21/11/2024: La Gusteria is a contemporary venue located in the center of Ivrea. More and more places are opting for a double proposal, which is summed up in the port-manteau "Gastrosteria". Gusteria is no exception, offering a menu of the day that strictly depends on what's available. Appreciable, but if you can keep up with the proposal! I wanted to eat dishes based on cabbage, but cabbage, although on the menu, was not available: a mistake, but not a serious one. The service was quick to notify us. The two of us chose Agnolotti Canavesani and Trippa Canavesana, in which the bean was king. Both dishes were very good, suitable for a wonderful autumn day. For dessert we chose a Crema Caramel, because the 900 cake "had not been delivered". The bill is in line with the proposal. I want to give my best to this place, despite two slips in the service. It happens, and it does not affect the final grade.

24/11/2024: Truly an excellent experience! Rustic and welcoming place, like a true trattoria of the past. The culinary offering focuses mainly on typical dishes of the local Canavese and Piedmontese tradition. Definitely delicious and excellently prepared, one more unmissable than the other. Generous portions and excellent value for money. Friendly and kind service.

03/11/2024: I went for lunch, there were two of us. Mediocre food, small portions but great price!! He didn't show us the menu so they could give the price they wanted, we were definitely wrong for not asking. We won't go back again and we absolutely won't recommend it!!!

26/10/2024: Conosciamo il posto da anni per esserci venuti molte volte.... Locale caratteristico , accogliente e pulito situato nella prima periferia di Ivrea . Menù tradizionale con piatti sicuramente ben cucinati , ma con porzioni che non rispecchiano più quelle del passato.... Scelta dei vini non esagerata , ma comunque sufficiente ( prezzi delle bottiglie un po troppo elevati rispetto al prodotto offerto) . Discreto il servizio, ma ormai i conti non tornano più!!!! Non credo sia accettabile pagare oltre 40,00 euro a testa in un posto in cui solo qualche tempo fa per lo stesse cose di euro se ne spendevano un trentina forse e con porzioni decisamentepiùabbondanti....peccato!!

15/12/2024: Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo locale, ma come ogni volta la qualità, la varietà dei piatti, i vini, la cortesia si superano, facendone il nostro locale preferito, staff preparatissimo e molto cordiale fanno da "cornice" ad un accogliente location!

01/12/2024: Locale molto interessante ed esclusivo, ideale per cene romantiche. I piatti sono sapientemente preparati e sorprendono per la loro originalità. Staff gentile e preparato. Roberto, il titolare, è sempre in grado di consigliare il vino migliore per ogni circostanza! Da provare.

18/08/2024: Very good kebap, there were 5 of us and one was served on a plate with delicious and hot bread. Very kind and friendly staff. At the end of the meal they even offered us some sweets! Absolutely recommended!

22/08/2024: In questo locale si possono gustare primi piatti,ma quello che ho gustato sono le loro piadine romagnole,la mia era con cotto e brie,davvero favolosa,con impasto a sfoglia,io mi sono fermato per pranzo,e sicuramente ci tornerò. Buona anche la loro crema di caffè. Prezzi bassi,lo consiglio.

09/08/2024: A certainty! Definitely superior quality burgers. The "quadrille" is spectacular: 260 g of excellent minced meat, amazing gorgonzola, grilled pears and courgettes. The potatoes, as a side dish, are excellent

07/07/2024: Be careful, the vegetarian sandwich lacks the vegetarian burger, it only contains vegetables and cheese (which, perhaps due to my lack of it, but you couldn't tell from the sign) and it costs the same as the other sandwiches which however are complete!

02/10/2024: The zucchini fritters were very good. The agnolotti were cooked to perfection, al dente and flavorful. We had a Barbera which accompanied the meal perfectly. The Tiramisu (photo) was a real surprise :-)

29/09/2024: Nice place in the historic center, located in an ancient building. I found the food excellent, with traditional cuisine alongside more innovative dishes. The desserts are delicious. Friendly and professional service. Well-stocked wine list.

10/11/2024: ristorante con un ampio salone, un altro paio di salette ed una saletta al primo piano vicino alla toilette...... buona scelta alla carta, poi c'è ancje un menù del giorno a basso prezzo, ma in questo caso le porzioni sono veramente molto striminzite ! personale educato, invece professionamente parlando solo uno dei camerieri merita elogi. comunque cucina abbastanza buona, amche la pulizia, peccato per Toni, il proprietario, che viene a disturbare a fine pasto per farti alzare e lasciare il posto ad altri clienti............ma quando prenoti nessuno ti dice che devi alzare i tacchi ad un certo punto !!

07/07/2024: Beautiful throughout, though: I have the impression that the place has covertly gentrified a degraded area, pretending to redevelop. Prices are accessible only to the middle class. If you order a cheese board it comes without bread. If you want bread they ask you to pay for it separately (and it's not listed on the menu) (things you've never seen before??) Active areas of wealthy citizens! Checking the receipt again after a few days I realized that they had made a mistake in the bill and had stolen 3 euros... Boh...
