Super friendly and attentive service, you immediately feel at home. The filet was tender as butter and beautifully presented – a real highlight. The picanha in the hot pan was also delicious and cooked to perfection. Everything is served with love. A restaurant that we'd happily recommend.🥰

They welcomed us with a beautiful smile, and we ate truly deliciously. The service was impeccable, with friendly, smiles, and a beautiful, quiet atmosphere that allowed you to fully enjoy the experience. Eating at a table facing the kitchen allowed us to witness the impeccable work of the dining room and kitchen; it was truly a pleasure to watch them work so hard. At the end of the service, the chef came by to thank everyone. He stopped at our table to chat with us and was truly friendly. It was a lovely and interesting conversation, a fitting conclusion. We can't get enough of them, because here you'll find an elegant, tranquil atmosphere, excellent service, and above all, very clean and attentive to every detail... Extraordinary staff and owners. Chef La Rossa and his super wife, Patrizia Top, are very helpful and attentive to their customers. They make you feel at home, welcomed and pampered at the same time. The dishes are truly excellent, high-end, and unmistakably high-quality... The menu varies seasonally, with dishes that reveal a great deal of thought and research into high-quality, delicious desserts with unrivaled flavor. Excellent value for money. As always, you leave the table with the intention of returning as soon as possible, everything is so delicious... 16/08/2025: Honorable mention goes to the girl serving tables, who is very nice and courteous. Let's draw a veil over the rest. The place is full of paintings of flowers, but in my opinion, they don't justify the excessive presence of flies. We ordered two Coca-Cola Zeros with ice and lemon, and one of the glasses had a terrible garlicky smell; I still wonder why. The waiter arrived with a bottle in hand and a welcome appetizer of pizza triangles (dry, with raw, unseasoned tomato sauce). He asked if we'd like a glass of wine to accompany the aperitif, which I gladly accepted, not realizing it would be added to the bill at €7 (probably the cost of the entire bottle, VAT included). Stupid me for thinking a welcome was offered. The fries (which we bought while we waited) and pizza were absolutely mediocre, like those of any takeout pizzeria. The build-your-own pizza system is nice, but the prices need to be reconsidered. €47 for two pizzas, one Margherita, a chip, a water, an unsolicited glass of wine, and two Coca-Colas seems decidedly excessive to me.

15/06/2025: Following the advice of a local friend, we tried this restaurant and I was really surprised. Not so much for the wine list, which is already highly praised for its variety and quality, but above all for the excellence of the cuisine. The first courses, of which we tasted the entire proposal, were simply devastating: the filling of the plin was amazing, and the sauce of the agnolotti with 3 roasts was a real explosion of taste. To finish, a perfect panna cotta, made according to tradition. For three, with 3 appetizers, 3 first courses, 1 second course, 2 desserts and 3 bottles of wine, we spent €300, an absolutely honest price. The only complaint concerns the service: we waited a bit too long to be served and the wine list arrived a bit late. But despite this, the final rating is maximum!

19/07/2025: Fantastic experience at this restaurant in the heart of Alba. My partner and I were passing through on our motorcycle tour of the Langhe and stumbled upon this little place thanks to a sign. For starters, we had veal topside with tuna sauce. I had mixed boiled meats, and my partner had pappardelle with wild boar ragù and black truffle. The topside was cooked perfectly, remaining pink in the center. The tuna sauce was sublime, and I had to ask for a second bowl. The bread basket and homemade breadsticks were delicious. The pappardelle were cooked to perfection, and the presentation, straight from the pan, was truly impressive. The boiled meat was delicious, although I would have liked to have all seven cuts of meat, plus carrot, potato, and onion. They were there, but perhaps for one person and given the quantity, it would have been difficult. The boiled meat was accompanied by three sauces: giardiniera, mustard mayonnaise, and the classic salsa verde. The dishes were cooked with care and attention, and the portions were generous, just the way I like them. Good service; they held our helmets, and the wait staff were quick and always available. The Piedmontese cuisine was wonderful. Parking on the street was a bit difficult (for cars).

05/07/2025: Accoglienza gentilissima, antipasti adatti all'estate buoni e freschi; pasta un spettacolo nella padella (vale la pena ordinare insieme la stessa pasta); secondo abbondante; dessert estivi, leggeri e una favola di ciliegie 🍒 oppure albicocche. È stato un pranzo con i fiocchetti. Grazie a tutto il team.

02/08/2025: We highly recommend Roberto Sarotto's wine bar. The ambiance is lovely, and the staff are super friendly, very attentive, and knowledgeable about wine. We recommend doing a wine tasting during your visit. You can choose from a variety of wines and are also served snacks. The prices are more than fair; we've been here a few times now and are always impressed. Tip: If you're just buying a few bottles of wine or just want to sample some, the bar is great. If you're looking to buy a larger quantity of wine, we recommend doing a wine tasting directly at Sarotto's.
