25/07/2025: We found ourselves having to defend ourselves and being mocked because, after waiting 45 minutes for lunch, we refused uncooked rice, asked for two limoncellos that weren't available, and were instead given half a portion of overcooked pasta with just butter. We were also attacked as pretentious by regular customers we hadn't consulted. We emphasize our firm and polite tone. Absurd!!!! We strongly advise unfortunate tourists not to spend 25 euros like that. Dr. Bellini.

25/05/2025: Clean and welcoming place. Traditional Piedmontese dishes, prepared with top quality ingredients and cooked as they once were. Homemade ravioli del plin, which are truly delicious even if enjoyed without condiments. Also business lunches. Normal prices. Recommended

26/07/2025: Bene, bravi, veloci, cortesi anche col mio cane. Ottimo il carpaccio che si scioglieva in bocca, una scoperta positiva i carciofi col groviera, idem per la lonza con le pesche. Buonissimi i ravioloni. Non abbiamo preso i dolci, ma il carrello era di tutto rispetto, prezzo onesto.

01/05/2025: Lungo strada con comodo parcheggio. Servizio veloce, prezzi più che onesti. Spesso hanno anche il prezzo fisso con roba davvero buona. Noi abbiamo fatto un menù prezzo fisso e uno no. Il fisso con 14€ abbiamo preso una lasagna super e una trota salmonata con contorno. Bevande e coperto sono a parte. Ma veramente bravi! Sia per l’offerta che per il cibo vario e buonissimo!

05/06/2025: Tutto cambia. Non in questo ristorante che da decenni delizia i palati di chi vuole mangiare pesce. Anche questa volta esperienza positiva. Ma non ricercate le innovazioni, qui si mangia "classico". Portate abbondanti, servizio celere e simpatico, Conto nella media.

03/02/2025: Consigliato da un amico, siamo stati in questo grazioso ristorante per cena. Personale gentilissimo e proprietaria carinissima. Gentile, sempre presente e simpatica. Abbiamo preso un due cruditè di pesce molto abbondanti e freschissimi, 3 primi (Tagliolino al granchio) e una orata al cartoccio. Consigliatissimo

19/01/2025: We had such a delightful time at Le Bistrot. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and occasionally brought us some complementary pizza to snack on. The atmosphere was fab and it felt like everyone was in a great mood. Can certainly recommend!

10/07/2025: Nice place, just steps from the parking lot and the center, but I strongly advise against the salads. I ordered an off-menu salad: a paltry amount (two slices of tomato, a few lettuce leaves, a tablespoon of corn and canned peas, and a mozzarella), sub-par ingredients, and overpriced! My friends had better luck with the sandwiches, which were made with good ingredients.

24/05/2025: We rented bicycles in the area and one of the stops was Barolo. Typical local family-run restaurant. Super friendly with honest prices and quality of the product which naturally translates into how much one wants to spend and the quality one wants to have. In conclusion they also offered us delicious French macarons. Highly recommended.

