12/01/2025: Pranzo oltre le aspettative, tutto veramente buono, complimenti . Antipasti, tartare di carne, fagottino con porri, lardo e selezioni di salumi. Primi, agnolotti fatti in casa. Secondi, fritto misto piemontese, goulash di cervo , peperonata. Dolci, pasta sfoglia con crema pasticcera e lamponi, un dolce ricetta storica dei nonni con cannella liquore ecc. Dire che era tutto buonissimo è dire poco, ottima materia prima, tutti i piatti serviti con cura. Personale gentilissimo, ristorante molto carino e curato, un posto davvero che merita. Prezzo nella norma. Bravi!

12/01/2025: Locale raffinato, ma capace di ospitare con pazienza una compagnia eterogenea come la nostra con 6 bambini. Luca gentile e attento a soddisfare le esigenze di tutti. Ma la forza del Quartino e' Stefano,lo chef,che con amore e passione crea una magia continua in ogni piatto. Dal piu' semplice pane burro e acciughe,alle mezze lune con crema di anduja,passando per il polpo rossicciato,e finendo con la panna cotta al torrone di Canelin.

05/01/2025: Passati per caso da Ovada, abbiamo pranzato in trattoria, ottima accoglienza, anche se era molto affollato ci hanno trovato posto, discreta la scelta dei piatti , con menù a prezzo fisso anche la domenica , personale cortese, servizio veloce , parcheggio nella piazza fuori dal locale

05/01/2025: Cominciamo col dire che per una pizzeria chiamarsi Napoli implica una grossa responsabilità anche perché per fortuna oggi come oggi trovare pizzerie in grado di replicare la squisitezza della vera pizza napoletana é possibile un po' ovunque. Qui invece L'esperienza è stata deludente Innanzitutto perché l'impasto non aveva né il sapore né la leggerezza del tipico Impasto Napoletano lievitato a lungo, ma come se non bastasse era salatissimo oltre ogni misura, infine il condimento scarso per un pizza capricciosa... Funghi, prosciutto, carciofi presenti solo in tracce, olive presenti in quantità andando ad aumentare l'apporto di sale già abbondantissimo nell'impasto... Non ci ritornerei e non la consiglierei a nessuno

15/01/2025: Excellent pizzeria. I had already been there and being in the area I deliberately returned. You can choose between pizza with a crust, or crumpled pizza which is very thin. I got that one because I prefer it. Good pizzas, well garnished, good beer and friendly and helpful staff. The place is very nice, deliberately inspired by the 60s and 70s. The coffee is served in the moka which seems to give an idea of ​​familiarity. Everything ok, if I'm in the area again I'll be happy to go back.
