03/06/2026: If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Sardinia, the S'Adde Lentorada farmhouse is a must-see! We started with authentic and truly exceptional hams and cheeses, captivating from the first bite. The two first courses were simply spectacular: perfectly prepared ravioli and a fregola with sausage and mushrooms that to call exquisite is an understatement. The second courses were equally top-notch: lamb and suckling pig cooked impeccably, tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. To accompany everything, an excellent Oliena wine enhanced each course and made the experience even more enjoyable. To conclude, a homemade dessert was the icing on the cake: authentic, tasty, and prepared with great care.
