17/06/2025: A Spritz and two non-alcoholic bitters, with some appetizers on the side, cannot cost €23. We will definitely not stop by again. You only screw the customer once. In our area, they give those appetizers away with the Spritz!!!!!! Nothing to say about the friendliness and friendliness. But not about the transparency and correctness. If I knew I would end up spending €23 for what I ordered, that is, a drink, I would have ordered it elsewhere at a lower price. And first of all, the prices should be displayed, since there is not even a menu at the table. I need to be able to choose how and how much I spend. Disappointed.

07/06/2025: We discovered Guyot, a wine bar with a bistro, and we can say without hesitation that it was one of the most pleasant experiences of recent times. The place is refined but welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that combines the charm of a real wine bar with the care of a modern and quality bistro. Our journey began with a selection of raw meat, presented impeccably and accompanied by balanced condiments, capable of enhancing the quality of the raw material without ever covering its authentic flavors. Next, we opted for meat cooked on a cast iron plate, a real treat for those who love meat and also want to enjoy the experience of the moment: the meat arrives lightly seared and cut, ready to be cooked directly at the table, on the hot cast iron. An engaging and convivial solution, with top-quality meats, tasty and tender. We chose a wine by Elena Walch, proposed by the staff with skill and passion, the pairing was perfect. We couldn't finish without tasting the desserts, which at Guyot represent an irresistible final treat. Great classics like tiramisu or profiterole made impeccably with quality ingredients and a care in preparation that is perceived at the first taste. Tradition yes, but done with a sure hand and contemporary taste. The Guyot staff was truly friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and never intrusive. Every recommendation, from the cuisine to the wines, was precise and punctual, always with a smile and a touch of passion that makes the environment even more pleasant. Guyot is much more than a simple wine shop or a bistro. It is a place where the quality of the food, the excellence in the selection of wines and the impeccable service come together to create an experience to remember. Perfect for a dinner for two, but also for anyone who loves good wine, quality meat and the pleasure of feeling truly welcomed. Absolutely recommended. We will be back soon!

27/05/2025: We went to Guyot to try the new menus offered in three different formulas... pleasantly surprised by everything... the cuts of meat first and foremost but also all the side dishes and desserts... even the recommended wine 🔝... excellent service.

02/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati, come spesso accade, per una serata in pizzeria. Questo posto è perfetto per gustare un'ottima pizza e antipasti e dessert di qualità. Il servizio è celere, il personale è attento e disponibile, il signor Pino dirige con maestria e gentilezza. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

16/06/2025: We found ourselves by pure chance in this beautiful and elegant restaurant in Molfetta facing the sea. I tasted with gusto a first course (tagliolini allo scoglio) exquisite, as a second course a mixed fry equally exquisite. Staff and attentive and fast service despite it being full. We will definitely return

22/06/2025: With great regret I have to give one star because during one of the evenings of the Battiti Live, the pizzas they served us were disappointing because they had a crust that was too wide, but above all they were all practically devoid of mozzarella. Focusing in particular on mine which was a Calabrese, in addition to the scarce presence of mozzarella there were only three slices of salami...

16/06/2025: Nothing went well to be honest. €70 for 2 appetizers, 1 first course and 2 glasses of wine. The fish in Puglia is divine, but here the mussels were just not good so much that we left them all over. The octopus and tagliolino were very hard. The small portions (said by us who are always surprised by the large portions in Puglia)…. Poor quality oil from the European Union (really?). The rosé tasted of vinegar (as if it were old). They were clever with the bill, since we were not from the area we found the price of the pepata at €15 just because we chose it with tomato (on the menu it was €10). Paid in cash without a receipt, no problem we didn't ask for one, but at least the courtesy of asking "did everything go well?" seeing the leftovers neither at the table, nor at the cashier... or of apologizing, offering a bitter, nothing. We left hungry and ran to eat an ice cream. Absolutely not recommended, the only nice thing about it is the sign.

17/06/2025: For my retirement celebrations I relied on the Boulangerie Sant'Achille of Sergio Spadavecchia who prepared a buffet for the occasion that stood out for its elegance, quality and refinement. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest details: impeccably set tables, sober and at the same time refined decorations, elegant trays and stands. The quality of the food, from the savory delicacies to the refined desserts, exceeded all expectations. Everything was fresh and prepared with carefully chosen ingredients. The waiters, expertly coordinated by Mr. Spadavecchia, carried out their work with discretion and professionalism. A huge thank you to the Boulangerie for making this moment even more beautiful ... and delicious!

29/06/2025: I wanted to compliment all the staff again, for the wonderful evening they gave us, on the occasion of my daughter's 18th birthday. Excellent welcome, professionalism, kindness, quality and abundance of food, care in the preparation of the room and in the scenographic presentation of all the various moments of the evening. A special thanks goes to Merylin who was able to manage the entire event impeccably, giving us an evening of great joy and lightheartedness!

26/06/2025: Really nice place, it has a beautiful quiet atmosphere outside, I like it a lot. Sure, in summer it gets hot, but at least there is shade from the trees if you want to get some fresh air. The food is excellent and the service is really complete. Great experience.

11/07/2025: Beautiful location right on the sea, but be careful: if it's not hot and/or windy, the veranda is covered with stained plastic sheets that make the view of the sea "dirty" and the air inside muggy, so it's best to eat inside if it's closed! Very satisfied with the first course (see photo), delicious and different from the usual! Prices are above average.
