27/02/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at the Foodie Pizzeria-Restaurant in Baia Sardigna and I can say that it was an unforgettable gastronomic experience! Located in one of the most evocative areas of the Costa Smeralda, the restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The quality of the food is simply exceptional. Each dish is made with fresh, selected ingredients, and this is reflected in the delicious flavours. I tasted the Monaco DOC pizza and I can say that it was one of the best I have ever tasted: crumbly, well balanced and with high quality ingredients. The service also deserves a mention, as it was attentive and very courteous. The staff was helpful in suggesting dishes and wines, making our evening even more enjoyable. If you are looking for a restaurant that combines excellent food quality with an extraordinary atmosphere, the Foodie Pizzeria-Ristorante is the ideal place. I can't wait to return to try more delights! 🌊🍕✨

22/04/2025: [We stayed for 4 nights which included the Easter 2025 week-end/Monday] Amazing setting, great food and cocktails, authentic in many ways including the way the hotel makes the best use of the landscape and distributes the villas top to bottom. But the true winner at Aethos Sardinia is the team who makes sure an incredible level of service and attention of detail is achieved daily. Due to an unfortunate minor personal injury during our holiday, we needed a fair bit of new arrangements made (incl. changing villa to something more accessible) and daily assistance. The staff made the entire process and daily experience as seamless as possible. A special thank you to both the restaurant manager and general manager. They both run a tight ship, are truly *present* daily, support their staff and incredibly helpful and responsive. We'll come back next year for sure and hopefully get to enjoy the full Aethos Sardinia experience! ps: Pancakes should definitely be on the breakfast menu - but thank you for the special serving on Easter day!

Although the restaurant was almost empty (except for one table), you couldn't choose your table, even though every table was the same size. The food wasn't good either. Pasta without taste and salt. But the fact that you didn't feel well was actually the worst thing. You come from the catering industry and appreciate good food and good SERVICE.

23/12/2024: CONTEMPT. Two couples sat on the terrace of the Zamira Lounge. We ordered a wine, a beer, a coffee and an orange juice. The place was very nice and the service correct. However, when it came time to ask for the bill, the afternoon was ruined. A waiter brought the ticket written on a piece of paper with a pen. The letter was not well understood and instead of €17.50, it said a total of €20. We decided to ask a friendly waitress and she apologized and said it was a mistake. Afterwards, another waiter brought us a machine ticket and the €2.50, all in 10-cent coins, which we understood as a gesture of mockery and contempt. I think it is important to comment on this bad experience publicly, because what happened was not a mistake. Anyone can make a mistake when paying or collecting, but yesterday at the Zamira Lounge someone tried to deceive us. Nowhere do they give you a handwritten ticket if there is no intention to earn a tip that does not belong to you. I hope that the owner of the bar is aware that not all of his waiters are honest and I also hope that no customer is ever disrespected again, regardless of how much money they have.

08/12/2024: Before having dinner we came across this place and we will definitely return every time we pass through Porto Cervo. I recommend it for an aperitif or after dinner. If you have the chance, book. Good spritz and not bad platter. Excellent quality/price ratio
