20/12/2025: While attending a conference, I really appreciated this hotel's cuisine. The dishes, typical of Molise, were very popular, especially the appetizers and first courses. The service was fast and impeccable. 4 stars for the location, but only because it's a bit out of the way, but it's truly appreciated for its tranquility and splendid view.

22/11/2025: Discovered a few years ago, whenever I can, driving back from Rome, I stop in, and I did again today. Authenticity, speed, and friendliness are its hallmarks, and what's more, it's modest: today, for example, a first course of ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage, another of fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, a generous second course of mixed roast meats, a quarter of a liter of wine, a bottle of still mineral water, service charge, bread, two portions of berry dessert, two coffees, and an iced mirto for—you won't believe it—just €39!

23/11/2025: An ideal location for family events like birthdays, communions, etc. The atmosphere is harmonious and refined, the staff professional, and the food excellent. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and festive occasion. My rating is 4 stars.

Fiorella, the hostess, is always available, and the great Ruggiero, a superb chef (he took Molise to the finals with Alessandro Borghese), let me try his pasta with ventricina, which was nothing short of amazing. 09/03/2026: 3 stars is the generous average between the kindness of the staff (5) and the abundance of the dishes (1), absolutely not commensurate with the cost. I won't go into detail about what and how much, but the portions are truly paltry. Too bad, because the vegan dish was all good, but too, too, too small, to the point of being irritating, I'd say. (The chickpea and potato meatballs were a bit dry, but passable, although they too were quantitatively "not abundant"...). After paying, I explained our point to the owner, responding with the standard "is everything okay, sir?" At which point he expressed his regret and thanked us for our honesty. Appreciable, okay. BUT...here he missed a penalty into an empty net, because what did he offer to do to make us leave less disappointed? Nothing. A coffee, a dessert, a digestif... nothing. I don't think we would have accepted, but we would have appreciated it. And instead, PAMM! He shot awkwardly 3 meters over the crossbar. What a shame. We'll definitely return to Termoli, but I'm afraid not to their place.

17/02/2026: The pizza was truly excellent and, most importantly, incredibly light and easy to digest. You can taste the quality of the dough and ingredients. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back to try the other flavors on the menu. Highly recommended!

30/12/2025: We stopped in Campobasso on our way back from Molise to grab a bite to eat. We were drawn to this place right in the center, on the main street (closed to traffic) across from the town hall square. Intrigued by the menu, we ordered a Margherita pizza with truffle carpaccio and a grilled heifer steak, fries, and barbecue sauce. The pizza was delicious; the meat melted in your mouth. Friendly staff, a complete place for everything from breakfast to dinner, from coffee to cocktails, as well as events with DJ sets. Highly recommended.

23/11/2025: I went for lunch; I can't comment on the rooms. The appetizer was excellent and plentiful; the surprise was the bread cooked with beans. The first course (orecchiette with speck and turnip greens) was very good. We had a mixed roast with sublime lamb, an exceptional fillet; the sausage wasn't exactly impressive. The service was excellent, with friendly staff. I recommend this place.

07/11/2025: Every time we come to Bonefro, we always make sure to eat at Locanda Del Buongustaio; we're never disappointed, either by the warm welcome or by the dishes made with regional products. We highly recommend it.
