26/07/2025: We just finished lunch at this wonderful restaurant. The food is top-notch, with homemade pasta prepared freshly, right in front of the diners. The service was impeccable; the waiters were incredibly kind, and we felt welcomed and pampered the entire time. I highly recommend it! 🫶🏻

31/07/2025: Great place discovered a bit by chance, away from the constant hustle and bustle. The Puglia platter is incredible, very generous. The cocktails are good. I recommend it.

Plauso particolare alle bombette pugliesi e la burrata che meritano la prenotazione al ristorante. Staff attento, premuroso, simpatico e anche puntuale, come anche lo chef dietro le pietanze, che abbiamo voluto personalmente ringraziare per la splendida cena. Conto onesto. Consigliatissimo!

25/07/2025: I had a relaxing lunch while looking at the vegetable garden. The staff are all very warm and hospitable. Lunch only had two courses, and I chose an appetizer of vegetables picked from the garden and pasta. I wanted to try more dishes, so I had another recommended dish after the pasta. It's a restaurant with a really great concept.

However, the server was a bit pushy, which didn't reflect the restaurant's high standards. However, I highly recommend this excellent place for a refined meal typical of the Puglia region!

29/05/2025: We just got off the bus in Alberobello in the morning and randomly stumbled upon this nice little place. We had cappuccino and mini panzerotti (pastry dough stuffed with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes) for breakfast and a sandwich. The staff is nice and its maybe the only place that is open early in the morning.

02/08/2025: Ciro was our waiter for the night, we didn’t look at the menu, just asked for recommendations. It was perfect. The restaurant is divided between the a more traditional style food and a gourmet “fancy” side. Ciro recommended us to stay in the traditional one. We started with an appetizer of “Capocollo and burrata”, followed by “Orecchiette di Grano Arso” (which was amazing and a must try from this restaurant), the “Polpettone” and the “Sbriciolata al limone”. Everything was perfect and I am now left debating if we should drive 2h back to eat there again!

01/08/2025: A well-kept and welcoming location, delicious food. Orecchiette and bombette are excellent recipes. The entire dining room staff was attentive and professional, especially with our gluten-free request. Thanks to Cosimo for his remarkable service.

05/06/2025: La comida era deliciosa y los ingredientes frescos. El chef siendo el propietario vendió sus propias especialidades italianas de recepción. La cerveza estaba a temperatura exacta fría e incluso logró encontrar un asiento para tomar el aperitivo.
