05/01/2026: I'm a regular in the summer, and the winter opening was a very pleasant surprise! Priceless views, a rich menu with tasty and beautifully plated dishes, and prompt and friendly service. Prices are reasonable for the quality and setting. It will become a regular in the winter, too!

04/01/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant! My partner and I stopped there; the view and storefront were lovely, but unfortunately, we didn't check the reviews beforehand. The welcome and smiles were practically nonexistent. We were seated at a table in a corner, with no cutlery, no glasses, no salt or pepper shakers… We waited a good hour before our order was taken. There was no smile, and once the food arrived, we had to get up and grab our own cutlery to eat. No one came to check on us during the meal to see if everything was alright, etc. The only positive point was that the food was decent. And then came the bill. When I got to the register, the waitress didn't even look at me, no hello, no goodbye. She snatched the bill from my hands, gave me the card reader, and then a receipt, all while continuing to chat with her colleague. And that was it! followed by judgmental looks from the other waiters, then a chuckle—a terribly awkward and uncomfortable moment—all that's left for me to say is that this restaurant is to be avoided at all costs.

01/10/2025: Dear reviewers, where do you think you are? Badesi is neither a film set nor a town designed for tourists who prefer to be carried around in a sedan chair. Ordinary people live here who also enjoy drinking a little too much, partying, and being loud. This is a "neighborhood pub." Behave yourself, be friendly, and open-minded, and you'll have a great time. :)

16/09/2025: The pizza was quite good. However, the fish dishes were disappointing. The spaghetti with lobster only had lobster shells in it, not meat. Due to a translation error on the menu, we got eel instead of tuna. It's a shame; we expected a lot more for the price.

19/07/2025: Decadenza e maleducazione . Personale scortese che ti indicata il tavolo dove sederti a 10 m entri di distanza e nemmeno ascolta quando stai ordinando. Cocktail insapore senza alcol solo acqua , stuzzichini ridicoli e di scarsa qualità . Peccato per la locations e per ciò che è stato il libarium in passato ormai semplicemente una trappola da turisti .

10/10/2025: We spent four days at the hotel in October. The location was unbeatable in Cala Gonone, right on the seafront. The spacious room had a jacuzzi on the terrace, new amenities, and sea views from the bed, allowing us to watch the sunrise. The breakfast was varied and high-quality. The staff was wonderful, making you feel at home. We will definitely return!

30/09/2025: Ideal location, designer hotel, large room facing the sea, beautiful bathroom, varied and generous breakfast. Flawless then? Not really. Armchair on the balcony is broken and unusable... hidden by cushions. Balneotherapy bath that sends out black particles from the jets. The reception says a little "sorry, I'll report it" but doesn't make a goodwill gesture and even charges for the drink taken at the bar during checkout and the beach towels. For a room at €300 a night!!!! Owners (too) spoiled or unprofessional. As for the restaurant, avoid it. A long menu of... frozen products. Uncomfortable chairs. All for €50 per person for 2 courses. There are much better options not far down the street.

09/01/2026: While walking along the ramparts, we stopped because it was one of the few places with a lot of people. We only understood why during our wonderful experience. Superb sunset and food. Very professional staff.

08/12/2025: Doesn't even deserve one star! The room was completely moldy and smelled awful. Staying there was unacceptable. A scam. The photos on Booking.com don't match reality. The owner forced me to contact him through Booking.com requesting a different room. Only then was I allowed to see the room. It's an absolute dump. How can anyone call this a hotel???

01/01/2026: Watered-down wine, beef that tasted like fish, undercooked sausage, frozen fries that were undercooked, a great restaurant where I ended up throwing everything up within the hour 🤢 thankfully I didn't order any seafood... absolutely avoid!

01/01/2026: I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this time I really have no choice. The red wine served seemed clearly watered down and lacked body. The fries were frozen and undercooked. The green peppercorn sauce was acidic and unbalanced. On the other hand, the beef fillet I ordered was tender. It's worth noting, however, that we weren't ultimately charged for the wine, which was a nice gesture. Despite this, the whole meal lacked flavor and quality. I no longer recommend this restaurant at all.

18/08/2025: Delicious pizza, very friendly service. The seafood is also very good. The portions are reasonable, neither too small nor too large. Worth a visit!

18/08/2025: The pizza is delicious and the food is excellent overall. Prices are in line with other restaurants in the area (an average of €18-20 for a first course). The staff is very friendly, and service is quick and there's no long wait.

13/10/2025: I had a brilliant time at the hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly and just made you feel so welcome. I booked directly and they upgraded my room free of charge. It's a little bit of a distance from Orosei so would recommend maybe hiring a car. The beach nearby was incredible and the whole stay was relaxing. If you are looking at staying in Sardinia, I would highly recommend. Definitely planning on returning again. Many thanks.

08/10/2025: Reasonable price, hardly the 4 star hotel they advertise, 2 plus star at best. Great large swimming pool, well tended. The best bit of a tired hotel complex. OK for a short stay.

19/07/2025: Gran sudata nella bella veranda affacciata sul mare . Calamaro arrosto imbarazzante e al limite del commestibile. Un pezzo di gomma ! …patate arrosto che in realtà sono bollite e poi passate al forno e servite in una ciotola colma d’olio . Discreta la pizza … COSÌ NON VA BENE , NON TORNEREMO
