26/01/2025: Arriving (late) due to a prolonged visit to Tarros, the group was welcomed by the chef in a familiar way. The attentive and attentive service, the food exquisite in all its flavor variations, truly balanced even in price. In short, exceptional (seeing is believing!)

Simone, with great competence and passion, guided us in choosing the dishes, advising us carefully and making the experience even more special. The fried oysters and sea urchin crostini are a delight for the palate, while the fresh scallops with cardoncelli were a pleasant discovery. The rigatoni with tartare and pistachio pesto won over for its perfect balance of flavours. A welcoming and refined environment, attentive service and extraordinary dishes: a perfect mix for an unforgettable dinner. Absolutely recommended!

And in addition to the spirit you also find the substance. Succulent dishes cooked with simplicity and skill. From starters to dessert everything was very good. February 2022 update...now a large fridge makes a nice presence, containing cuts of excellent meat that are left to mature while waiting to be consumed. Highly recommended

21/10/2024: Great shop, the pizzas were delicious. The vegetarian ones were with delicious grilled vegetables, the cheese was nice and spicy, the dough was perfect. It's nice to see how the professionals work in the wood oven. Many locals order there and pick up the pizzas. Speaks for good quality. Sitting outside offers more “Bosa charm” than in the restaurant. The only thing that was annoying was the cutlery, the ends of the knives were angular and because the knives were blunt, a lot of pressure had to be applied. Well, complaining at a high level 😁

You sense that the staff works to make the guests feel good, the rest is a detail... all good dishes with authentic flavours!!! beautiful surprise the pizza that Vincenzo made for my family... we will return as soon as possible

26/01/2025: A volte le parole non riescono ad esprimere a pieno quello che si prova … quindi sintetizzo così OSPITALITÀ, GENUINITÀ, BONTÀ e ONESTÀ! Per lo staff la cura e lo star bene dell ospite è al primo posto sopra ogni cosa, le pietanze buone con sapori autentici in vero stile home made! Prezzi assolutamente onesti e sotto la media … Noi abbiamo incontrato oltre ad una ottima cucina , delle persone veramente brave!! Bellissima la sorpresa che arrivata a tavola per nostra figlia , opera di Vincenzo ❤️…. Che dire torneremo sicuramente anche se non viviamo in zona!! Consigliato vivamente!!!

10/01/2025: Reliably very good pizza from here. I have dined outside before which was lovely too. Nice house wine. Inside I wish they would dim the lights to improve the atmosphere but this seems to be a cultural preference.
