18/01/2025: Top restaurant!!!! Everything is delicious from starters to desserts. They leave nothing to chance from the homemade bread basket. Unprecedented with Vitello Tonnato, amazing Fassona steak, the first ones we tasted Plin with ricotta and spinach and exceptional lemon Zelst tajarin with 30 reds with local sausage sauce excellent fettuccine with hemp flour with ragout of chicken livers equally tasty for the second course Their rabbit to the langarola a delicacy excellent wine list with prices without excessive mark-ups the professional and competent management makes this place a jewel in the crown of Cherasco, a historic village and certainly a good starting point for a holiday in the Langhe. a special thank you goes to the Patron Mr Flavio and Mrs Emy in the kitchen and a round of applause to the young and professional Luca in the dining room. 26/12/2024: Excellent trattoria (but it really is a high end restaurant). The food is based on the typical Piedmontese traditional dishes, but with a zest of innovation by the owner and chef, who is a really agreeable and nice person: he comes at the table and it is really pleasant to chat a bit with him about his cuisine and the wine and any other subject you like to. The atmosphere in the room is very nice, the tables are dressed in a very elegant way, and the menu is nearly perfect with all the dishes you would expect in this area. All is prepared very well and in a tasty way, and also very nice to see. The waiters are kind and knowledgeable about wines and their associations to the foods, but everything is presented in a light way and without that somewhat snooty formality of waiters and sommeliers in top-level restaurants, but rather with a smile and even some self-irony, so making a pleasant and smiling interaction. The prices are reasonable for the level of quality you get. I will come back!

22/01/2025: Excellent business lunch, with a fixed menu at €15 (it's not clear why it's only valid from Wednesday to Friday). Tajarin with deer well cooked and with good flavor while I find the roast pork with walnuts very original and tasty. Also kind in the portions of bread and breadsticks

Il menù proposto rispecchia il meglio della tradizione culinaria. Noi abbiamo scelto lumachine fritte e vitelle/tonnee; tajarin al ragù e gobbi "ris e con". BUONA LISTA DEI VINI Tutto molto buono. 06/10/2024: A self service truly to be recommended. There is a wide possibility of firsts. Three plates. Lots of vegetables prepared with great taste, not just the usual boiled or grilled ones. The portions are still generous and served on ceramic plates as if you were in a starred restaurant. The menu includes water, breadsticks or bread and coffee. Truly a place to recommend for a lunch stop. It's a shame that it doesn't have its own bathroom and the one in the center isn't exactly the best and that there isn't Wi-Fi to be able to work before resuming the working afternoon. I would have also completed the two missing stars. But it's just a stimulus.

10/12/2024: I was there for a pizza trip with about ten friends for a birthday! new management, excellent and imaginative pizzas and in the end we gave in to 22 pizza!! I can't say about the price because the birthday boy paid advised!!

26/01/2025: My partner and I had dinner this Saturday evening in this fantastic restaurant, the owner treated us from the beginning with care and with his charismatic streak which gives a considerable character to the restaurant. Exquisite food, exquisite wine, as well as an incredibly beautiful location. We will definitely be back.
