25/10/2023: Pranzo domenicale in occasione dell'autunno gastronomico.
Tipico ristorante dell'alta Val Borbera, immerso nel verde della piccola frazione di Cosola.
Menu fisso con ottimi antipasti, due primi e due secondi. Dolci caffè e vino incluso.
Ambiente familiare curato e pulito, servizio preciso con tempi di portate corretto, non aspetti troppo e non sei pressato, nonostante l'evento avesse riempito la sala.
Un buon punto di riferimento.
27/08/2023: Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno ed abbiamo trovato che l’ottima cucina di un tempo e’ ormai un ricordo. In compenso i prezzi sono stati allineati ai migliori ristoranti della riviera ligure.
Non sono solita fate recensioni negative, ma certe delusioni bruciano davvero… peccato un altro buon posto andato….

07/02/2025: Il locale è piccolino ma molto accogliente, soprattutto per merito del personale. Si possono scegliere l'impasto e le dimensioni della pizza, che è molto buona.

24/12/2024: Christmas Eve morning
09.00 am
I hand over my number NUM 06 with the reservation of 3 pork fillets.
After about a quarter of an hour of vain searching, the butcher brings me a roast.
No... I had booked 3 fillets.
Ah... I'll go check again!!!!
There is only 1 fillet madam.... you can see that we have sold the others.
Perfect !!!!! Tomorrow I will send my guests to these people's houses to celebrate Christmas.

27/01/2025: Premettendo che il personale è molto gentile, la mia recensione è negativa sia per la qualità della cioccolata calda ( liquida) che per il prezzo: per Pinerolo assolutamente esagerato :
11, 70 euro per 2 cioccolate di cui una abbinata ad una ciotolina (max 2 cucchiaini) di panna.
Chiaramente non ci tornerò più.
Peccato perché la saletta è stupenda molto accogliente.
