19/06/2025: Posto assurdo, lati positivi location carina. Arriviamo in 2 verso le 21 in un giorno infrasettimanale, poche pretese pizza birra, in una serata normale. Ordiniamo 1 Napoli e 1 margherita le pizze arrivano alle 22:30, una mezza cruda l’altra bruciata, le birre invece sono arrivate subito….
12/04/2025: Pizza con tante tipologie d’impasto, tutte buone, personale molto cordiale e vino mediocre. Il costo equo adeguato alle portate.

13/07/2025: STAY AWAY!!!!!!! What a bad impression for Entracque. Take a few more steps and choose other shops.
We bought "brutti ma buoni" and "baci di dama" (lady kisses). In the former, we found a surprise, butterfly strings and eggs. The latter tasted decidedly stale! Instead of pampering tourists... the world always belongs to the "smart ones."

20/07/2025: We ordered a devil's pizza from Glovo to share. Besides the fact that it took an hour for it to arrive, I had to call the restaurant after half an hour of waiting, and they said "it's about to leave now." When the delivery guy arrived, I got out, and he didn't even look at me. The pizza was truly terrible: sticky, soggy, and raw dough! The ingredients on top were all burnt, piled on top, and of terrible quality. I swear it makes my throat burn. I would have preferred to set fire to the money I wasted.
28/06/2025: ordered on glovo, inedible pizza, all stringy, quality ingredients -0, tasteless, hard, really awful, I've never had a pizza left over but I couldn't finish this one

19/07/2025: Not sure what the problem was but the waitress literally took the order for everyone around me. Would not even look at me. 10 minutes later I finally said excuse me can I order and her response was "oh I thought you were with them", pointing to a table with a family and whose order she had already taken without even looking my way. Never came back, not even to bring me my drink. Ended up leaving money on the table since I never saw her again. Maybe they just hate people they perceive as tourists?
08/07/2025: We waited 10 minutes for someone to serve us. I had to go look for the staff. When we asked for an aperitif, they didn't recommend the platter we'd seen at other tables. (My fault for not having seen the menu.) We were given an uncut slice of pizza without cutlery. The waiter neither greeted us nor displayed the menu. I think that says it all.

07/06/2025: What a disaster! Six servers for as many customers and a 15-minute wait for a spritz. Plus, we had to chase them up because we forgot. The menu is on a QR code, but it's not available at every table. Never again.
05/06/2025: I had an ice cream and before taking it I WAITED 10 MINUTES
When they served it to me they had to do it TWICE!
Because they made it with balls and so it fell immediately, but then they took it with the tool they wet it and took another flavor.
AND OF COURSE IT DOESN'T STAND UP.
Finally THE CREAM, but I say you can use the spray one! It always fell.
MORAL: IT'S NOT DISGUSTING, MORE!

11/08/2025: Servizio al tavolo ok, personale gentile e veloce, unica nota negativa, i prezzi. Prendo una lattina di Schweppes e scopro che costa 5 euro, quando per la stessa il 9 giugno ho pagato euro 3.50. Non so quando possono cambiarsi i prezzi per la stagione. Ma lo trovo un po esagerato.
Purtroppo l'idea di alzare i prezzi é terribile e a pagarne le conseguenze siamo tutti.
26/07/2025: Goede kwaliteit prijs verhouding met mooi uitzicht op Isola Bella. Met snelle goede bediening.
Snap niet waar de slechte beoordelingen vandaan komen, het restaurant is meer waard!
