19/05/2026: My review is based on my experience at the restaurant, where we celebrated a ceremony. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of parking on-site. The service is incredibly quick, both in setting the table and clearing the dishes, without having the good sense to realize that the customer might have simply gotten up to go to the bathroom. The quality of the food (we had fish) is undeniable: octopus salad, marinated swordfish, mussels, swordfish, grouper-stuffed ravioli, shrimp and zucchini tagliatelle, fried seafood, and roast fish—each one better than the last. But what's really not right are the meager portion sizes; even though we ordered mini portions, the portions were truly insufficient to satisfy everyone. When we asked for additional courses, we were told that they had been served what was on the menu; there was no room for negotiation. A real shame, it's gotten much worse than it was a few years ago.

26/05/2026: The food is simple but good, with decent portions and good quality. The prices are reasonable. The ambiance is rather basic but acceptable. Unfortunately, there's no decent outdoor seating area. The staff is very friendly.

26/05/2026: Don't be put off by the "No Entry" sign on the gate and the restaurant's hidden entrance. The food was absolutely delicious. We had seafood salad, pizza, linguine with seafood, sea bream, and a kids' burger with fries. Very friendly service. We would definitely come back.

05/05/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times for the service and the food. This time, the waiter had a truly rude approach. We looked at the fresh fish, for two people. We chose scorpion fish, which had several different sizes. The waiter put the largest one on our plate, FOR TWO PEOPLE. It seemed a bit too big to me, but I trusted him. The plate that arrived was enough to feed four people. It was almost two kilos of fish (offered for two people). The bill is attached; calculate the weight at 7.5 euros per 100 grams. I couldn't finish it. A real shame. An honest and sincere approach, as I would expect from a reputable restaurant, would have been enough. I hope the owner isn't encouraging this approach. MORAL OF THE REVIEW: I WILL NEVER RETURN. IF YOU EAT FRESH FISH, HAVE WHAT YOU TAKE WEIGHED AND DEMAND TO KNOW THE EXACT PRICE. In a respectable restaurant the waiter tries to direct the customer in the best way, including the size of the fish.

14/04/2026: We had a great experience at this restaurant and went back twice. They have two menus: a traditional one and a "tourist" one. The dishes on the "tourist" menu are simpler and less expensive. The others are more elaborate and more expensive, but it's a real institution in this city, a place to recommend and where locals dine! I highly recommend it. Thank you to them for the wonderful time.

10/10/2025: Bad choice, having read positive reviews I trusted the mussels au gratin burnt!!! Perhaps prepared previously and therefore reheated!!! Never again

08/10/2025: We have booked a table at this place basing on the Google reviews. Pizza and mussels menu looked very attracting. Unfortunately we were deeply disappointed with both service & dishes. Starting from uncomfortable chairs to extremely sluggish service and untasteful oversalted mussels. There are many much better places around.

15/05/2026: A lovely hotel close to the beach with a family-run atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff, delicious breakfast with local specialties. An ice cream parlor and pizzeria are also part of the complex.

26/04/2026: Yesterday, Saturday, April 25th, we celebrated a friend's birthday with friends at this lovely restaurant, having booked a few days in advance. A warm and friendly welcome awaited us. The first course was delicious: ravioli and cannisonis. The suckling pig was perfectly cooked. The desserts were exquisite. The lady who handled the tables was very friendly. The house wine was excellent. The location was beautiful, overlooking Lake Omodeo. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, and see you next time.

15/06/2026: Excellent food, quality, and a family atmosphere. Excellent management, with a wealth of local history captured in the paintings on the walls. Plenty of space for large groups of friends. You can choose from a fixed menu of meat or fish, or a wide selection of grilled dishes.

06/05/2026: We had burrata, ravioli, and mullet roe as an appetizer. A huge plate of spaghetti with bottarga and limpets was excellent. A glass of wine and a bottle of water. Total: €50 It's a shame we don't have it near our house. I really enjoyed it.

27/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Braceria Mangiafuoco, and I can say without exaggeration that it was an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the attention to every detail: an elegant yet welcoming setting, a relaxed atmosphere, and a staff that makes you feel at home with their warmth and professionalism. The cocktails are simply spectacular, carefully and creatively prepared, perfect both to start the evening and to accompany the dishes. You can tell there's true passion and expertise behind the bar. I tried the Capper-ino (I hope I'm right) and it was an incredible experience. The highlight, of course, is the meat: exceptional quality, carefully selected, and impeccably cooked. Each cut is explained and recommended with great expertise, and the chef manages to bring out every flavor in an extraordinary way. Meat this tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection is hard to forget. I also applaud the side dishes, because the delicious broccoli rabe and chicory took me back to my grandmother's cooking (and I think that's one of the best compliments). Special praise also goes to the entire staff and the chef, always present, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. It's rare to find a place where food quality, service, and atmosphere coexist so seamlessly. Mangiafuoco isn't just a grill restaurant, but an experience to be enjoyed and recommended to anyone who loves good food and being pampered from start to finish. I'll definitely be back.

08/03/2026: When a place is closed, or only serves food to guests staying at the property, they should change their online information. People can't waste time looking for a place, and after you show up, they send you away, telling you they only work with guests staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience, especially since we drove 20 kilometers to get there and met up with friends halfway. PS: Before going, we tried calling several times, with no answer.

17/01/2026: My stay at the Hotel Monreale was extremely satisfying. The facility is tidy, welcoming, and well-managed. I would like to express my particular appreciation for the courtesy and helpfulness of Mr. Marcello, whose attentiveness to guests significantly contributes to the overall quality of the experience. Highly recommended.

12/03/2026: The Polinesia restaurant isn't located in the most convenient location, but it's still worth it: the food is good and the prices are truly excellent.

11/03/2026: 10 of us arrived, all satisfied. The pizza was delicious, both in terms of the dough and the very fresh products, much better than many renowned places in Cagliari 😉 Congratulations.

05/05/2026: We arrived unannounced on 28/3 late in the afternoon after cycling from Cagliari and wondered if there was a possibility to stay overnight. They were hesitant if it was possible because it was early in the season. They conjured up two rooms and we asked if there was a possibility to get some food and of course they could fix some cheese and ham which we welcomed, it didn't end with just cheese and ham we got meat, offal and vegetables their red wine was delicious. They conjured up a fantastic breakfast the next day. Very nice accommodation with all the animals on the farm. We felt very welcome.

28/04/2026: Excellent food, a beautiful room, and the opportunity to visit the animals. I recommend it. We had a great time. The ricotta they make is excellent.
