19/01/2025: The food was very good, but unfortunately the dishes on the menu were too small and many were still hungry. The service was a bit robotic and they also didn't explain a dish, we had to ask what it was. Even they gave us 3 separate tables without notifying us. Usually for a larger reservation there is one table that can seat everyone or you are warned in advance that there will be separate tables. Furthermore, we were not always served at the same time, but one table was served food when the others had already almost finished. We also asked for a candle for the birthday girl but they couldn't even give us that. However, the dishes were very creative and we liked them a lot.

11/02/2025: If I could I would give zero stars to make you understand the squalor of this place. Minimal location, overbearing staff and not very attentive to the needs of customers. We took the veal with tuna sauce, typical of the Piedmontese tradition. Perhaps the words do not convey the concept but the photo will help you. Completely raw meat. After telling the waiter, not only did he not remove it from the bill but he did nothing to recover it. I will never go back and I hope neither will anyone who reads these words!

11/02/2025: My evening at this restaurant began with disorganized and unprofessional service. Every time a waiter approached our table, it was always different, and he asked us for the same information already given to others. This confusion slowed down the service considerably, and the request to list the desserts before the main courses showed a lack of coordination. The place was chaotic and cold, with wobbly chairs that made the experience even less pleasant. The height of disappointment was the food. The vitello tonnato served was raw and inedible. Even after acknowledging the mistake, the kitchen did not have the courtesy to remove such a disappointing dish from the bill. The ravioli del Plin arrived cold, unacceptable for a dish that should be served hot!!! I had brought a friend who lives outside Turin to let him taste the typical Piedmontese cuisine, and this experience was a terrible one. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place with typical Piedmontese cuisine, I recommend you look elsewhere. This restaurant did not meet the expectations of quality and service, and I put one star, because I can not give less. I will never go back again!!!!!!!

01/02/2025: Prices are decidedly high for the quality and the proportion of food served is minimal, plus staff are inattentive and rude to customers. It's cold inside the place, when you usually hope that by going to the cabin you can warm up. The bathrooms are particularly dirty and poorly maintained. Poorly organised, it is not clear where you have to order and which way you have to pay, furthermore this disorganization causes a rare traffic jam in which it is impossible to move.

30/12/2024: Historic mountain chalet, very easy to reach on the slopes and with ample outdoor space for sunbathing. Pleasantly surprised to find options suitable for vegetarians and vegans, which is not a given in the mountains. Kind and well organised.

02/12/2024: Satisfied! Excellent value for money, and you definitely won't wake up hungry. The courtesy of the staff was also appreciated.

02/11/2024: mediocre quality at a high price. Given that they did not bring us any menu or explain what they were offering. We had lunch starting with a mixed appetizer consisting of 2 courses with the classic tastes of Piedmontese cuisine... then after a long wait for the arrival of the first course, a tasting of tagliolini with black truffle we were managed to ask for clarification and finally decide what to eat. in conclusion 1 carbonated water 14 of loose wine 2 appetizers 2 mini portions of tagliolini with black truffle 1 portion of fried mushrooms 2 tiramisu. total 70 euros... I asked if he had considered our dishes and I was told yes of course. To me it seems like a high bill for what I ate... also considering the location...

21/12/2024: Place discovered by chance. Fixed menu at 12 euros. Everything absolutely good. Starter, first course, second course, water, wine, dessert and coffee. Family atmosphere and very kind staff who make you feel at home. What a wonderful find!! Thank you very much, we will definitely come back to visit you🤗

05/10/2024: We needed a place along the road to have a quick lunch. Absolutely recommended! Complete menu for 12 euros for adults (starter, first and second course) with water, coffee and toretto included. Impeccable and very attentive service. Clean, welcoming and well-kept location. Although the children also ate first and second courses, they were not considered in the bill. If it happens, we will definitely return. Absolutely recommended!

11/01/2025: Bel locale sulle colline di Volpedo, arredato con gusto con una splendida vista sulla valle. Piatti della tradizione con qualche proposta più innovativa. Carta dei vini un po’ limitata con attenzione ai produttori locali. I piatti che abbiamo provato erano molto piacevoli ed hanno soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Una menzione particolare alle verze con salamella ed all’ottimo tiramisù. I formaggi di capra una autentica prelibatezza. Servizio attento e cortese, sempre con il sorriso. Ottima la bottiglia di Barbera locale. Promosso a pieni voti.

18/01/2025: Oggi freddo tempo ideale per un pranzo a Grondona...dai nostri cari amici Franco e Barbara...ottimo risotto ottimi taglierini accompagnati da un eccellente barbera d'Alba...buonissimo il salame con il flan di broccoli e fonduta....i dolci sublimi tiramisù e bunet bravissimi
