28/01/2025: Hotel not up to par, entrance invaded by a malodorous odor...for all days of the stay...breakfast and dinner to forget...improvised first courses, second courses of raw meat, raw chicken, truly embarrassing, terrible quality of food. To be avoided

09/01/2025: We had dinner and were less than satisfied. The dishes were cold. The menu included a first course with chestnut gnocchi but instead they were mixed. Slow service with unfriendly staff. I wouldn't go back, given the medium-high cost and suitable service.

01/02/2025: Restaurant in the heart of the pedestrian area of ​​Alagna. The location is very welcoming and well-kept, it certainly conveys the typical mountain atmosphere. The girls who served us were very kind. Unfortunately, however, I cannot define the experience as positive. We waited more than half an hour for the pizzas, which also had a dough that was not very soft and delicate. The most discordant note, however, was the appetizer with mocetta and mozzarella. The mozzarella was cold from the refrigerator and evidently not fresh but industrial, the quantities were small; all at the modest price of €16. Unfortunately, not satisfied

31/12/2024: Half-empty boxes, terrible service. We politely asked several times to turn on the external mushroom to heat up, and after a thousand apologies for not doing so, following more sustained complaints, it was turned on to minimum. I understand saving gas, but we were a table of 12 people... I think the costs were amply covered. I absolutely don't recommend, go to the "guides" bar next to this one.

Un posto da favola , come piace a me , piccolo accogliente a conduzione famigliare .. ottima la polenta concia e molto accurato l antipasto con prodotti di ottima qualità . Personale molto gentile . Consigliato a chi cerca posti piccoli e accoglienti . Bella la passeggiata che dal paese ti porta in questo piccolo borghetto . Qualità prezzo ok . Famiglia Fumagalli
