19/08/2026: We stumbled upon this agriturismo by chance. We were returning to our room in Cagliari from Porto Pino. We set our GPS to search for a place to have dinner, and this was the first place we found. A real surprise! The place is welcoming, as are the staff and the owner. Homemade and carefully prepared cuisine, a set menu featuring typical Sardinian dishes: appetizers, two first courses, two second courses with sides, dessert, and coffee. Everything was perfect!

15/07/2026: Excellent dishes, but we had little doubt about that... actually, none. The added value of this restaurant is the wait staff: young, super-efficient, and professional, whose kindness and courtesy aren't just superficial, but, in my opinion, stem from a desire to do their job well. This world still has hope! Back to the menu....Fregola with shellfish....amazing!

31/05/2026: We had dinner at Oasi Blu – from the very first moment, you get a cozy feeling, perhaps due to the stylish country-house decor, the park-like grounds, the warm welcome from the owners, or a combination of these elements. The food was excellent; we could have happily eaten a whole plate of every single dish, if we'd had the stomach capacity. The house wine (red for us) was also delicious. You can tell how much heart and soul has gone into Oasi Blu – highly recommended!

31/05/2026: We went there for dinner. The food was fantastic and authentic Sardinian, with a simple yet very stylish interior. But what truly makes this restaurant special is the family atmosphere and, above all, the warmth and friendliness of the owners. We'll definitely eat there again if we're ever in the area.

09/08/2026: The restaurant's breathtaking location is superb, overlooking the church in the small square in the heart of Iglesias' old town. With dishes like fregola, dorado, and other seafood, "Villa di Chiesa" perfectly represents Sardinian cuisine. I couldn't find a single negative point. Making a reservation is always a good idea, as the restaurant is usually very busy, and deservedly so.

07/08/2026: The service was terrible: they didn't even bring the drinks on time and served all the dishes except one, which arrived another 20 minutes late. To make matters worse, they took forever to bring the bill and didn't even have the decency to offer the delayed drink or dish; they showed no sign of any kindness or sense of responsibility, which says a lot about them.

From the moment we entered, my girlfriend and I felt enveloped in a special atmosphere and literally pampered by the entire staff. The underlying theme of the lunch was the prized bluefin tuna, of a truly superlative quality, presented and enhanced in every possible texture and nuance. We experienced a journey of excellence: from the appetizer salad (with tuna offered in two splendid variations) to the delicacy of the tartare, through the intensity of the ragù that seasoned the pasta, and finally a masterful tagliata. The culmination of the tasting journey is reached with a dish that celebrates the purity of the raw material: a true tribute to tuna carpaccio. Here, technique marries the carefree nature of a dish with a mere three-second dip in Mediterranean herbal tea. A simple, almost ritualistic gesture, capable of elevating and enhancing the aromatic complexity of the bluefin tuna in a surprising way. To extend this dream at home, we purchased a piece of vacuum-packed bottarga, prepared and packaged by the Chef himself, who greeted us with valuable tips for home preparation. 20/08/2026: Nice restaurant. Good menu with prices slightly above the local average. The dishes are very well presented and tasty, but overall they lack a bit of depth, both in flavor and presentation.

31/07/2026: I wanted to taste the best tuna... and I found a place where tuna is considered a top-of-the-line product! A place where tuna represents the highest quality because they catch it themselves, take care of every detail, and serve it exactly as it should be to enhance its value. From appetizer to main course, we ate tuna and belly of excellent quality, flavor, and delicacy! The service is top-notch, but don't be intimidated by this, as the prices are perfectly aligned with the market. To wash it all down, a delicious Calaseta rosé... a perfect match for the delicious food.

29/07/2026: Friendly welcome, pleasant terrace. The baccalà appetizers were very good. The tartare was unseasoned and therefore uninteresting. The pistachio cheesecake dessert was just frozen ice cream, nothing special. They were out of tiramisu; perhaps it was good?

22/08/2026: Given that the restaurant was incredibly busy and my expectations were even higher, I'm sorry but my dinner was far from satisfying. The menu was sparse and included several defrosted dishes—sorry, but in a seaside town, I find that absurd! We opted for pizza, since in the hour before we ordered, we didn't see a single dish come out, only pizzas! I ordered a white pizza with zucchini flowers, which never arrived; cherry tomatoes, sour, not cleaned and very roughly chopped; and shrimp that they said were fresh but with their intestines intact! The bill was satisfactory, however, and the staff was young, inattentive, and unprepared. I'm sorry, but we won't be returning.

04/08/2026: Given the excellent reviews, we decided to have lunch here after a trip to the beautiful Masua, and our expectations were not disappointed—quite the opposite! We found a clean, welcoming, and familiar atmosphere, top-notch service, and the dishes were simply fantastic! The seafood trio was excellent, the fried fish was wonderful, and the desserts were sublime. A simple yet high-quality menu. Prices were more than fair, and portions were generous. Special mention goes to the professional, courteous, and welcoming service. We'll definitely be back! I only give them 5 stars because it's impossible to give them full marks, but they fully deserve it!
