When our turn came, they still offered us a 1.4 kg sea bream (€9/100 g, so €126), probably already sold at other tables, pointing out that it would be excessive for two people. The solution offered was to clean the fish in the kitchen and serve us only the fillets, charging us only for what we consumed. Unlike the other tables, where the fish was presented and cleaned in front of the guests, we were served it ready-made, out of sight. Honestly, it felt like they wanted to charge us for the fresh fish, perhaps by serving us frozen. I would have preferred more transparency. Even giving the owner the benefit of the doubt, I don't feel comfortable recommending this place. In the end, we limited ourselves to two first courses and a mussel appetizer. The quality-price ratio was decidedly disappointing, with prices completely disproportionate to what we ate. REPLY TO THE MANAGER I'm replying here because I don't have the opportunity to respond elsewhere. As already mentioned, the wait wasn't a criticism: we had a 9:30 PM reservation, and in fact, I think I even arrived slightly early. 30/08/2025: We discovered Blue Bay during our family vacation in Sardinia with our 3-year-old son. The waitress's welcome was a little cold, and she didn't really make an effort to understand each other, which was a bit of a shame. Fortunately, the chef—who also seems to be the owner—speaks French very well. He presented the menu to us with great friendliness and patience. The dishes were refined, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The desserts were equally delicious. The setting is magnificent, with a splendid view that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Despite the somewhat subpar dining room service, we unhesitatingly recommend Blue Bay for the quality of its cuisine and the chef's warm welcome.

The latter were incredibly tender! Once discovered, I'll definitely return for the family atmosphere and to try other dishes. Prices are in line with the offerings and average compared to other restaurants.

16/09/2025: We were recommended a much stuffier restaurant from our hotel but after stepping inside we knew it wasn’t for us! So we went for a walk and stumbled upon this place. Mossimo the owner was so nice and the whole staff made us feel at home. There seemed to be only locals in There and everyone was so friendly. The food was amazing and the service was even better!! Highly recommend to all who are in town!!

They were all smiling and very hospitable. The food was freshly made and to a very high standard. Brushetta for lunch was great. Lamb, fresh caught seabass and french fries were too good (dinner)

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon, to the Porto Cervo location, and it was such a treat. We had the following dishes: -an amuse bouche of Squid spaghetti-almond sauce parsley oil -Steamed bun with pork stew, caesar dressing, pickled gherkins and cilantro -Bluefin tuna tartare with burnt orange and sesame dressing -French Gillardeau Oyster with green apple granita -Roasted octopus, olive sauce, parsley oil, confit baby potatoes -Iberian pork tenderloin, its jus, sweet and sour colored rapettes and herbs -Pavlova exotica. Namelaka with coconut, passion fruit, mango, meringue and crispy caramel Each dish was thoughtfully curated, balanced and out of this world delicious. We could not recommend this place more. 10/10 absolutely an amazing experience.

The staff was also excellent, courteous and helpful! The only downside was the heat. We had a table outside, but the awning didn't work, there was no air circulation, and there was no fan. They've probably fixed that by now. We'll definitely be back!