29/06/2025: Historic pastry shop in Bra... improved with the change of helm in the hands of the daughters... Good pastries (bignole, croissants, zeppole, etc.)... friendly staff but you have to avoid being served by the older lady who is disrespectful towards customers and arrogant, to the point of making you give up on the purchase... I've already been there 6 times in 2025 alone, I hope the lady was tired from having worked on preparing the mega cake for the anniversary of the Thesis... but today's experience is certainly not an invitation to return... Answer: I ordered 1 kg of bignole 5 times kindly and the lady kept asking how many people it was for and was annoyed when I answered I didn't know the number but I wanted 1 kg... the lady arrogantly pointed out to me 3 consecutive times that they had to be kept cool and I kindly replied "thank you, they will definitely be in the fridge and then in a cold room"... again the lady asked me "are you going to run errands?"... and I kindly replied "I'm going straight home"... again "are you sure, "Aren't you going to run errands?"... so I asked "I'm going home and excuse me, do you want to sell them or keep them?" I said goodbye and was leaving... when the lady arrogantly insisted "I want to guarantee you a fresh product to make a good impression and it doesn't spoil"... then I reacted badly by simply making the sign but in the long run feeling treated badly by idiots from the beginning does not make you well disposed.. Even the response to the review is terrible... Wake up to you who have not understood that I have known you for a long time (the opening words of the review are the clue).... Wake up to you if someone buys fresh pastries knows that they must be kept in the fridge so as not to spoil them... they do not need several insistent and repeated reminders in a short time and would like their request (a simple 1 kg of ready-made cream puffs that would become 2... one intended for one group and the other for another) to be fulfilled... Wake up to you: someone buys food to keep in the fridge and wants to consume it "spoiled" in your opinion.... Wake up to you: a person buys pastries to celebrate their birthday and offer them to colleagues and family members and wants to offer them "bad" in your opinion... in both cases, do you think that someone wants to get sick or make someone get sick by consuming a poorly preserved product?! Wake up, you pay attention to the customer (making them repeat the request a total of 6 times in 2-3 minutes is not respectful) and the purchase should be made pleasant... Wake up: you care so much about ensuring the right temperature that you use cardboard boxes to close the refrigerated counter (there are those with doors that are definitely more reliable in ensuring the temperature)... Wake up: even in your answer you make it clear that you haven't paid attention... now "I'm going home right away" now means going to run errands around... oh yes, should I have come with a van equipped with a refrigerated cell or should I have put a nice camping fridge connected to the car battery in the car? Good continuation and don't worry the person who in your opinion wants to "poison" knows other pastry shops in Bra and Alba... another pastry shop thanks you... Modified the answer... more polite compliments... and I apologize for the gesture made... but I would have avoided "if he really said to go home" as I repeated it 2 times in a very short time but no attention was paid... and "sometimes some customers go to do other errands afterwards" is not a good excuse to treat all customers with arrogance and like idiots: remember 1 (only one) time to keep the fresh pastries in the fridge and in the summer to put them in the fridge as soon as possible... good continuation with the business but currently I have strong doubts about coming back to you... goodbye!!!

19/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per un pranzo di famiglia. Locale vintage, servizio fatto con poco amore, piatti poco invitanti. Poco e niente viene fatto in casa, e quel poco è imbarazzante (un crostino con formaggio e due asparagi freddi adagiati sopra o dei cavolfiori, evidentemente non proprio di stagione a maggio, conditi con del formaggio simil gorgonzola molto forte). Secondo gommoso e patate secche. Proprio niente di buono! In più ai bambini viene data una fetta di prosciutto scadente e delle tagliatelle da supermercato e viene fatto pagare €15 a bambino. Bello il prato in esterno, peccato per igiochi per bambini vecchi e rotti, piuttosto pericolosi!

18/05/2025: E forse una stellina è già troppo... un menù scritto con tutt altro la Crespella con Asparagi era un crostino di pane scaldato... Il parco antistante fatiscente con I giochi distrutti e un altalena non fissata al terreno di fronte ad un albero!!! Dulcis in fondo mio figlio cadendo si pianta una spina di un rovo privo di cura e chiedendo l acqua ossigenata e mi danno un flacone scaduto nel 2019.... mai più!!! Il servizio al tavolo delle due signore a dir poco maleducato mal sopportano i bambini e forse il parco è un modo per eliminarli...Sconsigliato!! Da iscrivere a Cucine da Incubo!!

06/06/2025: It’s a shame to see a place with potential penalized by a service that seems to have lost every trace of kindness. In a bar, courtesy should be the bare minimum; here, instead, it seems like an optional that has been forgotten. And it’s not an isolated episode: it’s not the first time that, after a polite greeting, we’re completely ignored. Education, as we know, isn’t served at the table, but it should always be included.

25/07/2025: The food quality is pretty mediocre; there's much better out there, and the prices are ridiculous simply because it's the only bar in the area. AVOID. Rude staff.

29/06/2025: There were three of us who had breakfast at the Risto Bar Orso Bianco while passing through and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience. Even though the place was full, we were welcomed immediately with courtesy and impeccable organization. We sat down and within a few minutes we already had our breakfast at the table, carefully prepared. The service was quick and efficient, the staff very friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated the general cleanliness of the place, which is never a given. A plus point also for the payment method: they served us calmly and we paid only afterwards, without rushing.

08/07/2025: Kebab, pizza, and drinks. The kebab rolls and plates are good, and the pizza is pretty good. The place is very basic, so takeout is better.

30/07/2025: They claim to make the best arancini in Sicily, but that's not quite true! The price is too high for an arancini, despite being heavier than average. The service is average, but the table price doesn't make sense given the service. I wouldn't recommend it; there are better options out there.
