28/09/2025: Picana is a tasty meat, good in its natural state. They ruined it by smearing it with too much salt, chili pepper, and sweetened chestnut cream. It would be enough to serve it with the condiments on the plate. Even the waitress, not particularly thin, was rude because she couldn't get through. The first courses were good. They could improve if they were analyzed. The noise was unbearable; the door, left wide open for ventilation, created a draft.

12/10/2025: We came to Bojano for a visit, and a friend from the town invited us to eat at the Trattoria. As soon as we arrived, we realized it was a super-family-friendly place, a country house. The atmosphere was very cozy, and the service was excellent! It was like eating at home. The food was excellent! We'll return on our next trip to Bojano!

11/09/2025: For all those who have written negative reviews, I have to agree with what the chef said, you absolutely do not understand food and the quality of fish and I say this as someone who was there this same evening at the end of the summer season where it can happen that the quality of the fish or the products themselves are perhaps not excellent as it is no longer in season, my partner and I ate divinely, between the two of us we shared a tuna tartare with kiwi and a vinaigrette with extra virgin olive oil and pepper as an appetizer, following for me with a tagliolini with clams marinara and for my partner with a tagliolini with salmon, all the courses were delicious and the fish absolutely fresh if I really have to point out a small flaw the pepper which was abundant, but still went very well with the sweet/sour taste of the kiwi which at the same time went very well with the flavor and quality of the tuna itself which I almost never feel as the protagonist of the dish, the tagliolini with clams had a very tasty sauce and tomatoes that gave the dish itself and the clams a goodness Superlative, and the dessert was absolutely delicious, made by them. I had a truly mouth-watering tiramisu. That said, I extend my heartfelt compliments to the chef and the entire staff, as we had a very relaxing evening with truly exquisite dishes! I absolutely recommend this place!

20/10/2025: I am reacting to a review from a local guide David Greens 3 years ago… Borgo Antico about owner/ chef Filindo is not deserving of your Bird like review referencing him as a Peacock. I politely suggest the title of peacock be more fitting with you…These hidden gems and villagers are NOT awaiting for your kick back group travelers! Their menus are offered by fresh supplies solely on local forage and seasonal produce and availability. Quality at best. My review is based on 2015 and most recent visit 2024. Fact checked on you everything, it is the same and we felt lucky to find Borgo open and the opportunity to reunite with Filindo and experience this mountain top Trattoria again. 21/09/2025: I've never seen stuffed cuttlefish cooked without removing the bone. It's almost shocking to find it on your plate. And since you sell your dishes by weight, the bone is bigger than the cuttlefish, which shrinks considerably after cooking, so I pay more for the bone than the cuttlefish itself. Maybe you should watch a tutorial to learn how to clean local cuttlefish. You remove the skin, innards, bone, eyes, and mouth. This happens all over Italy and is an indisputable basic rule. It's like a rotisserie roasting chickens without plucking them first, or a seafood restaurant stewing octopus without removing its beak and eyes. The guy working there was very rude and annoying with all the customers. I suggest you change jobs. Customer service isn't your strong point. Take a nice month's vacation! (You won't be surprised by the review I told you I'd write... the 4 euro discount wasn't necessary.)

16/09/2025: During our vacation in Termoli, we dined at Maramimmo many evenings. Excellent fresh seafood dishes and a very welcoming, clean atmosphere. We felt right at home! We highly recommend Annalisa and Massimiliano from Padua.

20/08/2025: I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment. A nice, traditional, fairly rustic place with a few children's playground equipment in the courtyard, very useful. Very good service, fast and friendly. The only downside is the location; I drove 14km of winding roads to get there. Good, tasty food, decent house wine to accompany the meal.

29/09/2025: We visited this restaurant on Sunday, September 28, 2025, to celebrate my brothers-in-law's 40th wedding anniversary. We were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food (seafood-based), which was absolutely delicious, tasty, and perfectly presented. The service was excellent, with attention to detail (the cutlery was always changed after each course, without forgetting anything, and always very attentive), and the staff was helpful and extremely kind. My heartfelt congratulations to my brothers-in-law for their choice, but above all, my compliments to the staff at Il Poggio, who treated us to excellent dishes. Thank you, I hope to return soon.

04/09/2025: Overall, it was a good experience. The food was good (especially the burgers), but a bit pricey, especially the appetizers, considering the quantity! The food was very slow. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was a bit dark.

25/08/2025: A truly exceptional discovery. A culinary journey rich in authentic and intense flavors. Every bite of the sandwiches is a unique experience, thanks to the perfect balance between the quality of the meat and the authenticity of the provola. Kudos to the management: the atmosphere is reminiscent of a cozy pub, with a selection of unique and quality beers. Furthermore, the option of enjoying a free game of billiards or ping pong makes the experience even more enjoyable and informal, far removed from today's overly standardized and monotonous venues. A place I wholeheartedly recommend. The prices are absolutely in line with the excellent quality offered.

12/09/2025: I bought some gluten-free takeaway pizzas and I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised, firstly because the gluten-free pizza is not bad and secondly because it has two ovens so it is safe for celiacs.

11/10/2025: We were traveling to Umbria after a vacation in Puglia. We thought we wouldn't be able to find a table at any restaurant because it was so crowded. However, Ristorante la Sacrestia went out of its way to give us two seats. We enjoyed an excellent and tasty fish first course. The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed the food.
