13/05/2025: A beautiful experience that straddles taste, presentation and respect for both the raw material and the guest. Somewhat basic portions, a few extra grams wouldn't have hurt. Excellent tasting experience and excellent wine.

01/05/2025: Flavio is a gifted host. It's really fun to eat with him. The cuisine is excellent and the wine selection is exquisite. Unfortunately we don't go to Piedmont that often 😭.
01/05/2025: Discovered thanks to some Instagram advisors. I called to book and, with extreme kindness, the owner reserved a table for us for the following day.
Welcomed with warmth and availability, the menu is displayed to us! We decide on 2 starters and 2 first courses. 4 exceptional dishes!
All accompanied by two truly special wines recommended by Mr. Flavio. Even though I'm not from the area, I highly recommend it! In fact, I'll tell you, I think it will become a fixed stop on a constant basis. It's the classic place where you wish the dishes wouldn't end.
Truly spectacular!

24/05/2025: Un posto da frequentare con amici buongustai, cucina tipica del territorio, con molti antipasti, fantastici agnolotti e secondi di carne da sbizzarrirsi. La gamma dei vini è valida, con etichette rinomate, ma anche di buona qualità senza esagerare nei prezzi. la mise en place è piacevole e completa, il personale gentile e professionale.
Piacevole sorpresa anche il conto, che non ha riservato eccessi e ci è sembrato giusto. Bravi e consigliatissimo.

19/05/2025: From a medium-high level restaurant I expected more.
Service: Evening with a full restaurant and we waited a long time for the orders and the dishes. Some waiters were not very prepared, but it's not a drama.
Stuffed onions with amaretto: €14, €7 per onion, it seems a bit excessive for what you get.
Tortelli with herbs: €18, good tortelli, the sauce literally seems like just tomato puree, without taste.. even here for the price I expected more.
Egg asparagus and fondue: not bad, I wasn't thrilled. €14
Potato gnocchi with castelmagno cheese and leeks: €15 good.
Lots of tatin: €8 very good.

05/05/2025: We had lunch yesterday at this restaurant. Excellent food, a lot of attention to my allergies, a truly relaxing and clean environment. The manager is very courteous and welcoming. I chose the vegetarian alternatives and they were truly remarkable. I 100% recommend going there.

01/06/2025: Food: 6. I recommend ordering from the kitchen...but I don't recommend the pizzas. All burnt on the crust and underneath.
Service: 3. We asked for many things...
Always answered NO!
Location: 7. Beautiful location, shame about not going to the ghilot garden...with irrigation open during dinner...even if we asked to turn it off for the children...not suitable for children and families.
Price: 2. Very expensive for the service and the food we had. Not worth the candle.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND VIVAVENTE....

05/06/2025: Excellent trattoria where the abundance of portions reigns supreme. A small appetizer, a large and delicious pasta dish and a one-square-meter Milanese with side dish. Exceptional price. If you find yourself in Roreto di Cherasco, stop by and you will leave happy and with a full belly. 👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪

11/05/2025: The service is always good, whether it's for a quick lunch or dinner. Very good pizzas but they also have pasta and meat options. Fast and good attention. I have been many times and I have always eaten well.

19/05/2025: Ho prenotato e prepagato tramite Booking 3 camere per 2 notti presso questo hotel per un viaggio con degli amici. Putroppo per un problema di salute di mio marito, la mattina prima dell'arrivo, ho chiamato l'Hotel annullando 1 delle 3 camere e chiedendo la possibilità di ottenere un rimborso almeno parziale. Mi è stato risposto che avrebbero verificato e dato risposta ai miei amici durante il loro soggiorno.
Morale : i miei amici hanno chiesto questo parziale rimborso, ma i gestori dell'hotel si sono rimbarzati la cosa per poi indicare che non avrebbero rimborsato nulla.
Non mi aspettavo un rimborso dell'intero soggiorno mancato, ma almeno un coupon, anche parziale, da poter usufruire sempre presso la stessa struttura in un altro periodo. In questo modo l'hotel no avrebbe perso nulla, ma soprattutto non avrebbe perso dei futuri clienti.
28/04/2025: Siamo stati a Pasqua,ci siamo trovati malissimo,le porzioni erano minime,non sono state prese in considerazione le richieste di cambio menù per alcuni commensali con patologie,non ci è mai stato chiesto se volevamo altro vino.I proprietari si sono visti quando siamo arrivati,poi sono spariti,c'erano cameriere e camerieri confusionari e poco attenti.Vivamente non lo consiglio
