But what really struck us was something else. During the evening, an inconvenience arose. The way the owner handled it—with thoughtfulness and an unexpected gesture—left us speechless. Almost embarrassed, because today we're not accustomed to such humanity and kindness. In an age where the customer is often a mere number, here you sense that behind it there's someone who truly cares about what they do and whoever comes through their door. That's not learned professionalism—it's character. And that's a rare commodity. We'll be back soon...and no longer alone.

18/07/2026: Classic cuisine with quality food and reasonable prices.

15/07/2026: We happened upon it for lunch by chance, on our way back from Milan to Cuneo. It turned out to be a delightful stop: the atmosphere was refined, clean, and welcoming, with friendly staff. Excellent food, with plenty of choices. We had four traditional Piedmontese appetizers to share, which were truly delicious, as were the first course and the snails for the main course. The cannoli with seirass was out of this world. The quality-price ratio was also excellent. Since it's not that far from Cuneo, we'll be back.
