16/12/2025: A truly fascinating experience. The interior reflects the ancient building techniques used in ancient times, making it feel like we've stepped back in time. The walls exude history, and in such a historic setting, the modern furnishings fit perfectly. The open kitchen and expertly prepared food with fresh, local ingredients, a touch of innovation, and the dishes become art... Highly recommended!

10/01/2026: For my family and I, dining at this restaurant when we're in Carloforte has been a rewarding "must" for years.
Andrea, Madda, and Cristiano, along with their kitchen team, are a guarantee, and their menu is rich, varied, and flavorful.
The waiters in the dining room are a very close-knit team, attentive to their customers, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick with their service. Carmelo is a highly knowledgeable and versatile sommelier. 😀 What can I say? They're all top-notch, and we feel truly pampered. Thank you all. See you in September. 🥰

06/11/2025: A beautiful restaurant with delicious food, and the staff are excellent at explaining things and making recommendations.
The only thing the service could improve is this: We ordered a low-priced wine that wasn't available. The alternative wine offered was almost twice as expensive; perhaps this could have been mentioned. However, it tasted good, and that's what matters most.

09/02/2026: Located a few kilometers from Calasetta, immersed in greenery and surrounded by olive trees, it is a place to spend a pleasant, relaxing holiday: the welcoming and friendly staff, the well-kept rooms equipped with every comfort, and the fantastic on-site dinner (local and genuine products).

11/03/2026: This pizzeria was recommended to us by a local, and what a great time we had! The pizzas were delicious, and the pairing with the house beer was perfect. The dessert was excellent, and the staff were lovely, smiling, and very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

17/11/2025: In nomen omen. We went there on the first evening of our vacation, right after arriving in Calasetta. At the end of our vacation, it was definitely our best place. The food was truly excellent, well-prepared and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the tuna tartare was already sold out, and I recommend showing up early if you want to try it. We consoled ourselves with a lovely, freshly seared grilled belly that, months later, I still dream about. Otherwise, everything else was decidedly top-notch.

Clean and welcoming environment, room with a lit fireplace that makes you feel a beautiful harmony while enjoying these delicious dishes. 15/03/2026: We had lunch at Oasi, intrigued by the positive reviews, but we really can't explain why. Let's start by saying that I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but it's only right to offer a few tips for those who spend little time in Carloforte.
We had a mix of appetizers, including a hard octopus salad, a vegetable and tuna caponata (I think it was tuna because the flavor was unrecognizable), which was obviously reheated, a tuna mousse, and some frozen tuna with Tropea onions. They looked like they'd just been taken out of the fridge, inedible!
A tartare that looked fresh but had no connection with its seasonings.
The man at the restaurant was kind, no complaints, but the quality was terrible!

11/11/2025: A truly excellent experience...the owner was immediately friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the atmosphere, though simple, is welcoming. The chef is truly talented, and given my mostly vegetarian guests, he managed to adapt the menu perfectly.

28/02/2026: Takeout pizza, but the experience wasn't great. I ordered a white 4-cheese pizza and a speck with arugula and parmesan. Both were wrong. The one with the speck, which looked more like ham, was white; the other was red, but not with the 4-cheese pizza. The only positive thing was the good crust, soft and crispy at the same time.
And to think they were ready for 7:40 PM.
