12/06/2025: Un vero angolo di Sardegna. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: gentilezza, attenzione e tempi perfetti tra una portata e l’altra. Ma il vero protagonista è il cibo. Ogni piatto racconta una storia di terra e mare. Una cucina sincera, generosa, fedele alle radici sarde. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica autentica e piena di gusto.

19/06/2025: The location and opening hours tempted us to enter this lovely restaurant. From the terrace, we had a direct view of the harbor and the mountains. At first, we were skeptical about whether there was an English menu, but one was immediately presented to us. All the waiters were very friendly. We had two burgers served as sandwiches. Unfortunately, we didn't quite understand the difference between a "sandwich" and a "plate," but that didn't affect the taste. I also had a Sardinian mojito, which I couldn't get enough of.

04/06/2025: This hotel is beautifully situated in a secluded area. It is ideal for those seeking a relaxing, peaceful break backed by excellent service and catering. It is located in a hilly area and yet is only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smerelda. The hotel is remote and a hire car is essential. The food in the restaurant was of a consistently high quality with good range of choices for all courses. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury items. The pool was of a size suitable for swimming with plenty of space surrounding for relaxation. It is slightly exposed in the event of breezy weather but this would not be a problem in high summer,

12/06/2025: The best pizza I've ever had in my life. I'm 60 years old and I eat pizza once or twice a week. I was recommended to visit Pizzeria Serafino, and it was quite an experience, especially the innovative scrocchiarella, a special recipe from the owner's son, the friendly Giovanni, who also speaks Spanish perfectly. I will definitely come back.

11/06/2025: Looking for a pizzeria in the area we instinctively relied on them. Without even booking they gave us a table right away. Enrico/kane made us feel at home and welcomed our dog with fresh water for her too. Quiet environment and everyone very kind. Really EXCELLENT pizza well seasoned and very light. Highly recommended.

22/06/2025: Wow Wow Wow! We went to Aethos Sardinia for our wedding Anniversary. Aethos welcomed us with a beautiful floral arrangement, champagne and chocolates. The customer service was a 10/10, staff was excellent, hospitality was excellent, food was great and the view was AMAZING!! Highly recommended!

We were even at a table in the sun, we asked to change tables, and they promptly obliged! Smiling and helpful staff!

31/05/2025: We ate fresh fish and shellfish and a very fine homemade tiramisu, very pleasant wines by the glass, and very good value for money. In France, we call that a good restaurant. We're in Sardinia for a month, and I think we'll return to this trattoria before leaving.

17/06/2025: They offer a very fun atmosphere with dining under a live tree located within the restaurant. The food was delicious and I would suggest the eggplant parmigiana antipasto. Thin layers of eggplant in an amazing red sauce and loaded with melted cheese. The lasagna was another highlight and the sea bass was cooked to perfection. Huge wine list and a separate “longevity” menu featuring traditionally prepared Sardinia blue zone dishes.
