11/12/2025: Excellent Restaurant!! The restaurant is very well-kept, and the entrance exudes elegance and order. The owner, a very kind and polite person, welcomed us. The cuisine is excellent, with top-quality ingredients! The value for money is truly excellent. From appetizer to dessert, we ate divinely. I highly recommend their Sardinian oysters, bottarga, and everything on the menu. I will return and highly recommend it.

05/10/2025: The restaurant is very welcoming and well-lit. The first courses and desserts were excellent, but unfortunately the second course (fried fish) wasn't even comparable to a Lidl frozen dish; it would have been worth returning. Overall, for two people, with two bottles of water and a glass of wine, spending well over €100 seemed a bit excessive.

I would take better care of the entrance and the internal road leading to the building. Good food and excellent service. We had a great time.

M.M. was born with a natural aptitude and a true passion for cooking. As a boy, while attending hotel management school, he began working as a kitchen assistant on weekends in restaurants in his hometown, developing a growing passion for the culinary arts. After graduating, he immediately left for the renowned Costa Smeralda, continuing his experience in various parts of Sardinia and later in Alto Adige, where he lived and worked for several years. Throughout this journey, he seized every opportunity to learn and train alongside prestigious chefs, engaging with a high-end international clientele. I have personally had the honor of tasting his dishes: truly spectacular and refined creations, capable of providing a truly sensory experience. Today, after building and enriching his professional experience with great commitment, sacrifice, and dedication, he has returned to his homeland to realize his dream: to manage a restaurant, ideally a historic one, and to ensure its continued success, preserving its name while enhancing it with his professionalism, precision, and passion. 25/10/2025: I went with my boyfriend. The place was very welcoming and well-maintained, from the table setting to the service. The waiters were super helpful and very well trained. We had two pizzas (a rustica and a sa pischedda) that were really good; to finish, the tiramisu was truly excellent!! We'll be back.

14/10/2025: A few steps after the Ponte Vecchio. A refined restaurant with a meat and fish menu, made with excellent ingredients. A dessert menu. Perfect portions. Professional, attentive yet discreet service. I found the prices to be fair.

28/12/2025: Delicious pizza, charming place, and very friendly owners. Suitable for large groups. I recommend the pizza chef's "a fantasia" pizza tour. All the flavors were delicious. The reviews I've read don't do it justice; this pizzeria is definitely worth a try.

15/07/2025: Excellent quality food, whether picked up at the restaurant or delivered. The owners, Andrea and Elisabetta, are wonderful people, incredibly friendly and very welcoming. I absolutely recommend the restaurant, as I've ordered many of their products and have always loved them, especially the fainè. If they made them in Veneto, near where I live, I'd be a regular, just like I am now, living temporarily in Sassari. Personally, they're the best in town. Well done, keep up the good work!

13/10/2025: Excellent gluten-free pizzas and a wonderful ambience. It's always busy but since they open up the courtyard on weekends, we were able to be seated twice without a reservation. Service was a little slower when we visited on a Monday, but very understandable considering how busy it was! Definitely visit if you're in Villasimius.

01/01/2026: This is our second New Year's Eve party at the Perda Rubia restaurant. Every year we choose a different option, but I have to say this one remains the absolute best. Everything is impeccable, from the menu to the service. The dishes are excellent and plentiful, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The owner carefully monitors the tables to ensure everything is running smoothly and the guests are satisfied. A top rating, and kudos to the entire staff.

25/12/2025: We were here for Christmas lunch. The staff were friendly and attentive. The dishes were very good and quite sophisticated, with just the right portions and the option to refill. Lunch was a pleasure, and I hope to return soon.
