21/09/2025: This place is great. The bartender knew his beers and was enthusiastic to share that knowledge. They carry an assortment of craft Italian brews, and yes, apparently, there are craft beers from Italy. The bar is situated in an ancient stone building with fantastic architecture on the inside, typical of many establishments in the area. If the downstairs isn't open, ask to see it anyway, it's worth the effort. We didn't eat, so I can't comment on that. I'll sum up by saying, if you want to sample Italian craft beer and/or just hang out in a cool bar, you will want to stop at the Bellinfusto Pub Independente.

13/09/2025: The orecchiette with cime di rapa were disappointing. The come di rapa were blended into a smooth cream that didn't taste like much and removed the nice texture that cime di rapa usually adds. The dish was a little bland overall, lacking salt and perhaps a touch of peperoncino. The pizzas were generally decent, and pasta with meat ragu was pretty solid too. The Tiramisù didn't have the biscuits soaked in espresso and had Nutella in it so was not a traditional tiramisu as you'd expect. The mascarpone cream lacked lightness and was very heavy. Overall, the dish ended up being too sweet and too heavy, lacking the bitter notes that usually complement the sweeter flavours. The food and drinks all came quickly. Slightly untypically quickly for Italy. Very nice place to sit outside but a touristic restaurant with service and prices in line with that.

12/09/2025: Very unfriendly. We'd been waiting 20 minutes for a table. A waiter told us to sit at an outside table, but the manager suddenly told him we should go inside. We asked him why, and he laughed in our faces.

07/09/2025: Truly an excellent hotel! The location is perfect, just steps from both the sea and the historic center. The staff is incredibly kind and always available; they made us feel at ease right away. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. We stayed with our daughter and had a wonderful time.

A unique and authentic moment where we were guided with generosity and kindness. This was followed by the pasta tasting in the restaurant. Everything was perfect! 05/09/2025: We were greeted by the parking attendant, who and the staff were very welcoming. We chose a dinner featuring the freshest fish, homemade pasta for the first course, four appetizers and four first courses, which, sadly, we couldn't finish as the portions were so generous. We also ordered four delicious sorbets, water, and a good wine, for a total of €32 per person! The staff was fast, cheerful, and kind. A special and sincere thank you to Katia, who gave us excellent advice with professionalism and cheerfulness!

15/09/2025: An unforgettable culinary experience! We visited this restaurant for dinner and were truly thrilled. Each dish was a small masterpiece of balance and creativity, with the freshest ingredients and an attention to detail that was evident from the first bite. We began with a surprising first course: shrimp buttons, delicate yet intense, with a filling that brought out the full flavor of the sea without ever being invasive. A perfectly executed interplay of textures. Next, panko-crusted tuna: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Cooked with pinpoint precision. A true delight. To conclude, beef with primitivo sauce: tender, juicy, and enveloped in a wine reduction that added depth and character to the dish. A perfect balance between the richness of the meat and the enveloping notes of the wine. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly. The ambiance is meticulously curated, with vintage finds typical of Italian culture. We will definitely be back to discover the rest of the menu!
