once again made to understand that it was our fault, accompanied by further comments and phrases spoken in hushed tones. I'm truly sorry to leave this review, especially because we come here every year and have always enjoyed the pizza. But this time the service was appalling, and above all, I felt very uncomfortable with the way we were responded to. I completely understand that a difficult evening can happen, that there can be delays or errors in orders. What I find unacceptable is the way customers are treated. With the public, you need patience, politeness, and availability. The responses and phrases directed at us were truly unwelcome and completely ruined the atmosphere at the table.

08/08/2026: A truly beautiful and elegant little place in the heart of town. The pizza is simply spectacular: incredibly light dough and quality ingredients. One of those pizzerias worth traveling a few miles for. Highly recommended!
