18/08/2024: Given that we ate very well, so the reason for the two stars absolutely does not concern the quality of the dishes, which was truly high, but rather the service and hospitality. When ordering, I candidly asked the person who I believe was the owner if the appetizer I was intending to order was "abundant" enough as a main course. His response - and his tone - were, with the utmost respect speaking, quite rude and rude. Both my group of friends and I were quite disoriented, but we still preferred to ignore it. All the service, except the waiter who served us the bill, was generally quite agitated. It's a shame, because, I repeat, it was all very good.

Salvatore's pizza is excellent, like few others around.

Simple but tasty and abundant dishes, use of excellent raw materials
The place is nice and clean
The owner is welcoming and nice
One piece of advice I would like to give is to solve the access to the farm in some way, because now there is a sheep track of white dust that is raised when cars pass and turns everything white.... perhaps it would be better than gravel

Il titolare o forse il responsabile di sala ha preferito dare precedenza a turisti “without reservation”.

26/06/2024: Trovato navigando in internet. Cenato all'esterno tra palme secolari e giardino ben curato. Musica in sottofondo che aiutava il rilassamento. Ottimo e vario l'antipasto della casa, da provare le polpette al sugo e il polpo in pignata. Servizio attento. Piatti fuori menù insoliti e gustosi. Qualità ottima e porzioni abbondanti. Consigliatissimo

16/08/2024: There is a lack of attention to some details, but the lawn area is very beautiful and the pool area is very nice. Swimming pool a little small but with all the necessary services: showers, bathrooms and bar. Sunbeds and tables available to customers.
15/08/2024: I come back every year and as always I found the staff kind and welcoming, the place is beautiful, relaxing and surrounded by greenery. I highly recommend it to spend a relaxing day away from the chaos of crowded beaches. A big hug to all the staff of the facility who work every day for the well-being of the customers. I will be back in the next few days with my family.

29/05/2024: Guests at the farm for a party we stayed to sleep in the beautiful adjacent trulli.
I can summarize the review in one word: PERFECTION!
Excellent dinner, buffet offered on different stations in order to avoid queues, typical Apulian menu with quite a few gourmet variations, all executed to perfection and in great abundance of both quality and variety offered;
delicious breakfast with freshly baked hot croissants (be careful not reheated but freshly baked), tarts, fruit and so on.
All seasoned with the courtesy and kindness of the staff, starting with the owner, the beautiful and patient Antonella.
We also appreciated the strategic position to enjoy the fantastic Valle d'Itria, in fact we returned for a few weekends and, of course, we will return.....we can't wait!

Ho colto l'occasione per passare una serata romantica ad Ostuni, contornarla con questa bella cenetta a lume di candela.
Il ristorante è sempre molto curato nel dettaglio nell'estetica, ottime etichette di
Vini e cena tipica ottima.
Favoloso il tortino di melanzane.

21/02/2024: Bellissimo locale incastonato nei vicoli della città vecchia, si distingue per la qualità dei piatti e per il fatto che non sono porzioni misere. Buonissime la frittura di mare, la pasta all'ubriaca e le bombette. Ottimo anche il cannolo. Forse da rivedere i prezzi della carta dei vini, un po' altini

Everything was fantastic, the service, the ambiance, the homemade limoncello!!! We over-ordered both nights as we couldn't decide. The swordfish pasta was delicious, as were the fritters. No-one left disappointed or hungry. Cannot wait to go back to Ostuni again.
25/07/2024: Excellent experience. The choice falls on traditional Apulian dishes. Fresh and very good products. If you want to try Apulian cuisine, highly recommended, as it reflects the flavors of the culinary culture of the region.

21/08/2024: The place is very central and the best thing, without a doubt, is the price. An Aperol spritz costs between €10 and €15 in the bars in the area (wow). On this site, however, it costs €5.90 and includes a small snack. Great for a stop to recharge energy.

06/08/2024: The open air tables at the foot of the Santa Maria cathedral and its atmosphere make this location ideal for enjoying a cocktail in company.
If it weren't for the man who I presume to be the owner, a man of little education and certainly as much patience.
On a quiet summer evening he gave us a treatment that was nothing short of theatrical and certainly not suitable for customers, with his ogre-like ways he could play Shrek. Who knows... he didn't think he might find himself in front of colleagues. Mr. alleged owner of Gipas 111, I hope to meet you again, to be able to listen to your apologies and to offer you hospitality training. Meanwhile this evening I will light a candle for those poor guys who work alongside him.
Remember that tourists should not be fleeced and screwed.
