Menù abbastanza simile a quello che si trova in altri ristoranti della zona con ugual livello. Personale di sala buono. Un pò freddo il locale. Posteggio comodo. Cantina dei vini adeguata

14/01/2025: We went to this place on Saturday evening 11th January to celebrate a birthday. Even though it's not far from Omegna, we had never been to the Hosteria Tre Tigli, perhaps because it wasn't advertised very well. The place has private parking in the courtyard. We were welcomed by Alice , who showed us the menu. Always present but with discretion, kind and very knowledgeable about the typical Piedmontese dishes offered, as well as about the wine cellar, also from our area. Dishes cooked with experience and refinement from the appetizers to the desserts by Chef Paolo who showed up at the end of the evening. We had a good dinner, drank equally well and paid the right price. We will definitely be back in the spring to have lunch outdoors and enjoy the view.

From the moment you enter, the atmosphere is elegant but welcoming, with impeccable service attentive to every detail. The dishes are a perfect balance between tradition and innovation: very fresh ingredients, expertly processed to enhance their flavours. Each course was a surprise, from the careful presentation to the intense and balanced flavours. The quality-price ratio is absolutely adequate for the level of experience. Without a doubt, a restaurant to return to and that I recommend to anyone who wants to experience a high-level gastronomic journey!

31/01/2025: We are coming for the first time. We were satisfied completely after having lunch. We ordered tortellini with gorgonzola, minestrone with tripe, braised meat with polenta, pork fillet with gorgonzola, mixed salad, croissants in salad, coffee, sparkling white wine and water Abundant doses and excellent value for money. Lots of variety in the second courses, we'll come and taste the other dishes. Environment of the past, traditional trattoria and farmhouse, as they no longer exist. Fast and kind service. In total, two of us paid €26!

16/02/2025: Paniscia ottima, Rustia altrettanto, piatti abbondanti e la ragazza che ci ha serviti veramente brava. Solo un po' troppo lunghi i tempi di servizio, ma fa nulla, è domenica ce la prendiamo con comodo.

27/01/2025: Siamo tornati a provare uno dei "menù a sorpresa" di questa mitica chef, veramente formidabile! Il menù cambia sempre, seguendo la stagionalità dei prodotti, e sempre ispirato al territorio, vini compresi. E' un vero piacere scoprire le molteplici declinazioni di materie prime semplici che diventano creazioni raffinate, cucinate con misura e fantasia, da gustare in un ambiente tranquillo ed accogliente. Bella la vetrata con la cucina a vista, un particolare che apprezzo. Il servizio efficiente, e la presenza della chef, Sig.a Sabina, che riempie la sala con il suo sorriso, danno di questo ristorante un plus notevole. Non ultimo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: due antipasti, un primo, un secondo, dolce e caffè, acqua e coperto a 35 euro!! Alla prenotazione ci è stato chiesto se avevamo intolleranze, scelte particolari, ecc., dettaglio non trascurabile. Consigliatissimo!!

01/01/2025: Restaurant with typical Piedmontese dishes, with some fish dishes to satisfy all palates. Meat dishes beautifully executed. The first courses of the Piedmontese tradition also deserve to be mentioned. Wide selection of wines, especially Piedmontese reds (Gattinara, Ghemme, Colli Novaresi, Dolcetto d'Alba etc.) Very low costs, definitely economical. The location in my opinion is magnificent. It has always been one of my favorite restaurants in the Lake Orta area and I would also say Piedmont. Very friendly and helpful staff. Timed parking outside the Miasino park
