16/01/2026: What can I say? A truly positive experience. The dishes were carefully prepared and delicious, the wine excellent, and the traditional Piedmontese cuisine—great classics that still amaze! We'll definitely be back!

24/12/2025: Located in the historic center of Ovada, the restaurant's simple elegance is a pleasant surprise. The menu is seasonal and uses top-quality ingredients. We enjoyed traditional Piedmontese appetizers, tagliolini with truffles, and gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, and drank a selection of Monferrato wines. The price was reasonable and the service was attentive.

06/01/2026: I have to add something to my review from 5 years ago: nothing has changed, an excellent lunch at a price in line with the restaurant's quality, even taking into account the truffle. Anti-Covid regulations were scrupulously respected. Excellent menu at reasonable prices. A quiet place where we will definitely return.

22/12/2025: A place with soul... well-made dishes, excellent raw materials, discreet and attentive service, friendly staff. Excellent value for money (which is not high) if I lived near Ovada, it would be one of my favorite restaurants! Kudos to those who run it.

01/01/2026: A renowned pizzeria in the Ovada area that recently began offering food. We had the seafood menu, which was truly satisfying and tasty, with everything made in-house, from appetizer to dessert. The wine pairing was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

14/01/2026: Great experience. Very nice place. Very friendly staff. Excellent food that seems homemade. We had minestrone, veal with tuna sauce, Ligurian-style rabbit, and desserts. Everything was excellent! And value for money, a 10! I've attached the menu.

15/01/2026: We had lunch at this beautiful establishment...the fireplace room was truly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The staff were very friendly and, above all, always smiling! We ate well, with a menu focused on traditional Piedmontese dishes at reasonable prices. We drank a truly pleasant Barbera of their own production. We were very satisfied.

14/01/2026: A truly fantastic spa, spanning the entire old building on several floors, well-maintained and very clean. Beautiful relaxation areas and beautiful wine barrels for the hydromassage. Top!

23/11/2025: Quick stop on a long drive and we were welcomed by a full, calm, trattoria with great food and kind service with a very quick turnaround to get us back on the road. Soup, meat, pasta, and dessert a were equally delicious. Fully recommend

24/11/2025: Very nice, warm family place. A place where they cook game that was hunted in the nearby forests. A very simple hotel, not luxury, but you don't need anything more to get away from it all! If you don't know where to stay, go here!

02/11/2025: Yesterday we visited this place for the second time, meeting the two owners, Moreno and Dino, both from Como. We ate wonderfully. The menu was excellent, generous with all the dishes, and the price was excellent. We will be returning to our friends in Bellagio soon. I recommend everyone to try it and believe it.

27/10/2025: Fabulous farinata. I suggest they adjust the opening hours, because the sign says 10:30, but it's usually closed before 11:30. More importantly, if you're visiting from out of town and look up the hours on Google, you might find the place closed. That said, I reiterate that the farinata is fabulous.

The dough is clearly the result of a long fermentation—light, airy, and with that perfect "cloud-like" crust. But the real standout was the Mozzarella Fiordilatte. It was incredibly fresh and creamy, providing the perfect cooling balance to the spicy kick of the salami. You can tell they aren't cutting corners on ingredients here. 22/11/2025: Classic old-school trattoria/pizzeria. Excellent pizzas and a friendly atmosphere. Very convenient parking. The fact that people who aren't eating at the restaurant can park there could be improved. Especially MAOMAO.

The owner is friendly, welcoming, and always available, and this is reflected in the atmosphere of the place. I had read some negative reviews, but they didn't reflect my experience at all. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
