10/03/2024: A cafe-ice cream parlor with a good value for money is located near the old town of Ostuni, which is visited by tourists. There are tourist prices in the old town, normal prices here.
06/10/2023: Small bar a few steps from the historic center of Piazza Libertà (statue of Saint Oronzo). One of the few and honest (prices) bars in the center of Ostuni. Cafe cappuccino brioche is excellent homemade ice cream and granitas. The soy cap is missing otherwise it would be the best!

29/11/2023: Historic restaurant on the Ostuni coast, just outside Rosa Maria, a beautiful farm where you can eat inside.
Large, sunny and well-equipped terrace where you can eat outside, good service sometimes spoiled by the large flows of customers who testify to the quality of the food, the raw materials, the freshness of the fish in all "sauces"!
What can we say about the owner, courteous, competent and hospitable!
If you want to eat fish, mythical crustaceans and molluscs you are in the right place.
Well done.
03/11/2023: On our way to the sea we stopped here, the only restaurant open in the area in this period. The staff was super welcoming, very attentive to our needs while traveling with a child. Typical fish dishes. We had spaghetti with tomato sauce, langhirani with grouper and paccheri with tuna, all excellent, tasty, cooked to perfection, generous portions. €79 for 3 with a dessert, 2 beers, water, coffee and a mixed salad with radicchio, rocket, cherry tomatoes, excellent. Really recommended.

05/11/2023: Had a live demo on pasta and mozzarella making. Delicious lunch. Great hospitality. Had dogs, cats, chickens and a black horse and a peacock. Great experience!

18/08/2023: Ho prenotato questo ristorante dall’app the fork perché volevo andarci per il mio compleanno. Circa un mese prima avevo contattato la struttura per un altra ricorrenza e il tipo che m ha risposto al tel ( credo sia il gestore) oltre che chiedermi un prezzo a persona abbastanza alto, giustificandolo ed evidenziando che doveva farsi pagare la location, mi disse che ormai la location, ristorante compreso, l’avrebbe riservata solo ai clienti del resort, nn aprendolo più a clienti esterni. Così gli faccio presente che io avevo effettuato la prenotazione e con tono molto arrogante mi risponde che nn sono più operativi con the fork e che avrebbe potuto annullare la prenotazione entro i 4 gg prima della cena. Sta di fatto che la prenotazione non è mai stata annullata, e arrivata sul posto la sera del mio compleanno, (50 km di strada per arrivare) il ristorante era chiuso. Ho chiamato e dopo tanta insistenza ha risposto un tipo, che senza neanche scusarsi del disagio arrecatomi, mi dice che nn avremmo potuto consumare la cena. Quindi compleanno rimandato! Gente così, priva di professionalità e buonsenso, nn dovrebbe ritrovarsi a gestire certe strutture, perché oltre che essere una cattiva pubblicità per il posto, rischia di rovinare eventi e ricorrenze a chi, come me, crede di poter passare una serata al meglio. Deludente e vergognosi!

21/02/2024: Bellissimo locale incastonato nei vicoli della città vecchia, si distingue per la qualità dei piatti e per il fatto che non sono porzioni misere. Buonissime la frittura di mare, la pasta all'ubriaca e le bombette. Ottimo anche il cannolo. Forse da rivedere i prezzi della carta dei vini, un po' altini

I have been living in Milan for 13 years and I am always traveling around the world, so I only come back to Puglia 4-5 days a year.
However, in those 4-5 days, A STOP AT THE OSTERIA DEL TEMPO PERSO IS MANDATORY!
The food is outrageously good!
Refined and refined recipes.
Excellent wine cellar.
I will travel the world, I will eat any dish, but honey-lacquered black pork ribs will always be in my top 3 favorite dishes!
Annamaria, Antonello and all the staff are courteous and welcoming, taking an interest in the customer's well-being.

14/09/2023: Good campsite close to a beautiful beach. Facilities are okay. It is a campsite full of pitches, so it is good to take that into account. excellent quality ratio. Sanitary facilities are neat, but we found the swimming pool expensive.

02/04/2024: Easter Monday 2024, the place is beautiful but seems a bit neglected. I had a terrible lunch and then I was sick during the night. Never again.
22/01/2024: I attended a New Year's Eve dinner, everything was beautiful, even the musical entertainment, splendid location, service as good as the food even if in my case it was a buffet it was worth the €70 cost and the bar was free Dirk
I will be back soon and would like to see it in the summer too
