26/07/2025: We had dinner at this very characteristic restaurant in Barletta. A charming and elegant place. Clean, with attentive waiters. The food is excellent, and my husband and I opted for the tasting menu (€60 each), which includes: 10 appetizers, meat and fish 2 first courses 2/3 second courses Desserts Coffee Water Wine And Limoncello sorbet. A SPECTACULAR. Highly recommended! Excellent!

08/08/2025: Un très bon accueil et un service attentioné et souriant. Une belle terrasse ombragée en plein centre historique de Barletta. Côté cuisine tout simplement exceptionnelle et raffinée, que ce soit gustatif ou la présentation des plats soignés. Si vous êtes de passage à Barletta, un restaurant où il faut s'arrêter.

02/06/2025: Ristorante consigliato dal proprietario del b&b dove abbiamo soggiormato. Locale grazioso,in centro,personale dinamico,buonissimi i paccheri al nero di seppia con burrata,pesto di pistacchi,i panciotti di pasta fresca,con le melanzane,ottimo il fritto di pesce, il calamaro con peperone bruciato,favolosi i dessert,croccante morbido con caprino sardo e cioccolato fondente,il cannolo scomposto.... Buono il vino rosato della casa,i taralli e i cracker fatti da loro. Bravi! Da consigliare sicuramente

26/03/2025: In my humble opinion, it's not a location I would choose for a family party. The food is tasty, but not of the highest quality. The appetizers in the center are something I don't like. The centerpieces are small plates and chips, which are more flavorful than anything I've ever seen before.

25/03/2025: Perfect location for any type of event special owners super food in terms of quality and quantity, especially fresh and when it comes to the sea you can immediately feel the difference, trained staff, welcoming and always available I can't wait to return perhaps for a lunch or dinner with friends to celebrate. Highly recommended to try

30/07/2025: I had an average dinner here, nothing special nothing terrible either. the only thing that really struck me was how expensive the bottled water was, at four euros.

10/08/2025: I went one evening on the day there was a Ghali concert, we were four people, the appetizers were not bad nor sublime, good service, two normal dishes of fried fish split for 4 + mineral water and a bottle of wine cost €13.00. A little expensive €198.00

10/08/2025: We went there for a casual aperitif and stayed for dinner. Who would have expected to find such good, well-made dishes at a beach resort? The waiters were very friendly.

10/08/2025: Everything was perfect!! Giacomo and Francesco welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. The pacchero with shrimp and peppers was honestly so good it was devastating. The octopus with wakame seaweed was amazing.

I've never eaten such good seafood! 22/07/2025: My family and I had lunch at Cibio on Sunday, July 20, 2025, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the atmosphere modern and clean, and the welcome was wonderful! The quality/price ratio is exceptional, so I recommend everyone to try their excellent dishes, which perfectly combine tradition and innovation. Finally, they offer a wide selection of gluten-free dishes, much to the delight of my husband, who is gluten intolerant! Highly recommended!

13/03/2025: Welcoming location, owner available to satisfy requests and very knowledgeable about the choice of wines, of which he is well stocked. I recommend a flan with artichokes and fantastic bacon. Prices are normal for the service offered.

03/03/2025: All good, all fresh, excellent service, the only thing I don't like is the deep pizza, (it's personal) so I don't give a rating to the pizza.

22/02/2025: Barletta, February 21, 2025 – Last Friday, former students of Section B of the Barletta State Industrial Technical Institute, who attended the school between 1976 and 1981, gathered for a reunion. This brought together 17 former classmates, now adults, with diverse backgrounds and life paths, yet united by a common thread: youthful memories and shared experiences at school. The event, organized with great enthusiasm by a group of former students, took place at the restaurant "Il fornaio dei mulini vecchi," a place where the dinner was wonderful, and I extend my heartfelt thanks for their hospitality and splendid organization. Everyone who attended was delighted and visibly appreciative. This contributed to creating a magical atmosphere, already charged with emotion, with warm hugs and smiles lighting up the faces of those who hadn't seen each other for decades.
