19/10/2025: I rarely give reviews, but this restaurant deserves 5 stars! Aside from the very friendly service, the truffle appetizer was incredibly delicious. I ordered meat – in almost every restaurant, I get it cooked medium-rare, but here it was cooked to perfection. Thank you for the great food and best wishes!!!

10/10/2025: A truly beautiful place, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service was clear, kind, and attentive. I ordered a pinsa with potatoes, which was truly excellent, while my girlfriend had a burger, tasty and beautifully presented. The pumpkin chips are a must-try, crunchy and delicious! Fair prices and excellent food quality.

24/09/2025: An absolute vibe! Hidden gem! Nicolas and Fabio & the Bosco Verde team staff are so kind and relaxed. Great facilities— jungle-like outdoor shower, clean, and a shaded parking area. The beach and water itself is absolutely stunning, plus the music playlist is on point.

16/11/2025: The restaurant is undoubtedly a unique location, with attentive service, but otherwise everything is decidedly touristy and doesn't showcase the quality of the local area. While the waiter was still taking our order, our appetizers were served, which only makes you think they were pre-made, like in a cheap canteen. The first course arrived, and believe me, I'll eat anything, but that first course was terrible: raw orecchiette, sour tomato, and everything tasteless. I don't understand where the hype about this place comes from; we were extremely disappointed, highly discouraged.

01/11/2025: It's a place we frequent often. Both for lunch and dinner, the wait is never long, and the waiters are quick to take orders and serve. The dishes are plentiful and well-presented. The only downside, lately: In order to immediately leave the table for other customers, the waiters are sometimes very rushed. In my opinion, customers who come to sit down to enjoy the food should still have their own time and enjoy their dinner in peace. Thank you.

04/09/2025: An absolutely unforgettable experience during the pasta creation workshop (4 different ones) with nonnas Mimita and Simone. A unique and authentic moment where we were guided with generosity and kindness. This was followed by the pasta tasting in the restaurant. Everything was perfect! An emblematic place in Ostuni that I cannot miss. Thank you very much! ✨💚🤍❤️
