And there's a waiter, Juan, who keeps the change from drinks. He pretends not to notice or takes his time waiting for you to leave so he can pocket the change. He even charges for drinks without bringing the receipt, even when drinks are free on the house. It makes you not want to order anything. I hope the owner at least warns them so they change their attitude. We customers, although we're usually older and patient, WE'RE NOT STUPID, AS THEY THINK.
